Red Rover Pet Resort Milpitas, California

Our dog stayed more than one month at RedRover and we loved it. They updated us from time to time on instagram with picture and we could follow him in the camera when he was out in the park. They follow all of our instructions and gave him wonderful care. We will definitely choose RedRover again next time.

I needed to board my dog for the weekend and being new to the area I didn’t know where to put her. I found Red Rover on yelp, they we ready to help me right away. My dog was taken great care of well she was here and I will bring her back when I need to board again!

Awesome little facility that has all I need. The staff cares about the well being of your pets and what can make them comfortable to reassure any concerns the owner may have. Dropping my dog off for over night boarding was a piece of cake too! All I did was show up, give some feeding instructions, then out the door. When I picked up my little guy the next day he was happy and well! I am really happy that I found this place

Our 13 month old German Shepherd mix, had fun on his first day at Red Rover. He had a bad experience a few months ago with a different day care facility and is a little nervous and cautious of new people and dogs. But the staff at Red Rover, went out of their way to be gentle and to make him feel safe and comfortable. I liked the fact that they separate smaller dogs from the medium/large dogs and the ability to watch the play area is brilliant. I would definitely recommend choosing Red Rover pet resort for our furry friends. Our dog Bruno had fun today and will definitely be going back to meet his friends ????

Tough to write this as up until this point we loved Red Rover but we will never take our dogs here again. We were gone and received a call that our dog had been hurt. When we came back early, we could not believe what we saw when we got him home. The skin on his front paw is gone down to the cartilage. Our vet will now have to do surgery to graft his skin on Monday after it heals a bit. It may also be broken but the doctor couldn't tell based on the horrible stitching job the vet they took him to did. Every time we ask what happened we receive a different story from each person! They also have each started out their explanation with "well I'm not sure what exactly happened but your other dog bit him". Our other dog who has never physically hurt another person or dog in the 6 years we've owned her which is very hard to believe. Our vet even said it did not look like the result of a dog bite so not sure what happened. Extremely disappointed with the lack of responsibility and ethical practices this place has taken over this incident. Find another place to board your dogs! This place isn't safe especially if they can't explain what happened to my poor dog.

This is an amazing place to leave your pup. You can constantly watch their activities through web cam. They amazed me by responding to all my text messages through Instagram, shared lot of pic and they kept us constantly updated. My dog was very happy through out his stay, I truly appreciate all they do and my experience with them is amazing. This will be my first preference moving forward and I have become a life time customer.

Highly recommend Red Roover Resort. The price is fair and my Husky was well taken care of while we were on vacation. He was there for 6 nights.

I have been taking my furbaby there for over 3 years he loves being there. I know because when we pull down the street to drop off he get excited and starts taking, he can’t wait to get there. The owner and staff love dogs and treat your babies like there own. RedRover is my only choice for DDC and boarding for my baby.

I have been boarding my dogs to red rover for few years . My pups love to go in happily and come back so tired. I always have piece of mind knowing that they are well taken care off. Staff is very professional and friendly. Place is also very neat and clean. I will strongly recommend this place to anyone.

Our 11-month Rhodesian Ridgeback stayed here for 5 nights while we traveled and we'll definitely be back and would recommend to others. He clearly had a great time and was well cared for. The facility was nice and the staff professional. It was nice to spot him on camera playing.

Odie my 10 month old pup really enjoyed his first day at Red Rover. I’m so pleased, he seemed to have a lot of fun from the looks of the video footage. He also took a long nap after being picked up, which is rare for him. He’ll definitely be attending Red Rover again.????????

This is the third time my dog has stayed at Red Rover and it’s been nothing short of amazing service. They take amazing care of the dogs and you can check on them anytime they’re outdoors. I loved being able to see what my dog was doing while we were away. The team is super responsive and professional. I definitely recommend Red Rover for any boarding and daycare needs!

Our dog loves coming here. I do wish they would send at least one picture if they stay overnight multiple nights, but otherwise, it's a great place.

All the staff are so friendly and responsible. My dog rushing and pulling to the door each time we get out of the car is a proof of her enjoyment????Watching the camera during the day is also a lot of fun! Good values and perfect place for daycare!

