They couldn't clip my dog's nails because he squirms and screams, which I understand. However, they tried for less than two minutes before giving up. They didn't try anything other than brute force, and when that didn't work, they just gave up. It took me less than 5 minutes to look up like six different tricks to try and they tried none of them. They're probably fine for simple things, but if he wasn't difficult about the nails, I wouldn't have asked for their help in the first place. Definitely not the professional groomer I was looking for.

My pups are always so excited to see Courtney and her lovely staff! Courtney is what I would call an animal whisperer. She has so much love and patience for the animals that come into her shop. It is so nice to be able to drop off all three of my dogs and know they will be well taken care of. Not only do they come back ultra fresh and clean, my lil dog Tilly has the cutest hair cut! Thanks from the pups and me!

Place is great with all my dogs only reason they get 4 starts is I can't seem to get my dogs an appointment for their nails anymore 10 nails and 15 clip and file great pricing good kind people and super good with animals I got Pitts and Chihuahuas they tear both with love and kindness

They took on our 2 malamutes and did an amazing job cleaning their floofy coats, trimming nails and expressing glands. Had them out by noon, too. Fair pricing, professional customer service, and top quality!

They have a lovely way of dealing with the dogs, not to mention my dog comes home smelling good and with less hair.. a good thing...also he is happy

We have had muddy paws take care of our Boxers grooming for about 3 years. We've had a tough couple of weeks and needed to reschedule a couple of times. Thd last time our appointment was rescheduled for Fri the 7th. We drive there and they're closed. Today I call to try and get Zuma an appointment and discover they won't schedule us. Why? Because my wife left a review that the owner Courtney felt was hostile. She told me if the review was deleted she would helps us. We are not submitting to this. I have run businesses and I know banning a customer over a review is reprehensible.

They seem like they genuinely like dogs and they certainly did a good job.

Today was horrid at Muddy Paws Our appointment was at 1:40. We waited and waited. There were no humans in the building. So, we left. I think they should comp us a full service for the inconvenience. Courtney- we have been taking our Boxer Zuma to Muddy Paws for over three years. We do not use another groomer. James, my husband, who takes Zuma in, said he was told on Monday, that her appointment was at 1:45 today. It was NOT our screw up.

Stopped by their business to inquire about getting our cat groomed because she has some huge mats under her chest and I was promptly told that they are not taking any "new cats" at this time, only established cats that they know! I have to admit that I was pretty shocked by their response and left feeling a coldness about my encounter with this business. I will never go back there again.

Our dog has a great time going to Muddy Paws. The staff is friendly and always does a great job making our pup look his best and smell great too!

Took both pups same-day, one is super nervous and impossible when it comes to clipping his nails - did a GREAT job being accommodating and getting his toes clipped neat, both pups came home happy and smelling nice! Will be back.

Pretty good grooming place. Receptionist very nice. Could be kept a bit cleaner as I noticed balls of dog hair outside on the ground of the entrance. Had to remind them to do a foot pad hair trimming I had initially asked for, but they took care of it right away when I mentioned it upon picking my dog up. My Jake feels silly smooth and I can tell he likes to be so clean! Thank you Muddy Paws!

Took cat for grooming and flea bath. She was a happy girl after. Good job and worth the drive. Nice building. Wheelchair ramp accessible. Sweet kind workers.????

We love the team at Muddy Paws! My dogs love their “spa days”. They really getto know you and your fur babies and take care of any special needs. They have even caught things I didn’t notice. I highly recommend them.

The staff took great care of our guide dog. We're from out of town and they called to confirm our appointment. If we're back in the area I will definitely be back.
