They wouldn't price match Petco

They have a lage selection of dog treats here and most of the prices are under $20 for a bag of dog treats. I like going here for dog treats because they have the treats my dogs enjoy.

I was gifted some cute baby Guinea pigs. Within the first week they were sick. (Upon receiving one had crust around the eyes). I contacted PetSmart and was told to return them. We already bonded with them. 2 vet visits ($250) later they’re finally healthy. PetSmart needs to be BANNED from selling Animals!

I love bringing my shihtzu girls here! I love the easy booking appointments and easy drop off and pick up! I love that they text you when they’re ready to be picked up! They always do a great job!

Decent supply of stuff but not a great selection of pets.

My Family and I were in need of a new dog house. We are staying in a place temporarily and wasn't looking to spend a ton for a short term use. I was asked if I needed help by an incredible employee (Whitney), and I told her what we were there for. She was very interested in helping me and my kids have a happy and easy shopping experience, and asked many questions. She went above and beyond expectations. She showed us the selection, but made a suggestion. The dog houses we were looking at (Igloo style), were around $200-$240. She told us to hang on while she checked on something before we made our decision. She remembered seeing a very nice discount on one of the houses due to a small insignificant broken plastic piece that made zero difference in the house. The original price for this house was $190. She told us that they were giving 15% off for the damage. But she didn't stop there. She had also remembered seeing a promotional on their website. She had us go on their website and look something up. This simple direction resulted in $100 off the purchase price, and then added the 15% discount on top of the $100 off. She cleared everything with the manager to make sure she was being accurate in her information. And she was. The price I paid for the house was now $76.49. $190 to 76 dollars. Sweet! I was very pleased with the whole experience, but also glad to meet and be helped by Whitney. Because they do not allow the flat bead carts outside without an employee, she even helped us out to the truck and helped load me up. It is not a heavy dog house, but it is a little larger and awkward to handle solo. If you want to be treated as if you are the most important customer to a large chain, then go see Whitney at the Sisk road location (tell her Jay sent you), and you will get the red carpet treatment. lol

First time, and last time to this location. Went to pick up my online order and walked by the out in the open, doorless shelf used for picked online orders (which was by other items for customers to select). I saw my unpackaged, unbagged order with the receipt taped to it and took it up to the register. A middle aged, very rude female worker with dark hair reamed me for taking it off the shelf, so I put it back, and she reamed me again for going over there! She rudely told me I was "going to wait" to be helped now and walked away. Another female worker helped me and said I shouldn't go over there because there was "confidential customer information", but everything was out in there open and not protected. I'm sure the first lady was having a bad night, but to verbally attack someone in front of other customers and staff is uncalled for. And, why are they leaving confidential customer information out to open?? I won't return to this location. (I only gave three stars because they had most of my order.)

Just had a horrible experience in line the gentleman whose name starts with a u was very rude and his light at his register wasn't on yet he had the audacity to ask me to stand behind a lady who was at the other line.

we bought a ginnie pig and it was sick so we brought it back within the 2 week time frame,b4 we could check out with our oversized dog bone we bought they came back up to us and said the ginnie pig was fine. so we took it and left but we knew it was sick so we took it to another vet, that we paid for and of course it was sick like we thought.it would have died if we didnt bring it to another vet. i do not recommend buying any animal from them! buyer beware

Clean store, was greeted and asked if I needed anything. Had some cats, fish, guinea pigs, hamsters, mice, lizards, etc. Nice friendly store. Long line, but middle of the day that's expected.

I absolutely love the curbside pickup! Its very easy to order, pay and pickup your purchases.

Great to go back there!

The people are delightful and very helpful never have to wait but they never seem to have what I need went there for a doggie diaper they only had desposible I wanted reusable gotta save the planet guys please get reusable doggie diapers with straps so they cant take them off

Was looking for some fish to buy on memorial day so as I called around this store said that they did have a good selection. So my wife and I jumped in the car drove a half hour to get there and when we did there were signs all over the tanks reading "no fish sales till 6/1/2021. The bext day. They would not budge. So customer service here is very poor.

We always love taking our pet to this grooming salon. She always knows exactly what we like for our pet. And our dog always comes back feeling and smelling 100% better. Thank you so much for taking care of our fur baby.
