Not only did they do a wonderful job on my sweet dog, but they were pleasant to interact with. My dogs haircut was exactly what I wanted. Sydnee's is absolutely awesome. Thank you, guys!

Have had numerous experiences with Sydnee's and kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. . .Fool me Once. . . They have been a terrible. Lost our dog's collar, "forget" to trim his hair, and then bail on appointments made because we were 15 minutes late. Never returning!

The only people my Charlie allows near his nails! Thank you ????

I am incredibly upset at this place. We sent my loving, carefree dog to this groomer a few times now and we aren’t sure what they did but after the last time he went he came home acting skittish and unusual. We discovered blood on his paw and assume they cut too close to the quick. Another time my husband went to pick him up they were yelling at another dog. We will never be go back to this groomer and I don’t recommend that anyone else does either.

My Ernie has issues with trust. He has chronic ear and eye issues. They work well with him. I tell everyone about them. Great job! 5 stars!!!

Dropped off my dog for a haircut and bath. He was returned THREE HOURS later covered in blood and urine. They did not cut his hair or bathe him. Employees showed no concern for his condition and lied about the blood saying it was a nosebleed from "extreme stress".She made the claim it was common for dogs that she deals with. Had to take my dog to urgent care as I discovered he had blood pooling in his eye and became lethargic and slow to respond.. Doctor suspected trauma and discovered " Severe scleral ecchymosis and corneal ulceration"

I didn't get the name of the groomer who did my foster dog but she did amazing. My foster went in looking pretty ratty and came out looking so adorable. She seemed very happy when we left. The staff was super nice and friendly. I would absolutely come back!

Before Thanksgiving I took my Goldendoodle to Sydnee's for partial grooming. I told the groomer that I wanted his face/head, tail, and paws trimmed. After leaving, I realized I forgot to ask for his sani area trimmed as well, so I called the salon and was told the groomer would do that too. When I came back to the salon ~4 hours later (which seemed like a long time for what we were asking them to do), the first thing I noticed was that he nice and fluffy, but I his face and tail didn't look much shorter than it I was when I brought him in. I thought maybe it was just because he was so fluffy. When I got home I was able to get a better look at him. I really could barely see a difference in the length of his face and tail pre to post groom, his sani area was not trimmed (all other groomers I've been to will shave the area, but that definitely did not happen here), the hair was not shaved between his paw pads (every other groomer I've been to will do this automatically), and worse of all, THEY CUT ONE OF HIS EYELASHES. My dog's long lashes are one of my favorite things about him. I was already sad that one of his eyelashes had partly fallen out recently and was therefore shorter than the other one, and when I saw that the other one was cut (per the groomer, to match the length), I lost it. I feel like it is a known fact that doodle owners are really particular about their dog's lashes; either they want to keep them long or short. With all other groomers I've been to, they've either left the lashes alone, or they asked ahead of time what I'd like them to do with the lashes. Altogether, I was extremely displeased with the whole experience, and I called Sydnee's back to request a refund. The groomer came on the phone and said she was sorry that I was unhappy with the service, but she thought she did everything I had requested. She said I could come back in and they could try to fix the cut, but I was honestly too traumatized at that point to come back in, and again requested a refund. She said she would have to ask the manager, who would give me a call back when he got back to the salon. Well the manager/owner did not even have the courtesy to call me back. Instead, he and the groomer checked the security cameras to "prove" that they did everything I requested, and he had the groomer call me back to say they could not honor the full refund. I requested at least a partial refund, then. Nope, they couldn't do that either. They could only offer to have me and my dog come back in the fix the cut. I told her no, I do not want to come back in. She became argumentative and frankly, rude. I stated that this was not an appropriate way run a business, and asked, isn't good customer service important to them? They wouldn't budge. I told them, "Ok well expect a bad review on yelp then." She replied snarkily, "That's ok, we already have 60 positive reviews." I asked for the manager/owner's phone number, but after reading his replies to other negative reviews on yelp, I realized it would get me nowhere to call him. Needless to say, I will never go back to Sydnee's Pet Grooming. And I would be wary bringing your dog there too. They do not handle unsatisfied customers well.

Clean store. People are nice and are knowledgeable. They love dogs! Page is the reason we come.

With our old groomer, our dog would always come back shaking and super irritable after a cut. After Sydnee's, my family and I were so surprised and amazed at how calm, playful, and overall happy he was! Everything was perfect. Definitely worth our money and can recommend especially for dogs (we have a Shihtzu) who are harder to manage!

Page is an amazing groomer!! I can’t think of anyone else I’d recommend over Page... she knows her stuff!! Once you find a groomer that you love, you gotta stick with them. One in a million!

My dog had a great time at Sydnee's! The environment and staff were very welcoming, all the dogs seemed very relaxed. Nancy took great care of my dog, and he came home so clean, soft, and handsome! Prices were very transparent, and reasonable. We will definitely be back!

Very welcoming and both my dogs looked amazing - I chose to deshed and bathe both pups and price was fair. I’m definitely going back.
