Best vet ever! Very personal and take amazing care of all of my animals!

Finally I found a good vet! Very kind and friendly staff. Excellent service at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

We have 3 Golden retrievers who have been going to Dr.s Koorhan and Brown for years. I would not take them anywhere else. They are the most caring,compassionate, and wonderful veterinarians in the Inland Empire. With a couple of them getting up in years, Dr.s Pet Clinic has been a godsend keeping them healthy. ????❤️

This veterinary clinic is clean, organized and just great. I called because I had a worry about my puppy and they got me an appointment and in the office in 1 hour, same day! They took good care of us and gave me peace of mind with instructions and details. I thank you guys for taking care of Hendrix and I know he thanks you too!

We are so Very Happy to have Doctors' Pet Clinic with Dr. Koorhan and Dr. Brown as our vets. We have been taking all of our pets here (3 cats, 2 dogs) for the past 9 years. Throughout the years, we have experienced their sincere kindness and concern each time we've brought our pets here for care. When we've had to put two of our senior kitties to sleep, the staff, including Dr. Brown, Joyce (reception), and Marla (vet technician) helped us so much and were very considerate and gentle - with us and and with our kitties. When our cat, Sheba, was very ill last year, we brought her here for treatment. Dr. Koorhan was so kind and knowledgeable with regard to the appropriate treatment that was needed. Because of her care, our kitty made a full recovery and is doing fine. The waiting area is very warm and inviting with comfortable chairs, fresh coffee/tea, magazines, and TV. It is tastefully decorated with cheerful, sunny colors and very clean! We recommend Doctors' Pet Clinic to anyone who is looking for a vet clinic that will provide exceptional care for their pets.

All 3 of my girls go to see Dr Brown. Last month my Wennie ruptured her ACL and had to have surgery. I was so afraid and the staff comforted me thru this difficult time. We took our dog to this dpc and was rip off they tell you may need this that. We went from a estimate of 734 to 1346. Our dog had teeth pulled they even Charged us a administration fee which we had no freakin idea until the receptionist slip and told us we were never told about a administration really?? Without us knowing. They called us every hr to tells us this wrong with your dog you need this tooth he needed more anestethsia medication my dog only weigh 10lbs. After said and done 1400 later. What a rip of that fee this fee and they are sneaky about it. This place price gauges you for everything. This place left a bad taste in our mouth. Everything anything $$$$$$ theyll rip you off and still can sleep at night not caring as long they get paid. I guess be aware when going into this dpc. I hope you plan to spend alot of money. Extra hidden fees like administration fee. See for yourself. Wow Not to mention they have five cats that roam free all over the place. Where customer are employee. I hate cats they should be in a cage not in your face. So unsanitary.

Called them first thing in the morning to get my dog some stitches because she got hurt by her sister. They were able to accommodate that same morning for her to get the work done. You can't ask for anything better.

A highly professional, knowledgeable and caring staff that treats you and your furry family members as if they are their own from the moment you walk in. Doctors Koorhan and Brown have always been warm and caring professionals and we are extremely grateful to have such a high standard of Veterinary care which offers treatment options. When we first adopted our rescue cats 3 years ago they had a host of health issues to overcome and the methodical addressing of their heath concerns by everyone at Doctors Pet Clinic was what we were hoping for. Only the best will do for our cats and in all our experiences Doctors Pet Clinic is the very best around.

I've used Doctor's Pet Clinic for 20+ years. Love Dr. Koorhan and her staff. Very professional, explain everything. My dogs and cats know when they are going to the vet and are always ready to go. Whether they are going for checkups, treatments or being boarded they know they'll be well treated as do I by the staff.

I took my Pepper cat in For her 7 year shots and checkup . The staff was catering and quick . I had previously made an appointment, and showed up early. My Pepper was nervous and was treated with loving hands ! This is my new veterinarian and pet health clinic ! Thank you staff for your care !

Compassionate, caring, professional. Dr. Koorhan is amazing, and everyone there makes you feel like your pet is part of their family. It's obvious how much the whole staff loves animals. Love them, and wouldn't go anywhere else!

Dr. Koorhan and team were so loving and professional with our cats and all the pets around the office. It's a great feeling to know they fit us in at the last minute for an emergency, handled general anesthesia with no problems, and check on us the next day. Excellent vet!

I've had dogs for 50 years of my life and have gone through many pet clinics. I've tried low budget to high budget and traveled, close to far , just to get the best vet that would satisfied my needs for my dogs. My dog is 11 years old and I knew he needed his teeth cleaned desperately knowing some were loose. I knew it would cost a fortune anywhere I went and I googled Doctors Pet Clinic. I have to say they were the best in caring for my nervous Min Pin and after the procedure, he healed up very well and was a much happier dog. No more bad breath and I try to maintain his teethe now. The overall clinic was patient, clean, and went through my dogs results thoroughly. I felt the doctor did a great job with the surgery and care for my dog and I felt they treated me with respect with their patience and any questions I may have had. I am very glad I tried this clinic and would go back again, if my dogs ever needed any medical help.

