Work place does a great job on dogs hair cuts.

If i could gove zero i would because i didnt lile the service at all. My roomate took our little chihuahua to this place like more than a month ago. First she said it was all dirty all over the wholw place, it seemed old and smell, also she took him and took a long time for them to have him ready. She took him around 830am and it was like 1230pm and was not ready, she called and they didnt even start with him, then they said he was gonna be ready at 1pm and she called at 1230pm, so when shw got there he was all ready. When i came home the cut was not good, it seemed lile they just pass the razor all over to have him ready, also they cut him a little from bottom of back left side leg, and they also cut nails like whatever cuz i saw abd seemed like they did it all in a hurry, i dont think they even shower him, honestly it was a really bad service. Dont take your dog here, period.

I called in to make sure their website was accurate meaning they took walk-ins until noon. She stated they were busy to please come before 10am. I drive from riverside got there at 8:50-am just to get told she was busy and rolled her eyes.

I will never bring my puppy here again! They didn’t even bathe her! They only cut her nails! The lady shouted “SHUT UP” to other dogs while I was in there. I could only imagine what they do when us owners aren’t there. My puppy was scared and came home all Sad!

I have a small terrier type dog. I took her in and the girl told me it would be 60.00 to groom her. I've been doing price checks. And the average price for a small dog is 45 to 50. All she did was shave her hair all off didn't keep no hair on her face. Usually she gets the teddy bear face. Way over priced.

Do not go here. Owner was very rude. I was first customer of the day. I have never caged my little dog, and she demanded I put her in one of the 9 old,dirty,dilapidated cage. I told her no worries, since I was 10 minutes early, I'd just hold my dog till she was ready. She then rudely replied, oh no. I'm not dealing with you,you can leave. I swear the whole place is filthy,trash and newspapers scattered everywhere. It was very warm and stunk of not being cleaned,ever. If you want your animal taken to a third world country mange growing,probably covid harboring,since the owner didn't even have a mask. Just go see for yourself. Place is disgusting. One star is non deserved. Nothing there . Should be condemned.

I‘be been going there for over 15 years and my dogs love her❤️ Yes, she’s busy because she’s good but always does an excellent job! I have seen her handle dogs that the owners admitted the other groomers won’t do. Her prices are the cheapest I’ve ever seen, and very knowledgeable.

I’ve been going to all about grooming for over 15 years I have never had a complaint she has always been pleasant professional and very courteous I can’t stand when people don’t realize how people really are and just want to mess with them I would recommend all about grooming to anybody.

I seriously thank God for this groomer I have gone to her for over nine years. Not only does she do exceptional grooming she is also caring and is very fair on her prices. I would not have pets if it wasn’t for her. She’s flexible and will do whatever you need done and charge accordingly. Highly recommended shop.

They do a great job here. One of the best places for cats I've found.

The older lady here attitude is unacceptable, she is extremely rude for no reason and I do not recommend this place. However the younger lady is very nice ????????.

I went there for a price and the lady was so rude and unprofessional this is my first time coming to the city of moreno valley but seriously I was so offended and overwhelmed over her attitude if they are in a bad mood all the time please DONT WORK FOR COSTUMER SERVICE or dont have a business at all . I will never go back to this place ever again I thank God I didn't leave my dog there

I've been taking my dogs to the groomer for years. She does excellent work and she's very professional.

I called to asked about their services and she laughed while explaining and sounded extremely bothered! I’m sorry but TO THE OWNER OF THIS PLACE.... you need to get rid of the lady at your front desk!!! She’s making your business look bad

So nice they took my dog when no other place did.

My dog was still dirty when I pick him up. She just wipe around him. His faced was not clean she added a ribbon he still smell like dirty in certain areas. never get my business again

Horrible service. I called today to get a price check and she sounded extremely bothered. I asked if they have time for my dog she asked how big he was and before I could describe his size she cut me off and said no, and hung up on me. I was very kind and nice no attitude at all, that was uncalled for????

We have taken our pets there for over 20 years and yes, Carla can be less that the social greeter you might expect but she works hard and has to keep moving. Not too much chit chat when all you want is you pests groomed. Her prices are very fair. I think she should charge a little more. You can't always judge a business by one visit.

I found an elderly dog on the street and couldn't groom him due to the fact he's too old and was "crying (actually he's a whiner) ", he's very cool and calm collective dog. Didn't quite finish grooming him "due to the fact that he has special needs" and charge me 20$ late fee cash only.

Worse place ever!! I brought my poodle here over a year ago. The older gal here NOT sure if she’s the owner or whom ever she is... the most rudest and grumpiest person ever from the moment I stepped in. She also was extremely rude and mean to the other employees here. I do NOT recommend this place and I will never trust this place with my fur babies

My shih tzu needs to be groomed often & after trying different places, I've decided this will be my place. My dog comes back clean, feeling super soft, smelling great & with the exact haircut I request. Most importantly he seems happy to go & not afraid. The price is very competitive. The only issue can be the owner's attitude. Sometimes she can be a bit rude, but I just figure she's better with animals than people!

Awesome. Wonderful. I get cat claws done and she is a happy place in my universe.
