These can't be real reviews ....I give one star due to lack of professionalism and care. I was so heartbroken and disappointed in their services. I scheduled with the groomer and when I arrived I initially felt over talked about the process by the price variance depending on the dog's behavior, matting, services..etc. blah, blah, blah! Please dont mistake the over abundance of information for care like I did. My dog was left for 5 minutes and I recieved a call from the groomer that my 11 month old Maltipoo was aggressive and was biting. I thought it was a joke. But it wasn't. I was forced to come and pick him up after driving a few blocks away from the location. When I came back my puppy had hair hanging half way off his body. They groomed him from his balls to his head! (OMG) I couldn't believe what I was seeing. They kept apologizing saying my dog was this and that...I even offered to hold my dog while they finish the job they started because I have never known him to be aggressive. He is always a friendly and playful dog. But they refused to finish the job and sent my dog away with 80% of his hair shaved and hanging off his body. I couldn't believe it! Thank GOD Petco felt sorry for us and squeezed our DOG in for sameday Grooming. Petco did such an amazing job I tipped them $20. Obviously the dog was not the problem. But I guess everything happens for a good reason! Beware!!!

Best groomers hands down my babe Rayden always looks amazing when he leaves this place. But the last time he went he was itching for days I had to bathe him again with oatmeal shampoo it’s been 3 days and I still have to spray his leg and foot and wrap it so he didn’t chew on it

Just like another reviewer here, I found them very unprofessional and over priced. They consider Shih Tzu a bigger than medium dog breed! You are better off avoiding this place. There is a Petco store on Central Ave. 5 min walk away.

I love this place. They do a good job on my yorkiepoo. Blueberry scrub and the best doggy cologne. They also brush his teeth so that stank breath disappears. LOL

They were great with Luna.. Definitely will be going back.

I would give half a star if possible. I've taken my dog to this groomers twice and I didn't care for the my dogs haircut or customer service the first time so shame on me for going back. Today I took my dog to be groomed and when dropping him off I was asked by the receptionist if I would like the same cut as last time. I responded by asking her for a trim and wash. She said that's what they did last time and I said his hair was cut to short and she responded with thats how they can cut his hair or just give him a bath. Should have left at that point. I got a call that his haircut was finished and I asked the price (for my reference) and the receptionist told me $60. I asked why the price went up and she said because my dog got bigger. I responded by letting her know my dog is a multipoo and that he is as big as hes going to get and tbey should have called if they were going to change the price thats given. We went bavk and fourth and I even spoke to the groomer and she said she remembered my dog from 2 months ago (hes only been there twice) and she made a note on his file of how big he was the first time. She said the manager would call me in 10 minutes. I received the call from the a person saying they are the owner and this person was just as rude as her employees. She kept interrupting me and going around in circles saying they don't charge by weight they charge by size. She told me its possible for a dog to grow but still weigh the same, which is crazy to me. She said she's seen Multipoo's up to 60lbs so its not a surprise that my dog stretched. This also irritated me because it shows they don't know breeds and they are in the dog business. I noticed I wasn't getting anywhere so I said I will pick up my dog and I will no longer be a customer. The owner responded with, "good we don't need your business". Unprofessional and rude.

no way.. girls are horrible.. non experience.. they need to closed it .. I will not take my dogs never there..

Awesome Groomer. They took their time and really cared about our Puppy Laola. She was very difficult to deal with as it was her first time but they knew exactly what to do to handle her with care. Would definitely recommend!!!

Best groomer for us near our home. They gave our Bella a yorkie an incredible grooming.

I just dropped my puppy off and even though they haven’t even taken care of her yet I just wanted to say. Go here. I have been trying for almost a year to find a groomer that would at least look at my special needs puppy. Even hospitals turned us away. This place is at least giving it a try to see if they can help her. I cannot thank them enough. Best groomer by far simply by customer care standards.

My dog trouble has been coming here for about a yr. They do an amazing job. The groomers are very knowledgeable and make the best recommendations for your dog's breed and the look you are trying to achieve...trouble always leaves a happy camper!!! Thank you ????

Weve been taking our dog sheena here since they've opened...they are terrific sheena is NOT a fan of being groomed but they do make her feel comfortable...they tell me in detail everything they do to her...i highly recommend bringing your family pet HERE

Desiree is gifted at dog grooming. I have a Goldendoodle and today was our first time visiting here since we moved into the area. He looks amazing and you can tell she really loves her furry customers! My new groomer!
