Horrible Experience! I should have known it wasn’t going to be good by the looks of the place-dirty and awful looking. They had a fish tank that was green and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a year. I dropped off my dog as a new customer, very little customer service and groomer did not come discuss with me what I wanted as a first time customer. She then called me almost an hour after I dropped off my dog and told me my dog was matted and she would need to charge extra to brush the dog. When I asked how much extra she said she didn’t want me to be surprised by how much extra. She made it clear that she just did not want to put in the effort of brushing my dog as he has several coats. I then asked her if she would just like me to pick the dog up and take him elsewhere to which she replied “yes!” And hung up the phone. Will not be returning and would not suggest the business to anyone!

The best pet groomers ever. We will never take our pets any where else. We know our furbabies are treated with love when Ben and Ms Laura are on the job.

Not professional. I called in to see if they could get my dog in for a nail file.. which gladly they could. I just moved to the area so we had never been in before. Upon arrival.. I noticed a little dog poo by the entry way, I should have left there but figured someone just had a little accident. I stated I had just called about the nail file & that he gets a little snippy when they do the back so feel free to muzzle him. They immediately took my dog back. I find this off putting because usually groomers that I have been to do a little introduction to make my dog feel comfortable or let me stay with him while he gets them filed. I can hear him yelping in the back, so he obviously feels uncomfortable. One lady come out & tells me he’s being difficult.. & I told her his last groomer let’s me stay with him and since he doesn’t know them he’s probably scared.. to which she replies “Oh you don’t want to go back there.” Mmmhmmmm.. I can only imagine why! The next lady brings him out and states I need to have them done more and they bleed when she cut them & THEN filed them. Which is why I stated MULTIPLE times that I specifically wanted them filed. I know he has longer quicks & he DOES NOT like the clippers at all so I have them FILED once a month. Seriously they are not at all personable & didn’t even do what I paid them to do.

Laura does an excellent job of grooming Rudi, a Tibetan Terrier with tons of hair. He's always happy after his bath.

I am unable to post a pic of what they did to my princess because she is so embarrassed! The only positive thing I have to say is that (so far) I have not found any cuts on her! She was taken in to have some matted fur removed and a nail trim. What she received was a full body shave... and even that was not done evenly. This grooming was not asked for, nor was it agreed to. And knowing my princess as well as I do... there is simply no way that they could have performed this procedure without traumatizing her! For anyone in the looking for cat grooming in the area, look up Sophisticats instead. Tiffany is awesome, very loving, gentle and understands feline care and needs. But they are in very high demand, hence my using another service, as I did not want her knots to become worse.... (she really hates being brushed). Imagine going in to a salon for a trim... and they give you a pink and purple reverse mohawk!

Picture Perfect IS perfect! I love the way they treat my dog. She was afraid of the prior groomers and would snap at them so they muzzled her. Not at Picture Perfect. They gave my dog more TLC to calm her down! They are professional, caring, sensitive and reasonably priced. I am always happy when I pick up my dog because she looks absolutely precious!

Do not bring your pet here!!!! After my husband picked our miniature schnauzer up he noticed him scratching alot under his chin. He looked under his chin and noticed a big cut from the clippers. Long story short it end up getting infected so of course we took him to the vet. We called the picture perfect and asked why didn't they tell us they cut him because I'm sure when it happened my dog yelled out. They said they're not giving our money back because they have a sign on the counter saying check your dog before leaving. My dog was so traumatized from going here to the point he wouldn't even come to us. Oh and the lady said they could give him ointment! Like really??

I have been taking my dog, a Blue Queensland Healer, for the last 7 years. Every time I bring her in, they ask exactly what I want done, and if they find something she needs, they give me a call and let me know. I can leave my dog there in the morning and pick her up in the afternoon which is very convenient. I would not bring my dog anywhere else. I tust Ben and Laura that much. When I do pick her up, she is always happy and come out with a cool hanky on her neck!

My experience happened quite some time ago. I initially thought about posting a review, but when I read all the negative reviews already posted I realized it was probably not really necessary. Now I see that there are only two reviews posted and that is concerning to me. To begin with, Picture Perfect has a very soiled-looking curtain which I could never see past and that bothered me. I could never see exactly what was happening back there. The first grooming was wonderful and was carried out by the owner. The second grooming was just horrid. I ended up having to take my dog to the emergency room afterward. He was diagnosed by the veterinarian as a "moderate rash and abrasion from over-grooming." I was given an ointment to apply. My dog had difficulty going into a sitting position for quite some time after that. I retained copies of the veterinarian's charges and diagnoses for proof, as Picture Perfect denied everything, stating that "You were happy with him when you left!" Well, when I "left" my dog was running to the front doors to get out, and I had no time to check him because of other customers who were waiting in line. His rear-end looked red from that distance, however, my husband and I got into the car and decided to take him for a walk. It was then that I noticed his rectal area and the abrasions. He was having a lot of difficulty squatting to do his business. I phoned to complain and initially the male receptionist just hung up on me. When I phoned back and asked that he not do that, he didn't. I was then told that I was "happy with the job when I picked him up!" After applying the medicated lotion from the first veterinarian after a week, I had to still take him in for another examination and another medication. I am not suggesting anyone not take their pet to this business, or to take their pet to this business...I am simply stating what my husband and I experienced as a result of my pet's grooming appointment. His rectal area was shaved so closely and so much so that he had abrasions, required medication and could not sit for quite some time. All in all, this was a very poor quality grooming. Again, my original visit was with the owner and she did a great job, very nice lady. I'm sorry I did not ask for her specifically. I will never return.
