I love this vet. He is very patient and compassionate. I reccomend him highly. However he is booked out a Month in advance. This makes it extremely difficult if your pet has any illness that need to be addressed in a timely manner. The staff is helpful and nice except for one girl who was extremly rude when I asked about helping to calm my cat during a procedure. Hopefully you'll interact with the others.

Wonderful, they did a perfect job on neutering, will forever go to them for neutering; HOWEVER, we called prior, 2-3x to confirm whether or not, we had to pay for blood work and continuously multiple times stated “No”, and that it was PART of the neutering cost, and that the medicine would be extra. The receptionist even stated in real life, the day of the appoint, prior to the surgery, that we did NOT have to pay for blood work. We were being told that “blood work is at no extra cost” Then AFTER the surgery, we had a larger vet bill than expected, cause they charged us for blood work, so they asked why if they said it was free and never a response. So save an extra $100, just in case This was for a 65lbs dog at the time. It was extremely frustrating but they do a extremely well job at neutering

Well worth the wait dr Rodriguez is the best veterinarian i have met, very professional and skilled.

Blue Cross Blue Shield is one of the worst animal hospitals you can go to. Those who make an appointment are booked into the new year. Waiting times for walk ins are for the first 17-18 people only and they don’t tell you it’s based on serving those who just need shots. Staff will tell you to arrive early but even if your numbers 2-18 , expect a minimum wait time of over 4-6 hours for a walk in. Definitely unprofessional

They were so busy that I had to drive all the way down there just to make an appointment because they wouldn't answer the phone. Then they couldn't even see my cat until the end of December!

Amazing and friendly staff. Love the friendly office kitties when the sneak out from the back. Although it does get quite busy at times aren't terrible and now the waiting area is back open

I took my yorkies to get fixed, and what I paid for both would of been what I paid for one with our Vet. Very reasonable prices, dropped off my babies in the morning picked them up in the afternoon. They are doing great. Thank you all for your wonderful service.

Ive been taking my pets to this clinic for at least 12 years and they are always so nice and caring. Prices are reasonable and they always work with you. They have low cost vaccination clinics and you can always make an appointment. They have a ton of clients so it does take a while to see them.

Dr. Sean Rodriguez is a very thorough and kind vet, and the prices are low compared to other hospitals. I highly recommend!

This vet has really saved my dog, 2 surgeries to remove mass on her leg, she 16 years old, now running around like a pup

Sean the Veterinarian was awesome with my Rottweiler which we were putting her to sleep so she didn't suffer anymore. He explained everything to us about the process. He even sat on the floor with me, my 2 girls, my wife and our dog Lady while he gave her the shot to put her to sleep so she wouldn't feel anything, then he gave her the last shot. Very compassionate with us. Definitely the best Veterinarian i have ever met and we'll definitely be taking all our animals to him.
