Very pleasant staff to work with offering high quality care for fuzzy friends.

Just nice people who care about animals in a comfortable and friendly environment. Also, evidentially once you're a client, you can just walk your dog up there for regular shots and nail trims, etc., without a big "exam fee."

Dr. Molar has always been the best. He is personable and loves your dog as much as you do.

It is obvious from the minute you meet Dr Wallen that her passion is animals. Kind, caring and her expertise in diagnosing our 9 year pup was immediately apparent. Fees were fair, facilities clean and well maintained.

We really, really like Dr. Wallen. She is a kind and very compassionate dr. However, I just called with concerns about my pet boy and wanted to know if the urine tests were in. I was told that "Dr. Wallen will be in tomorrow." Whoever answered the phone was extremely rude, and just hung up on me.

First of all, I must say I am just very disappointed to have to go this route of writing a review instead of getting a call back from the office manager or owner to hopefully resolve this (like I asked on the phone and over email last week – but never got any response). Secondly, Dr. Wallen used to be our vet here and was the sweetest woman ever – we very much hope she is doing ok since I know she had to leave for health reasons. Also, the new vet Dr. Sinnott seems very nice, although we only spoke on the phone due to COVID. Now, the important reason you need to read this and not think about bringing in your pet here anymore (and why you need to ignore positive posts among the many recently bad because those long time patrons are only trying to show support regardless of quality of service): There is absolutely no sense of urgency by the staff answering the phones to help or make sure your dog is going to be ok, and to make it worse, when they told me they would check with the vet to make sure I didn’t need to go to an ER, they apparently never even did that. About 2 weeks ago our dog started having these weird hiccups and her upper body was visibly extremely bloated to the point we couldn’t keep her harness on her because she looked so uncomfortable. I called the vet and explained this and basically got “what do you want me to do about it” because the earliest appointment was for the next week. I said clearly I don’t know if this is something urgent but it keeps getting worse, so could the vet at least look at a video (which they have asked me for last year and had actually been great help) to tell me if I need to go to the ER before that appointment. I sent the video and since I didn’t hear back, I figured this meant she would be fine to wait until the appointment the next week. LUCKILY she was fine after a few days. When I finally brought her in for her appointment the next week, I was told to drop her off at 8AM which I thought was kind of weird, but figured it was just the new norm during COVID. Once it was about noon, I started to get nervous, so I called for an update. I was informed that she hadn’t been seen yet and had just been sitting in the kennel waiting to be seen “in between appointments.” I live less than a 5min walk away and NEVER kennel our dog and would not have agreed to this (also, for the next 2 days she was terrified of her crate at home and was howling in it - which she never had done). This made no sense either considering I waited almost a week for this appointment. When I said this, the woman told me I had a “drop off” and not a real “appointment” and that meant she would be kenneled – WHAT?!?!? So, waiting a week for a designated time is not an “appointment” and they are considering that dealing with if there was an actual emergency (waiting a week)? How does that make any sense? Even worse, when I spoke to the vet, she said she never heard about the video, but when she clicked on the link from the email there was actually no video in there – meaning nobody even tried to look at the video (which they told me to send) and if this was something serious my dog would have been dead (despite her already keeping us up the entire night anyways). How scary is that?? Also, this was the second visit within COVID and taking her this time was the first time ever that she was flipping out and she didn’t want to go (she always liked going there before) – which tells me something happened last time too. Read the recent reviews - something bad is going on here with no accountability and there is no blaming COVID considering we are over 5 months in at this point and everyone else has their stuff in order. I have been going there over a year and would love to change/update this review, but the only way I could do that or ever go there again is if I get a call from their management to know that this isn’t what should have happened and how I will be sure it won’t again. Also, check your bill each time because they try to slide random things in (which they did on this bill too).

I have been coming here since it opened, and have followed Dr. Moller from his previous location. This is a full service place that really cares about your pet and you.

I can't say enough good things about this vet! I hadn't been there before and needed a last minute appointment, and they were able to schedule me in for a spot with in an hour from when I called. The front desk receptionist was very helpful, and Dr. Lexy Sinnott was awesome! She took her time with the exam and and pointed out some things my usual vet has never noticed. She provided a lot of helpful info to help with my dog's anxiety, which I've never gotten any help with from my usual vet. She also called within 24 hours to let me know the lab results and follow up on how my dog was doing, as well as an email with the info she mentioned during the exam. The exam was much cheaper than I expected- $65 for a last-minute appointment, and that included a free ear cleaning and nail trim! Unfortunately I'm moving across town and won't be living anywhere close to this vet, but based on my first experience I'm going to continue bringing my dog here. I can only speak on my experience with Dr. Lexy, but it seems like they really care about the animals here, and don't over charge for services, which is hard to find in LA.

I had a great experience bringing my two cats to Dr. Wallen. She is an extremely knowledgeable and caring cat enthusiast. I brought up a range of questions, and I felt heard and assured in discussing my cat's needs. I also greatly appreciated Dr. Wallen's approach to care. Unlike poor experiences with other vets in LA, I didn't feel any sense of being pushed to upsell/do more at the expense of my cat's well-being. Dr Wallen's recommendations were based upon presenting needs and their physical and psychological safety. I'm super relieved to have found Stewart Veterinary Group, and I highly recommend them!

Dr. Lexy Sinnott is so knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. She is the reason that I will keep bringing my fur baby back. However, I won’t give Stewart Veterinary Group 5 stars due to the lack of customer service given by the front desk staff. Typically the service is average when visiting in person, but whenever I’ve had to call the office, I’ve received sub par service. I would expect much better from a vets office considering the love and compassion that goes into caring for our beloved animals.

The first visit the veterinarian did a very cursory exam on my two Siberian Cats. Then she only gave them some of their vaccinations, and made an appointment to have their teeth cleaned and the remainder of the vaccines. However, on returning the dentist was not in and apparently the first vet did not open a chart for us, so they did not know what vaccinations they had and what was pending. Finally found someone who told the desk what to do for our cats. This place is very disorganized. The front desk staff are not very polite, and apparently do not know the schedules for groomer and dentist. We were very disappointed and will go elsewhere for the next check up.

I go here to see my favorite Vet Dr Deborah Wallen. She is the best! She has been my only Veterinarian for the last 15 years. Highly recommend anyone who wants a great Vet to see her. She is full of joy, kindness, compassion and love!

Great doctor but very lacking customer service at front desk. Came early after they asked us to come an hour earlier, and after waiting for 45 minutes, no apology just said the doctor is running late. I understand that can happen, but at least make some kind of effort to recognize that we came early at their request and a simple apology would go a long way.

We've followed Dr. Moller around Los Angeles for at least 20 yrs. and generations of pets. We just love him and the way he has treated all our pets, and we also love his staff; they are gentle and loving.

Dr. Moeller, Rose, Nina and the rest of the team are the best! They treat my 17 year old dog and 3 year old rescue pup like they are their own. You will not find a better place to take your "best friends" - the new office is sparkly clean, efficient and has great parking.
