Be advised they do not take new customers; I called many times over the past 6 months (I'm a former Fluffy Puppy customer) and I get the same response; we are all booked up.

I've been going to TRIM for 4 years. I have nothing but only good things to say about this place! They always make my corgi look terrific. Cute little store located in downtown Los Gatos; they also offer homemade dog food, healthy snacks and dog accessories. Highly recommend!

Amazing service, clean and well kept retail, grooming, and daycare. Highly recommended... And they even make their own dog food for purchase!

My Papillon boy went there twice, and we keep going to TRIM! It's a bit far from my home but it sure is worth going there. Pros: Gentle handling, easy scheduling and payment system, responsive to my questions, yum dog foods optional. Cons: None. I've never seen such a neat trim on his paws!

We really love Trim grooming. The groomer Yuki Is very professional and creative. We like the teddy bear style look on our red miniature poodle and of course the shampoo smell.

I’m flying from NYC to have my dog groomed by Yuki and her staff, they are very gentle with the dogs and listen to exactly how I want my dog’s hair styled. I wanteded light shaping focusing on legs and face, keeping her natural and fluffy and they totally delivered. You can see this in the before and after photos. They also have many different conditioners/flea treatments and used one specifically for my shihtzu’s hair. Yuki also added in a small feather-like hair extension to perpare my baby for Thanksgiving dinner! Lastly they had a holiday photo booth set up which was super cute, and great photo op for when my dog was perfectly clean. Love them and will be a returning customer!

The most incredible little shop you'll come across for all things pet grooming! They cater to the owner as much as to each pet. There kindest and sweetest groomers and staff. Healthy options for snacks and food. If you haven't been to Trim get there! Your pup is missing out!! It's worth the wait since they are booked so call and get on their schedule!

We come here on Sundays for puppy social with Sirius. $15 cash and the trainers are great with getting our shy pup to become friendly and engaging with other dogs.

We’ve been visiting TRIM every Sunday for their Puppy Socials and very happy with their services. They are doing a good job in terms of separating puppies base on their activity and shyness level. They also bleach or sanitize any pee or poop accidents. Going here is easy and they do have ample parking spaces for all. I do hope they will start to limit participants as their was a time when the shop was very crowded.

Yuki does a fantastic job scissor grooming our standard poodle. When she's finished the dog looks like black velvet. The other employees obviously love dogs, too. When ours is done she won't take any dog treats, but Yuki gave me a few of the frozen turkey patties they have to sell. Our dog gulped those right down.

Great attention to detail!! My dog was pampered and smelled so good for 10 days after being groomed at TRIM. They also carry the best high quality raw pet food and treats. You and your pups will love it here :)
