Great 1st time experience, Ashley was very nice & friendly and took her time to explained the process. Only thing if you're taking a senior fur pup be ready to wait a bit longer than a younger pup, they take their time with them. Overall I really liked it and both my fur pups came home happy. I'm definitely referring my friends & family with their fur pups.

They take cats but no one wanted to take my cat, not sure why. The only reason im giving three instead of two stars is because the lady was really nice on the phone

Good service Handled with care and a decent price for nail trims

This was my first time here and it was a good experience. I came in as a walk in, just to check out the place and ended up leaving my Puppy to get groom. Place is cute and very clean. I got called once my puppy was done and he smelled so good, the guy that took care of my Firu was so nice..... Thank You

As a CT local we have been eagerly waiting for this gem to open all year. Julian is incredible! My dog Cosma has very long quicks in her nails and she has trauma from getting her nails cut because most groomers clip to much. She would always come back bleeding in the past. First time with Julian he noticed how scared she was. He was so sweet with her, plus he is very experience with nails. It seems so simple but it can be complex. Her nails were smooth, rounded and perfectly/safely done. She was happy. I really appreciate everything Julian is doing here and so fortune to have such a talented and affordable local groomer! I highly recommend.

My 7 month old Pomeranian got his first haircut here and I was overjoyed with the service I received! I called ahead to make an appointment and received one within a day, the location was easily accessible and the groomer allowed me to choose what length hair I’d like for my dog. I picked him up and he looked more handsome than ever and even had a bandana on him all for a great price! I’ll definitely be coming again. Thanks so much

I took my dog Charlie twice to Urban tails and haven’t had any issues. Charlie hair can get a bit crazy and I’m always happy when I can find someone that can do a good job.Location was clean and staff was friendly. I told my brother to take his his dog and he had a pleasant experience. Parking is a bit tricky but you’ll manage.

We bring our cat Lucia here for her nail trimmings. They do a great job. The staff is friendly and professional, and service is always quick. I will suggest you call ahead to see when they are less busy if you are bringing a cat as there might be barking dogs that would scare some cats. My cat is mostly fine with it. Glad we found this place.