This place loves dogs. And that’s the RIGHT type of place where you want to take care of your fur baby! I have watched my dog jump with joy when she gets there. Then she licks the workers in the face. It’s so nice that they let her sit with them outside and kiss them in the face lol???? Love to support small businesses instead than big corporations like Wag

They’re very welcoming, accommodating, and sweet. When I first brought in my dachshund for an evaluation she fell in love with the place and was ready to just run away to daycare. She comes back home well fed and tired from bouncing around with dogs her size. I gladly will take her back to Red Rover :) .

My two Frenchtons shared a suite, first time boarding for the one year old. They came home healthy and happy. Thank you, Red Rover.

I have a quarantine dog who we spoil and is with someone most of the time. We needed to leave and didn’t have anyone to watch him. As a dog mom I was nervous and took him to a few places around the east bay. RedRover allowed us to leave with ease. We were able to check on the dog cam, call in, and our dog seemed so happy after he figured out the system. He came back happy and well! The staff are honestly there for the dogs- it’s not just a gig for them. Thanks RedRover! I have definitely told my friends and family about this company!

I boarded my dogs here for 3 days and they seemed genuinely happy after the experience. With the live stream web cam I could see them playing around most of the day. After a few really bad or super expensive places I have experienced boarding my dogs over the years, this place really met my expectations. Only thing I would recommend to Red Rover is to get a better online system for booking.

My dogs love it at Red Rover. If they had an option, they would want to move here. ????

Highly recommend Red Rover Pet Resort. I used them for doggie day care while I was in the area. I couldn’t leave my pup alone in my room all day while I went to Alcatraz for the day. She had a wonderful time and the staff loved her. It’s rare to have 5 mini schnauzers at one time, so she had a lot of company. She had a blast with all the dogs!

I've been bringing my dogs here for years. They get excited when I drop them off and go without a backwards glance. I feel confident they are well taken care of.

Very professional. The best part is they have webcams to check on the puppies and dogs.

We brought our 2 dogs to Red Rover Pet Resort for a boarding stay of 10 days. We called a few times to check on them and Red Rover was always very responsive, courteous and helpful. When we picked up the dogs they were clean, happy and very well fed. I would definitely recommend Red Rover.

BLACKMAILED TO TAKE DOWN MY NEGATIVE REVIEW!!! First, I want to start by saying I wonder how many other people they have done this to, and that’s probably why you don’t see the bad reviews. What a totally shady company! A couple weeks after writing my negative review, I had to leave town last minute, and unfortunately didn’t have a choice but to book my dog back here for boarding. When I called to make the reservation, everything was fine, they didn’t mention anything to me about not wanting me as a customer anymore. Fast forward to the DAY OF my boarding reservation, TWO HOURS before I was supposed to drop my dog off, I get a phone call from not even the owner, one of his employees Daniel (owner clearly making employees do his dirty work), basically blackmailing me to take down my review or they won’t board my dog. TWO HOURS BEFORE I WAS SUPPOSED TO DROP HIM OFF!!! My reservation had been in the system for a week at this point, so it was clear this was manipulatively planned! I took it down in a panic because I was leaving in the morning and thought I wouldn’t have time to get my dog in somewhere else. But at this point, I felt EXTREMELY uncomfortable leaving my dog here, since I was just blackmailed and that is such a shady thing to do. I felt that they would treat my dog badly or worse - hurt him, so I thankfully found another place last minute. But what this company did is extremely unprofessional and the owner is clearly a snake, making others do his dirty work, and using blackmail to fix the reviews for his business. That’s not how you run a business at all. Glad I will never be boarding here again! And to other dog owners - please be careful who you do business with!!!

I’ve researched multiple pet daycares/resorts for my dog and found Red Rover to be the best fit for my dog Spud. They do a temperament test and makes sure your pup is up to date on all its shots. The check in process was quick and easy, and my dog had a specific diet that they were able to accommodate and followed the directions I had given. Everyone at Red Rover are all super nice and professional and are always willing to give me an update on how my dog is doing. I appreciate the access to the viewing cameras they give. I got to see Spud everyday playing with the other dogs! Thanks so much for taking care of Spud!! You guys are awesome!
