Wonderful place to get your pet groomed. Our dog always is happy and looks fab when leaving Pet Joy. I know she feels great too. The staff are very kind and work hard to accommodate your schedule.

Extremely rude to a regular customer, complaining our dog does not behave well! Yelling at customer ! unbelievable.

I like this place: easy same-day appointment, fast, lovely staff. I paid $55 for grooming which is twice as much as my haircut.

I was very disappointed. They didn't do as I asked..my puppy just turned 1 and I didn't want them to cut him bald...Iask for a trim. Came back and I didn't recognize my cute lil pup..he was UGLY!

THIS PLACE DOES NOT GROOM POODLES. I have a Maltese-poodle mix, they wanted to charge extra for detangling (not matted hair, just regular hair that needs to be groomed) and said they cannot detangle and trim, that the only cut they could do for me is completely shave. They failed to tell me this information over the phone one week ago, when I told them the breed of my dog. Save some time, you’ll have better luck at Petco.

I took my dog here to get his nails clipped. He seemed over-anxious when I picked him up and crying quite a bit. I had him groomed here before and there were no problems. Today, we just brought him here to do a quick clip, not the whole bath & (expensive) grooming and they seemed put off by the fact we didn’t want it all. They cut one of his nails PAST the quik, making him bleed. They didn’t mention anything at all and gave me a hard time about running my credit card for any service under $20. I trust groomers to do the more difficult grooming that I don’t feel qualified to do, as you would ASSUME they are professionals. This is the farthest thing from it and I won’t be bringing my dog back here.

My dogs have been getting baths here almost monthly since they were 12 weeks old (they're now 7). They always look amazing and they love going here, I know this because they walk right in, no pulling, just strut right in with tails high and wagging. That says it all!

Pet Joy is the only place I take my miniature schnauzer to, even thou i have to drive 30 minutes 1 way to get to. I used to live closer to Pet Joy but since moved a way. I have tried to other shops in Hollywood but they just didn’t do a very good job with schnauzer cuts. hence driving all the way to Olympic and La Brea. Pet Joy isn’t a very big shop, shop owner and staffs are very friendly and they treat your pet very well. Pricing wise its above average. But its the only spot i go to with my dog. Usually there is a long wait time during weekend. (Shop is closed on Sunday) I usually drop off my dog 8am and pick him up around 10-10:30 or so.

Sharon is so nice and really wants to satisfy her customers. Isreal is a skilled groomer who cuts and style my dog, he's kind and friendly too. My dog looks great every time he goes to Pet Joy. Thanks Sharon for your kindness and love for dogs. Love Judy Hussle????

I don’t take my dog to just any1. But this is like his second home they treat her with respect like it’s there own dog. They remember by name and I feel comfortable leaving her.

Place looks dirty. And after the bath, half of the kitty’s nails were bleeding. Terrible experience. And they even ask for extra charge next time. Unfortunately, there will be no next time.
