This pet smart was very nice just like many of the other pet smarts I've gone in the past. When I asked if they had a restroom at this location I was quickly pointed in the correct direction. I would recommend this location easily. Thank you

This was the first time taking my dog to a pet store ever n she is 13 years old.. I was kinda nervous on how she would react to other dogs n people.. she did just fine.. The store was beautifully clean n workers were patient with me not understanding with masks on because I'm deaf.. Thank you for your patience. Gonna take my dog again ..

Pricey, but clean. My dog enjoyed coming inside to explore. However, we were looking for a LED lit collar, but there were none. A full aisle dedicated to collars and leashes and not one LED collar?!? I guess I'll have to buy it online.

My furbaby has such fun at Doggy Day Camp! On special event days I receive a photo, and sometimes a craft...hahaha . Excellent opportunity for him to learn socialization! I truly appreciate Petsmart!

This Petsmart is close by so obviously I'm going to shop. It's a consistently stocked Petsmart and I'm always welcomed in a friendly way. Great that it's easily accessible and had spacious parking. Plus a great dog park not too far on Colorado and Second St.

Great selections of food, toys and health products for my dog, 10 fish, and 20 species of wild birds.

This place has great prices, I come when I need my things and volunteer with the cat room, they people here are great with customer service. There is a Banfield pet hospital inside and they are also very kind.

Always have trouble finding employees when I need help other than that it's great prices like everywhere else going up and up and up

Everyone I dealt with at the store was extremely courteous and professional. The store is very clean and well organized. The groomer was very good with my anxious puppy and the appointment went very quickly. I will definitely be bringing my pup back on a regular basis!

My dog got a limping leg after staying at pet hotel.

10.12.21 No Turtle food on shelves for weeks - No Fancy Feast on shelves for weeks - I was told that store was not getting supplies from manufacturers....I purchased Turtle Food @ Amazon & Fancy Feast cat food...same price as Pets mart.. At least they had cat grass for my kitty

Found a cactus bed that my dog can crawl inside and sleep in. It's adorable with flowers. I also found a cute and warm vest for my dog. The staff were all super friendly and helpful.

Love that I can take my dog with me to shop for pet items.

I also think (know) Service Dog's should have been given a little more respect, everytime Ladybug is out with me, she is on duty for me! No worries! I will still shop for my furbabies needs. I'm over it.

The staff also work with customers to help navigate the various prices, bundles, and promotions regarding pet stays to ensure customers don't overpay for their services.

Didn't find what I was looking for,!

I arrived at this store and went to the dog sitting area the girl there Samantha was very kind to the dogs so kind as if they were hers. Fabulous work very, very pet friendly.

The Petsmart was a little low on turtle food and water cleaner, but I found what I needed.
