I'm a first time dog mom and they have been soo helpful. They provided great care for my Frenchie- Oreo. He had a foxtail in his ear and I had no idea what was going on. I've made them my pups long term vet care facility. Affordable too!

called to get a 5 minute tail dock job on a puppy. was told they do that on dogs 5 days old max. my dog is 2 days old, but then told they are a week out on the schedule. One week wait for a 5 minute chop job that has to be done within 3 days of birth. not too helpful at all.

We love our new Vet. They took really good care of our cat while we were on vacation. Prices are a little bit higher than our Vet was in the Bay Area, but I guess prices have gone up in the last few years.

I haven't taken my dog here yet. I moved and its closer to me than my vet. I go to this vet once a month to buy my dogs prescription food. It's cheaper than what I was paying at my vet. Also the staff is nice and friendly. Based on my interactions so far they've been good

SEE BELOW FOR REPLY TO Marysville Vet reply: Deceitful and negligent practices. Perform procedures that are unnecessary and can't properly take X-Rays or labs. Do not go here in an emergency. For standard Vax, etc, it's useful, but anything more serious than a bruise, bring your loved ones to VCA in Chico or 24/7 care in Marysville. Update based on Reoly: Claims "Not to be an Emergency Hospital,".yet sells itself on it's partnership with the emergency care Hospital in Marysville. We called in at 3PM about a severe injury, with possible spinal trauma and certain internal injuries. We were instructed to bring him right in and he would be triaged. The Radiology performed was wrong, the lab results were completely wrong, and was told he was stabilized for transport an hour and ten minutes to Chico and other than a pierced bladder he would be without a doubt 100% ok. In fact he was nearly dead upon arrival in Chico (His bladder was not pierced but he had a critical hernia among other severe critical trauma injuries that were all severely life threatening) We were never told in advance, during several phone calls that the emergency care facility in Marysville was closed due to a Covid outbreak Not to mention they lied about being stabilized as they were never even able to get a blood pressure reading: A fact we learned from the emergency care Vet, who was shocked at the negligence of the care. Precious time was wasted as we are halfway between Marysville and Chico. If you are not an Emergency Care Facility, you should have directed us to Chico immediately. Due to the delayed arrival, surgery could not be performed until the next day. The lies and negligence are unforgivable. God Bless, Dr. Spina, and the entire team that treated Ambrosia at VCA in Chico, whom.are willing to attest to these events. P.S. I'm not going bother getting into detail with the negligent neutering visit here. Clearly, there's a pattern.

Having just established a new Veterinarian for my furry family members, I could not be more pleased with the care, professionalism, thoroughness and commitment of the entire staff. I have 2 "special" rescued Border Collies. We all 3 left very satisfied with the care and treatment we received. Everyone was respectful of each of their needs and their individual fears and quirks.

When you tell them what kind of vehicle you’re in and they go to three different vehicles that aren’t even like what you’re driving. Either they weren’t listening or they didn’t care. I don’t understand why they can’t let people in. Social distancing and a mask. And limit how many people can be in. If other places can do it and nothing has happened. Then why can’t you?

Unethically expensive. $5.50 sharps disposal fee per injection, for those that don't work in healthcare the average monthly pickup for sharps from a company with a new box is $70, so a low estimate on their monthly profit from garbage is $1,500! My cat's surgical visit was quoted $900 more expensive than Gridley, and $1,300 more than Davis. 5 Prednisone tablets in office I was charged $15.00, on Chewy that is $0.45 CENTS! I understand profits, I work in private practice healthcare but they are hanging pet lovers out to dry. Provider was curt, dismissive and in our room for approximately 3 minutes. The only saving grace to this office is a friendly front office and LvT.
