I'm greatful for the professionalism, and how efficient they are. I know working with two seniors dog's like Bella and Ticker can be difficult, they manage, to both get them out in less than two hours. And they are both very happy dogs after wards I'm ???? happy

I have a German Shepard and they're great with him. My dog always come back looking great and fresh ????. I have been coming here for awhile now and they've been awesome.

My dog was in and out in one hour! Dropped off at 9am and was done by 10:10am. I've never had such quick service in the 10 years I've owned dogs and they did a great job too. Front desk was helpful and kind and the groomer even came out to see if I liked the cut. Price is reasonable and location is very convenient for me so I'll definitely be coming back.

FYI THIS GROOMER CANT WORK WITH SENIOR PETS!!! I used to love this place until last month , I've been a customer for more than 5 years I have two dogs both seniors medium size about 23lbs each but my Luna can't stand for too long anymore and obviously I let the groomer Ernesto know or who ever I speak to when making the appointment, anyway last month when I picked up my babies the owner started telling me how difficult is to cut Luna's hair because she keep on sitting and this and that , there's only one groomer doing all the work and it's a lot for one person ,I've seen three different groomer come and go so props to the groomer that can work under those conditions ,I understand she wasn't happy about getting involved having to carry Luna so the groomer can cut her hair. She could of told me they don't work with seniors or something why complain? I never do when she increases prices because I am well aware on how difficult it is to cut their hair that's why I take them there and don't mind paying $160, but if you are going to groom them and then make me feel like you doing me a favor for a service and not even make me feel welcome again then of course I will complain, Ernesto the groomer like always very nice but the owner not so much my feelings were hurt I love my dogs I didn't like what she said or how she said it, I am taking my babies elsewhere where we can feel welcome and the owner is more understanding.

This place was amazing. They are very communicative and friendly. I left knowing my pet would be ok.

We love taking it dogs to Muttropolitan! Ernesto does such a good job on our Schnauzer especially! It has always been hard to find a groomer that will cut him the way we like but Ernesto has done a fabulous job from day 1! Our schnauzer can also be a handful but everyone at Muttropolitan are so sweet to him and we are so very thankful. We also take our 13 year old corgi there and they do the best de-shedding treatment we've ever had done on her. I would absolutely recommend taking your dogs here as we have had nothing but positive experiences. Thanks, Muttropolitan!

This is one of the best pet salons I've been to!! I got my puppy two years ago and for the first few months I was taking him to salons that had higher prices and didn't really do an excellent job on cleaning my pups coat. I later heard great things about Muttropolitan from other dog owners and decided to take my pup here and ever since then I haven't stopped coming here.

Terrible place, don’t take your dog there! They left her injuries on her ears and now she, my dog, Canela has an infection in her ears. Lots of blood from here ears we had to take her to the Veterinarian. I called them and they completely ignored me. We are so dissatisfied and disappointed about this place. Don’t take your dog to this place! Ever

I am so happy to find this great place near my work..I brought my dog here for the first time today, and my dog looks so pretty, Ernesto did such a great job grooming her, very nice bath , nail trimming, the works ..the people who wok here are so nice and happy..thank you! will be back soon!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!y babies have been every where but here is where they don't stress, they are not frighten, and the staff do everything they can to check up on them and give me.updates. NOW they're open every day!!! Bad dog salon experiences? BRING HERE! My brother's overly scared cat goes here too, can't go wrong with great deals and service!

Has new groomer...her name is Teresa and shes running a special every month...must go and check it out. New staff and great new prices !!!

Wow never coming back and it sucks cuz this was the only place I've ever taken my 5 year old small dog. First off the groomer came out all sassy saying "'next time u need to come earlier, this was supposed to be my last dog for the day" it was literally 2:30 pm. I'm sorry but I work at 4 am and get off at 1pm I have always taken him here to get groomed around the same time. And the hours posted say 8-5pm !! FIVE PM NOT 2:30 !! Rude. Anyways he said it's not gonna take long don't go far. So I grabbed a boba and came back and I hear my dog crying in the back and then I hear the groomer shout "QUIET OVER THERE!" Very mean and not comforting to my dog at all.. (He definitely didn't know I had came back by the way..) my poor dog. So I stepped outside to take a deep breath and walk around thinking my dogs fine. I got back in around 3:40 and he was in the crates (no one called me saying he was ready) I pay the $55 dollars (yes almost $60 for my little ten pound dog RIDCULOUS!!!!) front desk girl hands me my dogs collar and harness but no leash. I ask for the leash and she said I never left it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME I specifically handed it over the the rude mean big sassy groomer guy. Front desk girl said the groomer said that my leash belonged to the dog ahead of mine. Wow she calls the precious dogs owners to ask them if they too my leash and of course they don't answer. I'm in disbelief on how this place is still open. Probably because they're never going bankrupt charging $60 for a chihuahua. Anyways, I used to love this spot but now I'm disgusted with them. DO NOT GO HERE !!!!

It's a very cute and clean store for animal grooming and getting little treats. Overall it seems pretty good.

They change your reservation and cancel it right before it, makes you have no choice to do anything, and their attitude really bad.

Its The Worse!! They are nice and all but my put was hurt!!! They left him bleeding from some spots!

Convenient location (honda plaza) Easy to find The only place my dog comes back un-tramatized and looking amazing- Every few months it's like I get to take home a new dog! The owner and staff are very accommodating and listen to my every specific requirement for my poodle mix's groom. I've been taking my dog here for around 3 years and trust them more than ever. I don't mind driving further from home for peace of mind. The photos on the website are pretty accurate- I will post some here The prices are very fair- I say a place like this is hard to find, give it a try

Muttropolitan is a great place to take your dogs for grooming. Toby has been a client for a couple of years now and I'm always happy with his haircuts. Great job, Muttropolitan!!
