The line items on their invoice don't add up to the total that they put on the invoice and require that you pay. The only reason I discovered this is because my pet insurance provider refused to process the claim until it was corrected. It took five requests to get the corrected invoice and I am now on my 10th request and still no refund for the overpayment. They simply ignore me.

Drs Karron, Orenich and Heard have seen 3 of my cats through alot of accidents and illness, both big and little. They and their assistants always responsive, kind and helpful. We will miss going here now that we've moved out of the area. But I'd gladly recommend this office to anyone who needs a good vet for their cat and experts to help you make the right medical decisions for the health and well being of furry family members.

Unfortunately after our first visit they lost/damaged our cats blood sample, and there’s been construction in front of their spot on Santa Monica Blvd. However, the staff is incredibly nice. There’s been timely follow up on both of our appointments, and they quickly emailed us estimates on procedures. Have only been going to them for about a month, but all in all a good first impression!

Fifi went in for her vaccines very nice nurses. And Dr Orenich was awesome. She followed up on Fifi afterwards. She even got a 10/10 certificate.

We (my 2 dogs) have been patients here for at least 3 or 4 years now and have always had terrific experiences with the very professional and caring vets here. The staff is always on point with their administrative duties and customer care. Obviously with pandemic LA restrictions the personal connection with the Vet is now restricted to a phone call, also there is something important (for me) I miss about being with my dogs in the exam room listening and talking to the Dr. Hopefully we can get back to that normal, ASAP

PAC is wonderful. Their customer service is phenomenal from the front desk to the top veterinarian and has been consistently so for the last year that I've been with them for both my dog and cat. They handle my pets with care and my highly anxious puppy finds comfort in the vet tech's gentle yet confident touch. Their central location is a bonus.

Best vet we have been to ever. Our dog is very nervous around vets and we have never been able to find a vet that is calm and tolerant around him in the 2+ years we have had him. We relocated here from the east coast and they always tried to muzzle him which made his experiences worse but at Pacific Animal Clinic they don't try any of that and are able to examine him, take his blood and work with him through it all just by being patient and kind! Their prices are very fair and they always have amazing follow up and explain everything they are going to do before they do it and give great written follow up as well! Everyone is great here! :)

Dr Karen Heard is the best vet I’ve ever met. She was very helpful during the last few weeks of my cat’s life. I really like her.

Very poor customer service. Put on hold and hung up. When I notified the accident, unapologetic and had a bad attitude.

Great staff, with a clean environment. Took our 12 week old puppy in the staff were able to answer questions we had.

If you love your pet & want quality care do not take them here! They continuously try to order unnecessary test to increase their profits! When you question the test they become defensive & argumentative. They are unable to adequately describe what the tests will show, to the point of not understanding basic blood work! They even ordered a medication that my dog should not have been on. 1 month later they contacted me saying the specialist made a mistake & not give that med! The specialist?? When did my dog see a specialist??? I knew the med was wrong being in the medical field for 20 years & never gave it. Basically these vets are a joke & have zero idea what they are doing! I can provide multiple examples how they take advantage of people who do not have any medical background! Shame on you!

I love this clinic! Everyone is super knowledgeable, nice and efficient. They truly care and will go above and beyond to provide excellent service.

These folks really take care of my cats. They treat my cats gently and cause them the minimum of stress. Everyone there is friendly and helpful.

First vet I went to for the first dog I ever had as an adult. Initially chose this place just cause it's super close to home, and I'm glad I did. The place is super clean, friendly staff, and knowledgeable vets.

Took my 2yo cat to this vet for the first time after recently moving and needing to find a new veterinary. I got an appointment the following day (which was ideal as I had a pressing issue) and we didn't have to wait long to be seen on the day. The vet I saw was very thorough, knowledgeable and explained options, procedures and prices with me frankly. She was kind and gentle with my kitty. I got a follow-up phone call promptly about results and options to take from our [unexpected] negative result. The office was clean, decorated nicely and staff were friendly. The examination room was considered carefully for scared animals to look around which I can only assume our pets appreciate ???? Public parking can be found behind the building however it isn't free. But that's typical LA.

Pacific Animal Clinic was amazing from start to finish. I recently moved from the DC area and my dog was sick with diarrhea and vomiting. My dog is VERY scared of vets and the overall experience but everyone on the staff calmed him and kept him at ease and for the first time in the 2 years that I've had my pet we were able to put a cone on him to distract him long enough for a procedure. The overall beside manor of the doctors and staff was incredible. We will be going back without a doubt! They were also quick to diagnose and not just say "let's wait it out", give me alternative options since my dog is so nervous and plenty of at home help to make him feel better. Great experience!

Dr. Orenich has been the vet I go to for the last 4 years (even prior to her working at Pacific Animal Clinic). She is honest, friendly, patient and clearly a caring doctor. I would recommend her to anyone. The front staff and vet techs at Pacific Animal Clinic do a wonderful job; they treated my dog Ringo and me with such caring support when it came time to put him down, and they always conduct themselves in a professional and friendly manner. There is also ample parking in the back, so that is a bonus. Pacific Animal Clinic and its staff clearly care about their clients, both human and animal alike.

Caring doctors, nice staff. A little expensive, but as is the area.

My cats are the most important things in my life. So I can only trust the best there is. The place is clean with a great atmosphere. The staff is incredibly nice and caring. I have never felt more comfort in a business as I do with Pacific Animal Center. And, mostly importantly the good doctor! Dr. Karron has no equal.

The best thing my old Vet every did was to refer me to Pacific Animal Clinic. They are very trustworthy and I felt instantly that my cats were in good hands. Even the overall vibe of the place is better than other animal clinics. For starters, it doesn't smell like an animal clinic, it has a very calming feeling when you walk in like you might be checking into a spa. I'm sure when the lobby is filled with animals it isn't quote that chill but, every time I have been it has been. The staff is super friendly and caring and Dr Karron is really fantastic. They are extremely responsive and they are also really affordable in comparison to other clinics. I have had some really unfortunate Vet experiences but I can safely say I won't be going anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Awesome place with a wonderful staff.

We recently switched to Pacific Animal Clinic because we weren't happy with the level of care from my dog's previous vet clinic. My dog had an eye ulcer that we were treating at his previous vet for almost 2 months with no progress. After one visit with Dr. Bromme at Pacific Animal Clinic it finally improved and cleared up. We couldn't be happier with the care and treatment plan from this clinic and we're looking forward to taking our pets here in the years to come.
