I’ve been here two or three times now and this is my favorite place. Staff is really nice and I am able to get an appointment right away.

Customer service here is trash. Jessica the manager hung up on me when I called to let know I was not happy with the service. Before she hung up she said " we don't want your business after they took 130.00 of my money. I wouldn't waste my time . Read the yelp reviews ...Jessica and her rudeness is mentioned more than once .

One of the ladies at the groomer legit refused to take my dog cause he was dirty like what we pay 60$ for everything you say your going to do just cause you hate your job you shouldn’t refuse service

Grooming wise 5 stars. Front desk... 4 stars. They groomed my dog twice. I have a 45 lbs chow mix with long fur. They are clean and efficient. My dog comes out smelling like citrus & cloves when she's done. And she always looks extra poofy and shiny. They trimmed her nails nicely, like I asked. They can get booked heavily so try to book in advance. I almost gave them 4 stars because of the front desk staff. They are nice. But ... Lacking that special costumer service touch. ????‍♀️ But since I pay them to groom my dog, and not to talk to me, I gave them 5 anyway. They are one of the better groomers I've frequented. And not cheap, but also not crazy expensive. ????????????

I've been coming to wowow grooming for a couple years now and the customer service they provide is amazing. The staff is super friendly, too. I use to take my yorkie to a different groomer, but they would always tell me that my dog didn't like the clippers, he would move, too much, or they could only use scissors on him. He does have some separation issues when i leave him, I will admit. However, when I started to bring him to wowow grooming they would tell me that he did great and I could see the difference in his hair cut. I've seen how he interacts with the groomers, too and it amazes me. I have never seen him calm at a groomers until I brought him to wowow.

I was worried at first because my dogs have major anxiety but the staff were so friendly and accommodating! Both my dogs did really well and came out perfectly cleaned and trimmed! This spot is great! They’ll be getting all my business

Great experience! It's been such a long time since I've taken both of my babies to a groomers, mainly because I've had bad experiences and my dogs are super anxious in places they don't know, but WOWOW grooming was amazing! They were great with them, professional, we're so nice about me checking in to see how they were doing, and even sent me cute pictures! My dogs were happy and look amazing! I'm very pleased and grateful for their service as it's hard to find a great groomers these days. Will definitely be coming back :D thanks guys!

I am originally from California and needed a groomer fast. Took my dogs and one of them got razer burn really bad on her two front armpits. My dog had a fever all night and was in pain. I dont recommend this place.
