Exceptional staff and a well stocked store with none of this closing early stuff their major national competition has going on. I'm now a Petco customer!

I wouldn't recommend getting a pet from this store but they have a wide range of supplies.

Realized you most likely sold bird seed and squirrel food, and you did! My squirrels are very appreciative, LOL

The beta fish barely have any energy. They are kept in tiny plastic containers. They are dying. Although they are small animals and aren’t as smart as dogs or pigs, they still need proper homes.

Nice layout of store with signs overhead telling which pet food is there, i.e., dog, reptile, cat, etc. Clean and well stocked. Didn't interact with any clerks.

They had the item I was looking for.

Great customer service, just takes a minute or two of finding them because they are busy taking care of the pets and store. The employee environment seems pleasant (nothing toxic or highschool-like) and Nik was very concerned with the after purchase care.

Curbside is super convenient when you have a dog with a sick tummy and you need Nature's Miracle carpet cleaning solution asap.

This store is really equipped with just about anything you could need for your pets and very friendly sales associates. I would strongly recommend this store for all your pet's needs.

No lines like Petsmart. Good assortment of products and brands we use like Tiki Cat. Friendly staff.

Excellent customer service and good selection

I love this store because of the pets they sell. Animals that the other pet shops don't have. Like a hairless guinea pig. Ugly and cute at the same time. Any items I can't get at the pet shop close to my house I know I can get at petco.

The worst customer service ever. I booked an appointment 3 weeks ago for my two dogs for a bath and haircut. I get a phone call on the appointment day (1 hour before the appointment) by the lady called Cierra and she tells me she has only two hours and can't give a haircut for my dog. Not only she tells me 1 hour before the appointment, she has a tone and attitude with me that she has only two hours, which is NOT MY PROBLEM. I made this appointment 3 weeks ago and you guys can't even find other people or figure things out for a customer. Total worthless, unprofessional, never use them. Don't go there if you care about customer service

The people that work here are extremely nice and knowledgeable. I got my chinchilla here. The guy who helped me there knew exactly what he was talking about when I had questions and there store us well stocked, organized and clean. They have like everything here. Highly recommend

They did a good job washing our dog but they kept moving our appointment time slot around and that doesn't work for those of us that have weekday schedules.

One, I really like the crate I purchased and Petco seems to be the only one that carries this product. It was quick and simple to order online and then pick up at the store with limited contact considering the circumstances with Shelter In Place order. This crate is for a foster dog that we have taken in from the county to help out with found dogs. I like that Petco is kept clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Ok my family brought the family dog (Poodle) to get groomed. Got charged almost $70 for a horrible cut. They themselves said they did not finish. So why charge the full amount? If you don't know how to deal with dogs with anxiety or nervousness then don't work with dogs. Whoever cut her hair did a horrible job. Never again going back. Will be contacting corporate for this.

Great store! Conveniently located next to Whole Foods & Rite-Aid at the mall. Very friendly staff. Their sale prices are awesome so watch for them.
