I love Pets Plus!! I have shopped there for years. They are beyond helpful and go out of their way to solve any issues. They are so friendly and have become like family. Won't shop anywhere else!!

Friendly staff and a well-stocked store. We always get our little Willow's food and treats here.

Amazing selection of Cat and Dog Food if looking to try some different kind of food for a new pet or have problems with current food not compatible with your pet that leads to throwing up, like the problem my mother had with her Two Persian cats getting both to be compatible with the same wet and dry food was hard. My mother came here and was able to eventually find food compatible with both cats and they no longer throw up. Awesome selection of everything for your pets here.... A+++++ awesome pet food/supplies & accessories store.... Fair priced and nice staff, better than the Big corporate run brand pet stores. I would always support a store like this even if I had to pay more, but this store has comparable prices to the big guys anyway so its a no brainer, the quality of the staff is grade A !!!! Check it out and support local small business as much as possible... We are lucky to have Places like this and dont realize it untill they disappear.... Please check it out my mom loves this place

Best pet store in So. OC. Staff is super friendly and highly knowledgeable. They were very welcoming to my new puppy when we entered the store as well. She was skeptical but the young man that greeted us enticed her into the store with treats. A nice touch!

Dozen live crickets for $1+ tax, open until 8pm, friendly staff - what else could I wish for ????

Extremely helpful in selecting new cat food. I have an extremely picky cat that I wanted to get on a more natural diet and the staff there was able to recommend the food that she devoured. The most difficult part about the process was the fact that their selection is so large. I would def recommend purchasing all your pet supplies here!

Jennifer was helpful with clarifying food sensitivities for the customer before me and gracious to help me find some birthday celebration options for or older dog. Love the care they provide their customers!

Great little store , helpful staffs!

Nice Mom and Pop Style Pet Shop they have a veterinarian services there so you can get vaccinations for your dog or cat I got the rabies shot score my dog there and only paid $18 very good

This is a small store, but you can find everything you need for dogs, cats,or fish as well as other pets. It also carries a wide variety of pet foods. It is the only place we have found that carries Fromm Surf and Turff. They also offer vaccines during certain times of the month. Employees are also very helpful.

Very sweet workers and convenient little store. I like To take my baby to pet stores to see everything and get all the attention he craves from humans on a daily basis lol . So after visiting pets mart in Aliso viejo and rude workers seemed miserable i started Looking for more somewhat close pet stores and this one popped up while i was On that side of town . Went in and the young man helped me find my Chewie a no raw hide treat ( he let him smell them all and of course my boy picked out the most expensive one lol) bought him a whole bag and it’s his favorite new chew bones and i got to sleep all night instead of him wanting me to play at 3am! Ha plus the young man gave him a free big no raw hide treat to go and lady at the front gave him some jerky while i checked out ! I prefer supporting local businesses anyway so I’ll be back here since they gave my baby so much love ❤️
