I love them the service and staff always helps me so much

We have been bringing our Dogs here for over 10yrs to be bathed. They are really great with the Dogs ????. We've never been disappointed. We also buy all our products here too. Most Employees are very helpful, & knowledgeable. If they don't know, they will definitely find someone who does.

They no longer carry the dog food we have purchased there before & staff was unhelpful.

The staff never approached or acknowledged me when I walked in. And when I found a staff member she was on her cell phone and for me to get her attention I had to yell for her attention that's not good on my part but being on cell phone I guess it's more important than helping customers or greeting customers at this location

Horrible.. Took over 4 hours for my dogs groomed. The cut is uneven and my dog seems very stressed. Never again will I bring HomeGirl here.

Very nice and convenient store. We often end up buying from them fir my partner’s cat. They are a large store. The only thing that bothers me is that they sell small animals in cages. It really pains me to see those poor creatures living in those small places. Overall the store itself is really good. But I voice my concern for those little creature in quite small places waiting to be sold. I can’t feel to be on board with such a business… other than that, other things are really good.

Excellent customer service. Large assortment of items for puppies. Love everything about this store. Very convenient for little emergencies when your on the go with your puppy.

Everyone was super helpful...stock is low, but that's a factor everywhere!

First time going to that store for my new kitten. I was able to find pretty much everything I need, just hoped that some products would have been a bit more affordable. Staff was very nice and welcoming.

Petco Groomers in Morgan Hill destroyed my beautiful dog. I brought my dog in for a trim and 5 hours later my dog had 3 legs shaved, gouges to the skin on the neck and trimming was uneven. Even if you offered me free grooming for a year, I would not return to Petco for a free dog wash. I cant believe you call these employees groomers. I never one to write a review but clients should know. Attached are the photos of before and after being butchered. Be your own judge.

The food, litter and treats I normally purchase are always in stock, and the employees I've encountered are always friendly and helpful!

I am always greeted by friendly staff, find the products I need with relative ease, and this last visit was assisted by an associate in choosing the best pet carrier for my cat.

Couldn't find a medium soft dog kennel. Have to go online.

Save your money for more experienced professionals. Long story short, these people have zero training, patience, or compassion for treating elder dogs. One of their workers thought it was appropriate to start KICKING the kennel our dog was in to “get her attention” and then proceeded to make my sister cry when picking up our dog by trying to argue with her that our dog was “completely deaf”. No, our dog who lives with us 24/7 for over a decade is just old and hard of hearing, pretty sure we would know if she was “completely deaf”. Cherry on top, because our dog needs a little more time to rest during the grooming process they flat out told us we couldn’t bring her there anymore. Trash people, trash environment, trash training. I urge everyone to support smaller business dog groomers who actually care about your pets and can accommodate any normal life span occurrence that comes with having a pet. These people are straight garbage.

On my visit day I drove up to park and noticed a young gal, decked in Petco uniform, toting a drink carrier piled up with Starbucks from nearby. Upon parking and walking in, I noticed there were no carts available. I also noticed the coffee toting gal walking around the store disturbing the Starbucks she was tasked to retrieve. I have lower back issues..pretty bad, as I am not SUPPOSED to lift more than a few pounds. I can end up in significant pain for days following. Well, I ended up having to tote my large cat litter, large dog food bag and fish items to the counter without a cart. When I get there the cashier is talking to the coffee girl. They are having a lengthy and light conversation while I stood there. Then I asked,"Are there any carts?" The cashier sighs, as she is disappointed they cannot keep chatting, and asked the coffee girl if she would go get some carts. Then coffee gal proceeds to ask where the COVID COVID cleaning supplies are, to which the cashier shrugged. Then...lol, she proceeds to go out to the exterior of the store and retrieve ONE cart. I used the cart to take my load to my car and then I returned it inside. It was then that I noticed 5 other carts just outside the exterior of the store and another employee using one to lean on while they took a smoke break. Then that employee left the carts there and went back inside. So...I NOW got to Petsmart in Gilroy. There appears to be a lack of management, supervision and adherence to any corporate policy. No one tends to the customer as it is still high school at the Morgan Hill Petco.

Store is super clean a remodeled it looks really nice employees are very friendly and helpful Easy parking writing front fast in-and-out so you get home to your loving pet Soon to have vetenary and services which I think is wonderful because they also have grooming their your one stop shop

Helpful clerks. Nice store layout as well as plenty of parking. Explained an issue with a manufacturer of the cat food I wanted and made alternative suggestions

Super friendly love the great service and the people there truly love animals 10/10 stars would go again also my cats eye infection went away within 2 days of using their eye drops
