We love this veterinary practice! The team is phenomenal with answering all of our questions and concerns, in addition to keeping us informed of what regular checkups are needed. They are so kind, responsive and truly caring of your animals!

We brought our Boston Terrier in after collapsing unexpectedly. We were met with not only an urgent response, but complete compassion and reliability. The Dr. Dowell and the team were incredible. The extensive testing led to an early detection of a heart issue; which led us down the correct path of treatment. I cannot thank the team enough for treating our Boston as if it were their own. A million thanks to the entire team!

Amazing staff, they take excellent care of my pet rats. Most vets don't bother to see them but they have specialists there that handle small mammals and are familiar with them. I drive from rohnert park because I know that I can get help asap if needed and they're great people!

The doctor gave us medication he said use this on the cats.. we weren’t leaving and needed it for a week and then we noticed that it said to keep refrigerated so we called so we’re supposed to keep this refrigerated we were told .. not to .. Then I said come by and replace it ... then they want to charge me again.. after I drove back out here again for them!! We were following the doctor’s orders !!! so don’t listen to them ... don’t follow the orders !!! Go somewhere else

The new vet McDowell saw my cat, and while he said he had reviewed the records and history, actually he had never requested them. He charged $500 for blood work that was normal and gave a steroid shot. Next point of contact he did not know why my cat was on a long-term medication, and when I called the previous provider I found out records were never requested. Run from this practice.

My vet of 20 years retired and I was referred to Alto Tiburon. I had to find someone quick because my cat was in a lot of pain. I called and described my situation and was super happy that they could fit us in right away. Dr. Leah was a gem and provided a diagnosis within hours. She saved my cat from further pain. Many thanks as well to the Alto Tiburon staff. These people care.

The vets are kind and are responsive to both emails and phone calls. I have always been able to get an appointment within a day or two of calling.

You guys need somewhere to pick your pets this is the one. Dropped off the boss's dog now he's a great day biggest they've ever seen. He was so gentle and happy what a great job they got giving shots. No one got a eating today. Hahaha

Warm, friendly, incredibly caring and professional. Dr. Chrisann Ohler is a wealth of veterinary knowledge and a gem in the community. I bring my pets from San Francisco to see her and recommend her enthusiastically to all of my friends. She truly loves animals and her staff and has built a charming hospital.

I love love love alto tiburon and dr Ohler and wouldn't take my dog Harper anywhere else. The staff is caring and helpful and they seem to love my dog..... Dr Ohler is thorough and calming and has a wonderful demeanor. She is also not an alarmist and answers any and all questions.....

This is one of those situations I beat myself up for not having written a review.... in fact, I thought I had. These people have been there for me, so many times... they are polite, patient, competent, with *GREAT* bedside manner. How have I not written a review?? They are very caring, and understanding of costs. They are also really well connected, in that they had an open line of communication with the emergency hospitality in San Rafael, the one time Pavlov bashed his nose. They are great with suggesting options, and very thorough. They also seem to have every single preventive treatment available, from "no anaesthesia" dental work to arthro-laser treatment for arthritis. They've been a tremendous help with prevenitive care for my 13 year old pooch, Pavlov. Dr. Franck and Dr. Power both REALLY care, and the entire staff have always been charming and delightful. Thanks guys!
