I got 2 baby boy rats from here and the service was amazing, I could tell that they care about their animals because the birds were allowed to fly around and when I held my rats for the first time they were not afraid so I could tell that they got handled often

Boarded our cockatiel and budgie here for a good price. Such a knowledgeable and friendly staff, worked with us to let us pick them up on their one off day. If we weren’t moving we would definitely be regulars. They also clip wings Thanks Katy!

Such caring workers and they have amazing knowledge about all the products csrried, how to care for your pets (any variety at all) and just about anything you can imagine that's pet related in stock in this little gem of a store. We came in trying to decide between Koi or goldfish for our outdoor fountain and after a very lengthy discussion on the pros and cons of each we decided on Both! They have them all in stock and we were able to choose from so many different fish that were so well cared for. We got tons of tips on how to care for them, what to feed them and when, how to set up the fountain and care /maintaining it all. All the needed supplies were in stock and affordable too (I had already priced most of it out at other local big box chain pet stores but I couldn't get anyone to ever come and help me at any of those stores, so their loss!) I am happy to report all our fish are thriving in their new homes, and we even went home with some great dog treats and dental care supplies for our dogs too! They have wonderful pricing on everything and they even carry local specialty foods and treats. I had a great time interacting with their birds and even their cute rabbit too. We just might have to expand our family soon!

Awesome place for pet owners. Their dog bath is awesome. They have a lightly pressurized hose for soap dispensing which makes it way easier to lather hairy dogs. Staff is very friendly and their prices compete well with Amazon and Chewy. I highly recommend supporting this local store.

So grateful for a family owned store that actually cares about animals and not the bottom line! Thank you for being there for our fury, scaly, feathered, fluffy, finned and slimy friends!

I went in looking to buy two rats and everything i needed to care for them, and I had a fixed budget. The employees were very helpful and worked around my budget. I called in a day early, and between then and when I got them, they picked out the two sweetest rats in the store. I didn't have transportation for the supplies, so they drove my rat and the supplies to my house with me. They went out of their way to help me, and I am very grateful. I would recommend them to anyone

Love the do it yourself dog wash!

So. Great. Taylor & Joshua were helpful, available, & totally pleasant. The self wash for dogs is a life-saver, as I'm allergic to my dogs & washing them gets hair everywhere! We will go back weekly, especially as the 10th wash is free! Excellent place!!

Love this pet store only place I go to get my daughter shemore aka my bearded dragon her worms and once and a while I have Suzy give her a manicure
