my toy poodle came back with a huge patch were it seem to be that she got burned and it soon started to get infected not only that , few days later her ear got infected as well . and i was not not

We have been going to Hello Doggy for 3 plus years now. They are a family runed business. They have always treated our fur babies with love and respect, along with much gentleness. 5 stars for their quality of work & they are extremely reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place. It's not fancy by any means, yet on each visit your pup comes out looking fancy with a new bandana each visit!!!

I won't bother going anywhere else. Friendly and helpful I went back a 2nd time. I was Wrong Never going back and they changed the price without telling me first. The owner seemed smug when I brought this up.

I have brought my Maltese Poodle here a few times and almost every time I have taken her, they have complaints about my dog's behavior. In fact, one time they even called me after dropping my dog off claiming she was being a "bad dog" and cannot be bathed. I literally went in the back of the store and bathed my own dog, something I could have easily done at home. They even threatened to called animal services on me for being a BAD DOG OWNER because my dog did not feel comfortable around them. Their price is great however, no price is worth losing my dignity and respect. I have always doubted their accusations of my maltese poodle being a vicious dog as she is the most friendly and kind dog I have ever met. I recently took my dog there for a shower and groom before Christmas and the NOTORIOUS "owner lady" was so rude to me and LIED to me about her services. She said it is a six hour wait and she won't have time for my dog whatsoever. I decided to wait and even told her we would pay extra but she SHUT THE DOOR ON MY FACE. As I was coming out of the parking I found a friend who walked in with her dog (who was in even worse condition than my dog) and the owner took her dog but not mine. it is BAD FOR BUSINESS to LIE and be RUDE to your customers. Safe to say I am NEVER EVER coming back here again and I beg you to take your dogs somewhere else. I found a new grooming place today who told me MY DOG IS VERY SWEET AND LOVING AND THEY HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH HER WHATSOEVER. These people are bullies and outright just rude to those who are nice enough to even care for their opinion. They obviously do not know how to handle dogs properly as my dog has no problem with our current groomers but had major issues with this place. Please take your dogs somewhere else. The only reason I kept taking my dog here after their disrespectful way of talking to my mother and I is because it was the closest place I knew to my house. Thank GOD for the new place I found.

I had the most awful experience with this place. They treated me unfairly and rudely. Their pricing is reasonable but I rather pay a little more somewhere else to get respect and a better service.

I had been taking my dog here for baths only for about 6 months and everything was fine. But the last time my dog came in with a rash so I gave them I call. I want to emphasize I was not rude and even told them that I was not blaming them but asked them if that was normal since this is the first dog. I even told them that I just wanted to know if it was rash-burn on his private area, that accidents happen and they could tell me so I can get something over the counter instead of taking him to the vet which would've been more expensive. The girl who answer was nice and she claim that my dog was fine when he left. I said ok I'll give it a couple days and the rash was gone so I gave them called back to tell them that it was nothing. My dog was not in pain or anything. So today I walked in and this nice guy is helping me takes my dog in, and then this "Owner Lady" gives me my dog back and tells me that I am not welcome here and to go somewhere else. She had a bad attitude and she brought back the incident I explained above. I told her that it was just a concern I had but nothing else and I was never rude like she was being. It would be ridiculous for me to go back if I had been rude to them. Her attitude was just plain unprofessional. She mouthed I don't Know what and went inside, no further explanations were given. It is very sad that you can not even respectfully questions someone's services without their feeling getting hurt. I am paying for a service if I have questions I will ask, but I will never be rude. Take your fur babies somewhere else. When I started coming here she had 5 stars, she has many bad reviews already. With her mess up attitude she will sure be out of business soon.

I've never had a problem coming here. The people that work here are all great and friendly and have my dog looking slick everytime! If your looking for an affordable pet grooming place with awesome workers , this is the place for you.

Amazing job for my Pekingnese dog Milo. His haircut is soooo neat, he smells soooo good and he was so happy when he came home which only means that he was treated nicely by the groomers????????????????????????and their price is very reasonable and affordable and will surely recommend them to our friends and of course, we would like to thank the person who reffered us to this wonderful Hellow Grooming place!!!Thank you to all the staff of Hellow Pet Groomer and more power to you!!!????????????We are really so happy for your job and service well done!!!!Thank you????????

This place sucks. The woman was al mest up and thought we went somewhere to cut his hair and just did his nails. I do not recommende u here.

I highly recommend this place, they take great care of our dog every time we go. Very reasonable prices as well as great service.

My Pug always comes out with a great groom, from head to toe. Teeth cleaning and all the perks. Great prices & very friendly staff. Wouldnt take my pets anywhere else!!!

Both my boyfriend and I had the most horrible experience with this groomer. When I brought in my 3 big dogs and my boyfriends 1 small dog, I requested they shave his small dog. When I picked them up, they had cut my boyfriends dog's hair so short that he was cut and bleeding in one area and completely distorted in every other area of his body. My 3 big dogs just got baths and were fine but my boyfriend took his dog back and asked them to fix his haircut. They refunded him his money but when I called to schedule another bath for my 3 big dogs, they said they refused to serve me because my boyfriend was I satisfied with their previous service. This was a joke right? No. They were serious. My boyfriend and his dog are completely separate from myself and my dogs. Yet they reuse to serve ME because THEY screwed up his dog. This place will soon go out of business with practices like this. Do NOT go here

So happy! Took my two babies in today. Amazing price and job well done. I have a pit bull 6 months and a Maltese 4 years both came back looking amazing and it took only a few hours we were walk ins so I was happy they weren't there long. They even helped me out to the car. We will definitely be bringing them back.
