Very dissatisfied with the haircut that my dog received I asked the guy for a Yorkie teddy bear haircut and this is what I got If you love your dog and care for them do not bring them here terrible service.

I told him yourkie tedybear haircut and my dog looks nothing like the picture I am very very dissatisfied wit the haircut my dog received from here If u love you're dog don't take them here

WARNING DO NOT bring your dog here...Completely destroyed my kids yorkie.my wife asked for a teddy bear hair cut. . We got a bald dog.

Marco handled my high maintenance kitty with ease. His skill and dexterity were absolutely amazing. I watched the entire process firsthand to help keep the kitty calm, and can personally vouch for his wonderful work. The kitty and I are both extremely gratified!

My dog does not do well with strangers and can be very grumpy, bitey. They were the third groomer I found in the area and the only ones that were able to handle my grumpy guy! They handled him very well and took their time with him. I love his cut and appreciate their patience. Your dog is in the right hands with the main groomer and groomers here!

Place is awesome. The main dude is real good with dogs and you can tell he really loves them. Coming back definitely.

I Love this place very friendly and professional at what they do,thank you guys.

My mom and I really enjoyed bringing our puppy Emerald here to get her hair cut, a bath and her nails trimmed because the staff is very professional and friendly But the only down side is that they stopped selling all those cute dog beds, toys and shampoos because for some reason they moved to a much smaller facility than the one they had in the past. I sincerely hope that they remain in business for many years to come and that they bring everything back to normal some day so that we the general public can pamper our furry friends just as they deserve. We have to pray to god and hope for the very best.

My first time using this shop. They did a great job on my Lab he was soooo clean and soft. The service they provided was great I will be returning again and again.

Never been there too expensive

This place willingly puts up with my ferocious cat, and I’m incredibly grateful for it. Same day service, does an excellent job at a reasonable price. Turned me into a repeat customer. Fantastic place, will always go back.

Took my puppy there for his first grooming experience. Was able to take a walk in and he did a great job on the wash and cut. Apparently my dog almost had a bad ear infection so he cleaned up his ears real nice! Going back for sure.

Loved the service and the outcome! Adriana is a great groomer and helpful with tips for the dogs!

My puppy is hyperactive and misbehaves with strangers. Theodore bites because he is a learning puppy so I was a bit nervous to bring him over (bad experience at another place). But.... the groomers were a perfect fit for Theodore. We got there a bit early to pick him up and they were a patient with him. Theo did try to bite him once while we were there but he was able to talk him down and pet him. And we even captured Theo hugging the groomers. And that’s how you know they did a great job. Our puppy approves of this place. And my pockets as well.

The gentleman who run this place are so nice. Great with the animals. Good new location. Easy parking. Very friendly. They even called us to say they where stepping out when they knew we might be walking in. So kind.

I have been taking my dog here to get his nails trimmed for 5 years now. My little chihuahua is extremely dramatic about anyone touching his paws so I can't do it. He always gives them a hard time, but they graciously put up with his overly dramatic wails. Even with his wiggles and cries, they have never cut his nails too short and made them bleed. ????????

Walks in are Welcome. I walked in without an appointment and I was seen in just a few short minutes. The staff is so kind and friendly! I brought my Kitty in for a nail trim and the groomer was so fast and efficient I was even allowed to be next to her to keep her calm. I was in and out pain free and my kitty was very relaxed. Will be coming here from now on! And they have parking available :)

So I was house sitting in the area and needed to get my dog groomed near by. I took my dog here for the first time and gave very specific instructions on how I wanted my dog groomed. My dog is a Brussles Griffon so he has a mustache and a long beard. I ah owed a photo and everything, but still managed to chop off his beard and mustache. The groomer said my dog didn’t stop moving and that was the reason his face was completely butchered and his entire face was groomed unevenly leaving his mustache completely lop-sided. I called to complain and they told me after the fact that they could “fix it” the next day. Another complaint was they told me the cost would be $45-55 and when I came to pay they told me to pay $65. Now I have to wait for my dog’s facial hair to grow back and was not happy with their service.

He did an awesome cut job on my dog. And good price.

No issues with the grooming

NEVER AGAIN.......... this place deserves not even a star. I took my puppy to a get a nail trim and bath. She came out with no eye open. When I asked what’s wrong with my puppy the man who works there said “ she’s fine nothing is wrong” obviously something was wrong with my puppy she wouldn’t open her right eye. Then he said that my puppy had a lot of fleas and therefore she needed a flea bath. Keep in mind my puppy doesn’t go outside she stays inside my home. Even if she did or not the flea shampoo does not go near the face Especially around the eyes. Then the man and women who work there tried to us oti-tris flush medicine for my puppy’s eye. I refused immediately once I saw how dirty the bottle was. My puppy now is suffering for an eye infection. Her eye has discharge, swollen and inflammation. I hope she doesn’t go blind.
