I usually do not write negative reviews online, but I take the well being of my dogs very seriously so I felt compelled to write one here. Prior to taking my dogs here for boarding, I put them in day care a few times a week just to ease them into it. When I came in the first day, I let them know that I would appreciate getting pictures of them as much as possible because my husband is currently deployed and he was wary about putting them in the day in the first place. Receiving pictures of them would make him feel better. They were there for a total of 8 Days and I only received them once and I had to call them about it. When I called, Liz answered and told me that she would make sure to get them in to me, but I received none. I called them again the next day and she told me that they were busy and she will ask them again later. I finally received pictures of my dogs on Monday and they were okay pictures, but that’s fine. It’s better than nothing, I guess. I picked them up on Wednesday and I noticed that one of my dogs had a snot looking thing across his face. I thought that was just a snot since I picked them up just before they were going to close so I figured I’d just wash him at home. When I got home, I realized that it strip of hair is missing. About 3 inches across his face. I called them on Thursday to ask them what happened and ange/Annie told me that she has no idea and was giving me vague answers. She told me that one of the workers noticed it but she thought it was a snot (I figured someone would care enough to clean him up if they noticed it…even if it was just a snot). Anyway, She told me she would stop by my house that day so she can see it person. She called me few hours later and she told me that she wouldn’t be able to make it because she had to cover for someone, but she will come in on Friday instead. I told them it’s not a problem as long as she can find out what happened because the pictures that Liz sent me that Monday didn’t have that hair strip. Friday came and she didn’t show up and she didn’t even bother to give me a call. Boarding dogs here wasn’t cheap,but that wasn’t the issue. I trusted them with my dogs and the fact that they couldn’t send pictures unless I asked and couldn’t give me a straight answer except the fact that it was “strange” was disheartening

Love the way take care the dogs plus the employees needs more pay for all the things they do to take care everyone beloved pets..

We were able to tour the facility before deciding to board our dogs, and were very impressed. Everyone was nice and helpful. When we dropped our dogs off the staff was attentive and helped them get adjusted. Ollie and Rosie seemed happy and relaxed.

This company and staff are amazing! We have used them for daycare as well as overnight stays and never had an issue. Our Dane is very protective over home and family but he loves the entire staff. He also loves playing with the other big dogs during outside play time.

Our puppy has been going to daycare here and loves it, she's always so tired when she gets home from playing all day.

My dog babies have been attending daycare and boarding here for years. My dogs are always excited to go and the people are fabulous. They take great care of them!!!

They have always taken great care of my fur kids even though they aren’t the easiest to deal with. This last time we came back with kennel cough though ????

I took my dog a few years ago to 2 different training classes. Excellent experiences at both classes. I have been in other boarding facilities and Ruff-N-It is the best. Customer service is excellent and the facility is immaculate! I will definitely bring a new dog in the future for training ????

Our Moose was a first timer for boarding and he absolutely loved it. We had a great experience and will be using them again!

I absolutely LOVE Ruff-N-It !!!!! I have used them multiple times for my 2 dogs. They know my dogs and my dogs just love it there. From the front office to the kennel workers everyone is so friendly and professional. They never disappoint !!!!!

Ruff-N-It is wonderful! Our pup absolutely loves to go! When we arrive, he goes crazy and can’t wait to get out of the car! The staff is wonderful and I completely trust them to love and take care of our boy!

Great place! I had to find a dog boarding service at the last minute for my dog, and they helped me tremendously. When I was away, they gave me updates and everything. Very nice people with reliable prices. I am taking my dog back here whenever I need a dog boarding service.

I was blessed to discover Ruff-N-It about 3 years ago. I never have ANY concerns about leaving my pupper there for extended stays AND she gets super excited when we pull into the parking lot. I boarded her once at a different establishment and when we got her back she’d lost a ton of weight and was totally not behaving like her normal loving self-never again. When she comes home from Ruff N It she’s perfectly adjusted-tired from playing, but happy! And it’s very clean there too. I have no plans of ever boarding my sweetie anywhere else.

Great group of people to leave your pets with. Highly highly recommend them. I was kinda worried at 1st because my pitbull is very protective with the people around us but never did i get a call to pick him up early, they said he did very good and didn't need to have his muzzle on. Thanks guys so much. ????

This place is THE best in Dallas. So genuine and caring! I am one of those anxious dog moms that gets nervous to leave my pup every time. But they make me feel so good about leaving her in their care. 10/10 recommend this place for pet boarding or daycare.

Today My Puppy went to Doggy Day Care for the 1st time here. I choose this Doggy day care bc it was Close to my home and had great reviews. I can Truley say it went well. The CSR was great also. They took great care of My puppy Reign.. They Said she done great also. I can tell she had fun. They said she made some new Doggy Frds. ???????????? She will be back. Great experience! My husband and I toured before boarded our dog. It is clean, absolutely no odors, wonderful friendly staff, lots of playtime, very reasonable cost and has doggie daycare available! Highly recommend. I do wish they had a sign by the road because I have a difficult time turning in. I have almost missed it several times. I really like this place.

I have a grand fur baby at the daycare I drop her off and pick her up occasionally for the kids and I must say this place is wonderful. They are always super friendly and very happy to see lily and always outside with the other dogs either playing with them or cleaning the place up. It is always very clean and I highly recommend this daycare if you are looking for a place for your pet to go play for the day. I boarded my Georgie girl here for the first time this past weekend and I am very happy I found Ruff-N-It. From the time I called to book, to the time I dropped her off I felt very welcomed and at ease leaving my dog there. Thank you for treating her like your own. She has slept the day away, so I think she had a great time. ????

We LOVE Ruff N It. Our pup is such a love but has not had a lot of socialization. They are great with her! And now she has lots of four legged friends. She is so excited to go to daycare every morning, and absolutely pooped when she gets home from such a fun day.

My Charlie always has a great time at Ruff-N-it. Hes wore out when he comes home and sleeps for hours. I love when they post Facebook videos of him while I'm on vacation
