The Serpentarium Modesto, California

Love this place, their staff, and what they sell. Very knowledgeable. I just wish they had a higher supply available due to such high demand, since they always are packed full of customers, and 2 out of 5 times, they don't have the insects I need, or they have them but they are too small for my Beardie.

Apsolutely fantastic customer service. The the employees were knowledgeable, kind, and had a clear love of reptiles. Plus the pricing is very good, expessially for reptile supplies. 10/10 will be returning

They ripped me off! Try to sell me a baby rat as a medium rat! And charged me full price and said that they were out of the medium rats last time going here! And their platinum membership is garbage!

They did not have anything I needed and it was very high priced.

They are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. They have helped get me get completely set up by picking out the needed products to keep my reptiles comfortable. I had a mite problem, they helped me not only identify the problem, but also provided the solution. I also just found out that they will help you with a free mite check if you are worried about a possible health problem with one of your tiny friends! Super happy Overall, and I will keep coming here.

Best place to get feeders just wish they kept more large crickets around

It's a great place to get reptile pets/ food, and in my opinion the number 1 place to do so in Modesto. I also recommend talking to Nicole, she is the most helpful.

I have had the membership for over a year and I love it! I have saved $100’s within one year. I have a lot of reptiles, I can always call with a question or bring them in for any help I need. I drive an hour to come here and will continue to do so!

Don’t purchase their membership. They’re constantly out of stock of feeders and other basic supplies. We switch stores and use Carter’s for feeders they haven’t been out of stock of anything yet.

If you love lizards you owe it to yourself to at least check this place out. It seems to have everything you could possably need for your reptile.

This place is great. They have a variety of products for any type of terrarium. Prices are a bit higher than other similar stores but the reasons are clear. They care about the animals there. All the animals look healthy to and they seem to have knowledge.

The Serpentarium is the best place we have found to get the items we need for our water dragon, from enclosures to live food they have it. Customer service is friendly and knowledgeable which is exactly what we need. Great place, great service.
