I took the chicken orientation class and purchased four beautiful birds. MV chickens has been an invaluable resource and my go to place for supplies and feed.

Leslie is great, a wealth of knowledge. The chickens are beautiful. We are excited to hand raise our pullets!

Leslie was great and walked us through what to expect as new chick parents. She made it super easy and efficient. We had a great experience and are absolutely looooving our 4 little silkies!

Chickens so far are doing well and growing. Low star rating for the frustrations with communication and lack of book keeping in place.

I got my chickens back in February pre-pandemic. It was a long string of emails to work out between my work schedule and her availability. Customer service/support seems lacking. Slightly dry and not the most friendly demeanor. I did appreciate that at the time I didn't have any experience with chickens, so she just told me what I should get. As the months have passed and the chickens have grown, they dont seem to be the same breeds as was stated on the receipt. That being said, I still love my girls. I have added to my flock since from my local feed store for a fraction of the cost. In honesty I cant seem to tell the difference in quality or health of the chicks. In short, the concierge service is lacking and unless you are new to the chicken game........ you will probably will just go to the local feed store to pick up your chicks instead.

Yikes. Uncomfortable experience with an aggressive and angry person. I asked Leslie questions such as which breed the chicks were (as they were different prices), and she said I was wasting her time. That I needed to either buy a book from her for $19.99 or pay her for private classes. I was there for less than 10 minutes.

Do you sell you Single chicks and hens?

horrible website.... and just overall contact ability... I was trying to contact them/her to make a purchase. But i quickly gave up after looking at other reviews and seeing so many bad reviews! The owner seems to have some anger issues she's is responding to reviews calling people Karen's and commenting about there personal information. That is why i am giving a very poor review. I hope this discourages others from trying.

Leslie was wonderful, a wealth of helpful information. She matched me with the perfect, calm, beautiful Blue Moran. She designed and installed a custom run and coop. Very nicely done and faster than expected!

Can't even get these people to return my messages. Inquired 3 times about chicks their website shows hatched 6 weeks ago and still available. At $60/chick, someone wanting 10 ought to at least get a response.

We bought 8 "hens" from her. She claimed (90% sexing accuracy) So far she is at 75% and counting (we have 2 others that are a month younger than our recently crowing roosters)... …
