Been coming here for a couple years because my dog has severe allergies and I can’t take her anywhere else because this is the closest location even though it 25+ min away and the doctor can only see my dog mon-Friday during my work hours. I spend around $1,000+ Almost every visit because they run so many tests and blood work and send home all kinds of therapy and medications which I get and I’m willing to do anything for my dog. But I work a full time job and part time job and I’m going to school. I wish the staff would show the slightest bit of understanding that it’s difficult to not only book an appointment especially with a doctor who’s booked two months out but with the crazy payments. I asked if there was any monthly payments or anything and they directly told me no and nothing else. Not all the staff is like this but I have encountered 1 rude doctor who never explained how to administer immunotherapy shots, had to go to YouTube and learn myself and buy my own syringes and needles.

I am so happy we came to Animal Dermatology Clinic. Dr. Hall came up with a comprehensive plan and my guy is already doing much better!

I have had my dog go to a vet for years who would try and treat him for allergies. Nothing was really working. After one hour here they diagnosed his problem and set him on a course towards dealing with the root of his allergies and not just medication for symptoms

So far i am happy with the service and most importantly in getting Bear healthy and happy. In the few days of discontinuing the medication he was on and starting the medication Dr Hall prescribed we have seen a drastic improvement so we are eager to get the biopsy results so that we can continue with the treatment in hope that Bear gets back to his normal life.

Dr. Hall and her staff go above and beyond to treat your furrbabies and get them much needed relief. I wouldn’t recommend any other dermatologist for your pets.

Our veterinarian said that if we continued with her current course of treatment she would only have 1-2 years to live, as the steroids were beginning to ruin her organs. That's when I was referred to Animal Dermatology Clinic. It has now been 4 years since our first appointment, and my cat looks the best she ever has. Dr. Richman and his team worked hard to figure out the cause of her severe allergies, and find medication that works. To say they saved her life is an understatement. Wow...my first time here and as a new patient, I have to say the process was not explained to me thoroughly. The vet was great and informative but the staff at front and dealing with the customers was not at all friendly or willing to explain why it took an hour and half to get my dog back from the appointment. I would have the staff explain the process to the customer better especially for the first time clients. Won't recommend this place to others at this time. They need to work on their appointment process

The team at Animal Dermatology Clinic is wonderful. From the front office staff, to the thorough and thoughtful doctor, to the kind and caring technicians who cared for my pet following her procedure, everyone is exactly what you could hope for when caring for your pet.

No pet owner likes having to consult a specialty vet, but after multiple bouts of skin problems+antibiotics, you have to wonder if there’s a more preventive approach. Yes, we paid for some initial diagnostics but they were clearly explained —with prices— beforehand, and I was educated about the pros and cons of each test, so I made the final decision on which ones I wanted to invest in. Turns out that the expensive allergy food + a preventive body mousse has kept away skin lesions for the past 6 months, so the plan is working. This vet is for consultation—- not frequent visits. Dr Kirby is serious, data-driven, and transparent in her thought process and advice. She also knows that for a very old dog, we are going to lean toward the minimum necessary work-up.

Been taking my cat here for several years to get her allergies under control. Everyone here is so kind and compassionate. Took us a few years and a strict regimen but my cat no longer suffers from itching due to allergens. Dr Kirby is funny, smart and a pleasure to visit - my cat loves her! Dr Yen is amazing as well. The front ask assistants .... and everyone else! .... are kind, courteous and always helpful.

My baby nini is very old 99 They are helping us make her life more comfortable..she has an immune problem..its pricey but wat do u do when you love your baby..shes on steroids and stuff But they help us .. Help her

Friendly knowledgeable staff. And when it comes to the pricing of treatment VERY appropriate, sympathetic to decisions that may have to be made. Have recommended already to friends who's pets may need their services. And bonus they have early and late hours on certain days and validate for parking!

This whole place is a scam. We adopted a white pitbull puppy and a VCA vet suggested we go here and man... was this a complete money grab. The doctors were super rude. They even said something about our dog being a pitbull like it was unsafe. Every visit was $500+ telling us to buy this and that and that we wouldnt see effects for mths so just keep buying our special food (Kangaroo Kibble!) and other garbage. In the end nothing worked and we were out thousands! Eventually we had to put him on prednisone daily which wasnt good either. We changed his diet to raw frozen or freeze dried and with Brevecto everything is completely gone. No meds or anything. Just do your research and you can avoid this place.

My dog began experiencing random recurring bouts of hives all over her back and I was referred to the Animal Dermatology Clinic by a mutual friend, Dr. Austin Richman. Everyone at the clinic was lovely, showed genuine concern for my dog, and provided much needed reassurance and relief to me regarding the health of my pup. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who has a dog battling a skin condition.

So far, so good...will be back to update though. We just went once and we have a follow up visit. The doctor was great and didn't talk down to us and respected our wishes and our plan with our regular vet. More to come!
