Knowledgeable. There's usually enough staff so there aren't lines at the register. They have stuff for my cat who's very picky about food and what he wants to play with.

Pulled up here at 7:59 to a locked door. Closing time is 8. Got off work late and was caught in terrible traffic. Made it here before listed closing time! Now my dog won't eat

This store is so big and has so many options! I got a cute raincoat for my beagle $24, as well as a bunch of treats and toys for both my dog and cat. I found a selection of discounted items on the side of the store, ended up getting a really nice toy for $1.50 because it was Halloween themed. I also got some really good quality freeze dried cat treats for $1.50. I also selected a few cans of high quality cat food (nulo pates), they were buy 3 get one free. I didn't know of the sale and had only picked three, so the worker let me know I could have another for free, which was very kind of them! A really nice worker helped me find the crate I needed for my dog, showed me all the sizes and helped me pick! She even saved me a bunch of money by letting me know about ordering online and picking up in store. I got a 20% discount. I went to the pleasant hill store for the crate, as they didn't have the size I needed at this store, but they still had a huge selection if crates and carriers. There is a big selection of natural dog treats available and I got a bunch. They are all amazingly priced. I got a chicken foot for 99 cents! And a bunch of jerkies, bully sticks, some tendons, and a rawhide bone. My dog ate the chicken foot immediately, he was obsessed! This store is 1 hour from my house but I will be a repeat customer. My favorite pet store so far!

This place has vip vet they are very helpful for my dog and they have a lot to look at.

Great place and customer service

Went in for wild bird seed and it is something that this Pet Food Express location doesn't keep on the store front shelves, I had to ask an associate for a twenty pounder. Right away one came out for me. Very friendly service!

I've always loved the service provided by this specific Pet Food Express. The employees are EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable. They started offering free same-day delivery, and let me tell you--I am ASTOUNDED by the lighting speed. I placed my order at 10 pm Friday night and bright and early the next morning my order was delivered with a handwritten note and FREE SNACKS for both my cats and dog to try. Definitely trying this service again!

The people here are incredible!! They are so helpful and answer all of our questions. Our dogs have allergies and need special care. This is our regular go to for our 2 dogs and 3 cats. Awesome people here!!!!

Seems like I come here every weekend to clean Riley and her Point Isabel mud. I love that the self service dog wash has the shampoo /conditioner that comes out with the water. It truly saves time! The store is always clean and I have witnessed them clean/sanitize the wash area after each customer. The staff has always been friendly. Thank you!!