Quality organization with caring people. We are always well taken care of for all our pets medical needs.

They treat our babies as if they were their own

WORST VET AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I brought my dog in for itching. The doctor hardly examined my dog and determined it was allergies because "that's what every other dog has this time of the year." Then, the doctor asked me which medicine I wanted to put my dog on. Isn't that the doctor's job to decide on a medication? Then, when I was asking questions about the medication, the doctor told me she had other patients waiting. Then, they attempted to sell me DOUBLE the medication that was originally prescribed. After a couple days of taking the medication and no itch relief, I noticed a couple fleas where my dog kept itching. I called them and asked if I could get my money back for the expensive medication that was incorrectly prescribed. After being denied, I said I would find another vet to use in the future. The receptionist said that is a wonderful idea and hung up on me. I called back to ask if that's how they always treat their customers, and I was told to never call back and hung up on again. This place is the epitome of what a reputable veterinarian is NOT. Your pets deserve better!

I wouldn't take my cats anywhere else!! Everyone there is friendly and very helpful. Dr. Laurie Koorhan is the best!

I'm shocked at the negative reviews of this place. My best buddy and I were on a two month road trip when her hind quarters began collapsing and were sensitive to touch. She had only just recovered from liver failure a few months back, so I'm on a bit of a hair trigger about her health. We had visited a clinic in Texas on the trip for some acute digestion issues and had the worst service ever, with a terribly judgmental doctor because I made my dog's food and used some natural remedies for her. My visit to this clinic could not have been any more different. They made space for me within an hour of my call, without a previous relationship; the staff was so friendly, thorough and efficient; and the doctor was so caring and knowledgeable. She was totally supportive of the things the previous doctor had looked down her nose on. They weren't sales pitchy and made two follow up calls to check on my girl and let me know the results of her consultation with a specialist. The doctor looked me in the eye and didn't treat me like I was an idiot. Even though they fit me in right before surgeries for the day, she didn't rush and took time and care with both of us. Best of all, my friend was very relaxed there despite the resident cats...my big goofball is quite afraid of cats in general due to some early puppyhood trauma. I wish I could have brought these folks back home with me. Oh, and reasonably priced as well.

I have been taking my dogs to Doctors Pet Clinic since 2005. The staff and doctors are wonderful.

The office and employee's in general are very nice and kind. They are very informative and caring. The only thing I would say is that they are a little on the pricey side and they will not help your animal unless you can pay for it right then and there. They do not offer the option to make payments even though they will tell you that your animal could have a severe issue and if left untreated then he/she could die. It's very sad that they will not at that point help you out because they care that much for animals. I don't think this is a horrible place, I would recommend anyone who asked me about going there, but would just let them know they are more worried about collecting the money then treating the animal. :(

They handled my pet's emergency with kindness and urgency. The doctor explained the test results to us completely and in simple terms with all of the options laid out. I left confident and comfortable that I got the best experience for my pet. I'll definitely return for my pets regular visits.

Lucy is getting around with me or Erick as her shadow. We are cautious not to let her jump and she is sleeping in a pen next to my couch with me there. Can't wait for surgery to come and go. Since starting with Doctor's Pet Clinic in 2009 we have appreciated the careful attention that our dogs have received from all the personnel. We have been through four hind leg surgeries (multiple dogs), one catastrophic illness, and understanding and managing diabetes in addition to routine care. We have felt that the Dr.(s) have provided tender care, sound advice, excellent follow-up, and been great companions on this journey of caring for our special "kids". We have also appreciated that the Dr.(s) have helped us make decisions as to necessary services when we couldn't afford to do everything that they may have suggested. In our prior vet clinic, we encountered a denigrating approach when we declined a service; we were made to feel like bad, irresponsible pet owners. Not so, here.

I have a client for about 2 years, the doctors are always professional. I have a dog with lots of issues and they always make time to get us in when needed at the last minute. I have been to a lot of Clinics around the area, I chose Doctors Pet Clinic because they have a more holistic approach, for me this was a deciding factor.

My pets are my children. I trust Doctors pet clinic with my pets care. The staff is friendly, professional and really care about my pets' walfare as well as my concerns.Doctors pet clinic is the best care for my babies.

All of the personnel at Doctors Pet Clinic are so caring and helpful! We have enjoyed knowing this Clinic for many years, and highly recommend them to anyone. The fact that they often bring their own cats or dogs in to work with them gives an atmosphere that sets my dog at ease. . . which is GREAT fro me!

I have been very happy with the care I've recieved for both my dogs here. The staff is very friendly. We usually see Dr. Brown and she is great. She explains things clearly. We can usually get in to be seen, I'm thankful for that. Our last vet was open every other day and it was hard to get an appointment. Would highly recommend this place.
