It would be impossible to overstate how incredible the staff are. From Autumn's intake to Dr. Anne-Marie and Charus on the day of, they enabled us to take the time we needed with our cat Bleu. It was always going to be an unbearable day, …

They really helped us through the difficult end of life decision for our old boy Max. It was a very gentle and peaceful process. The aftercare was terrific, we now have Max's ashes in a nice box and a print of one of his paws. Hearts and Halos was very caring throughout the process and we are very grateful for their support.

I am so eternally grateful for Hearts and Halos. My cat took a turn for the worse Saturday evening and I needed to help him from his suffering by Sunday. It was devastating in itself and so hard to have to call place to place to see if anyone could help me on a Sunday. Hearts and Halos went out of their way and service area to help me. They were kind and compassionate from the second they picked up the phone to when they left my house with Kobe. I felt cared for and I felt alone was well cared for as he passed. Though I didn’t want him to go, this was the most loving and best possible way it could have happened. Thank you so much; It means the world to me.

The best service! Veterinarian callback, expedited service, above all every staff member is sensitive to your (pet) loss and pet suffering. Wish it was his Heavenly with funeral arrangements for humans. God sees their love. Hearts and Halos to their staff. Very deserving of their name. ???? and ????

For what can be the toughest situation in any let owner’s life - H&H made it the most empathetic and dignified experience. Dr. Amy was so compassionate in the consultation and scheduling - and Dr. Erling was so professional and respectful. All pet owners eventually reach this decision point - and H&&H are the best guides to the process for you and your furry little one.

This review is long overdue! My husband and I said goodbye to our sweet elderly pug in January 2021, during a time when the pandemic was surging where we live, and we were absolutely terrified that because of COVID, we would have to drop our baby off at a vet for euthanasia and that he would be scared and alone at the end. Knowing that his time was coming, we proactively made an appointment with a different in-home euthanasia service, but he took a turn for the worst unexpectedly, and when we tried to move up our appointment, that service didn't have anyone available. My husband and I spent a truly awful day calling every in home vet we could find, hoping to free our little guy from his suffering, and I left Dr. Amy a sobbing message - honestly I don't know how she understood any of it. She called me back quickly and was so kind on the phone, and agreed to squeeze us in after hours that same day. She and her husband Brad (who is also wonderful) were incredibly gentle, thoughtful, and professional. Even with all the Covid precautions, it didn't feel rushed. Dr. Amy helped us feel at peace with our decision, explained each step of the process, and they were both just so incredibly patient and loving. If you are reading this, I'm so sorry, because I know how gut wrenching this whole process is. Please don't hesitate to contact Hearts & Halos -- I will be grateful for Dr. Amy and Brad for the rest of my life, and I am so so thankful that our sweet little guy was at peace and cuddled up with us and not scared at all when he passed. That was a tremendous gift to all of us.

On one of the hardest days of my life, Hearts & Halos services were there for me and my family to provide my fur baby the most peaceful and dignified crossing over to his next adventure. Dr. Ann Marie and Christina were immediately so compassionate, genuinely kind, and understanding of how difficult this time was for us. They were professional, answered all of our questions, and worked in a way that allowed us to hold our baby in his last moments. And that meant the world to us. Thank you to them for making Louie's last moments on earth so peaceful and lovely.

This is such a lovely and compassionate service. My cat of 15 years died at the emergency vet and when I asked to have him cremated I wasn’t aware he was being sent here. They were extremely kind and thoughtful and you receive a lot more than just a cremation. They made prints of my cats paws and made them into a wooden plaque and they also gave a beautiful urn for his ashes. They also shipped him across country to me because I moved immediately after my cat died. They are extremely affordable and I would definitely recommend.

I have sadly had to use their service twice. However, I could not ask for better people to assist through such a gut-wrenching time. When that time unfortunately comes, they make the process much easier.

It’s never easy to say goodbye to a great friend, but when the time comes, I always do it at home in their favorite spot. This was my first time using Hearts and Halos and we couldn’t have been happier. Thank you for helping my Tiny transition. We appreciate you guys.

I couldn’t imagine someone better to do this procedure to my 20 years old little girl chihuahua than Doctor Amy! A very sweet, loving, professional, compassionate, delicate, respectful, truly an amazing person. Thank you doctor you were an angel at one of the worst moment in my life.

Dr. Peter was wonderful! He was caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. He alleviated my fears about whether I was doing the right thing. He pointed out a couple of things about Lucca that we hadn't noticed and when John googled later about it, we realized we really did make the right choice at the right time. Even though Lucca had other issues that were not going to get better, the one thing Dr. Peter pointed out validated our decision to do it at that moment. Lucca was treated with kindness and respect. The process was very peaceful for Lucca even though my husband and I were a mess. Thank you Dr. Peter AND thank you to Dr. Michelle who was corresponding with me up until the time of our appointment.

Thank you Hearts and Halos for the wonderful aftercare that was provided to my baby girl Chonche. From day one staff we’re very kind and understanding. They answered any and all of my questions. Always answered my calls / emails. My baby girl was returned home to me within a timely manner. And the urn was beautiful along with her paw prints. Thank you so much again! ???? My family and I truly appreciate it. I definitely recommend Hearts and halos for any needs you may have with your fur babies. They went above and beyond for my baby girl! ????????❤️

Dr. Amy and Brad came to out house. Our sweet 16 year old Joey couldn't go on any longer. During this time of unbelievable heartache, we wanted a peaceful process done at home. Amy talked us through each step to help comfort my husband and I in every way she could. She was very thorough in explaining everything, yet with the most calming voice. We were grateful to have this service, and wouldn't have wanted it any other way.

My Precious was taken care of here and everything turned out smoothly and stress free for a very difficult time of loss. Thank you hearts and halos for caring for my beloved Precious. Get the paw print engraved in wood if you can, really nice.

There simply are no words to describe how wonderful they were with my baby boy Spencer when the time came at the end of his cancer. It was the hardest day of my life and yet they brought me so much love and comfort. Thank you from the bottom of my heart .

Professional home service. Efficient but not hurried. Good with children in explaining. I paid $400 for the procedure, and another 455 for the cremation.

My dog Ladi recently passed from being sick for a few weeks and from old age in general. I took her to Access Specialty Animal Hospital to find out the next step. There was a rep there that explained my choices on how I would like to handle her aftercare. He was very informative and passionate the aftercare of animals. I choose to go with aquamation as well as receiving a copy of her paw print. Im very happy with my decision and the staff at the location was very helpful as well with explaining my options of how I would like to receive my dog ashes back through mail or to pick her up. Her urn is perfect and I love her paw print. The compassion from the safe is nothing short of excellent and much appreciated during this rough time. Thank you Hearts and Halos.

Our beloved dog was dying of cancer and we could not bear the thought of bringing him to the vet, literally the most terrifying place in the world to him. They came to our home and helped him pass comfortably and quietly in our backyard in his favorite spot. No stress or discomfort. Devastated for the loss but absolutely forever indebted to them for their help and for allowing him to pass on his terms.

The best experience possible considering the circumstances. My 18 year old cat, my daughter's childhood pet, left with me when she went to college, had reached her end. I was a mess, as it represented the last of her childhood. Amy and her husband were extremely supportive even though a grown man was balling his eyes out in front of them. There was only support and comfort at every stage. She explained everything as it happened and paused for permission before the next step. No surprises or pressure to get it over with. It was painless, professional and loving. Thank you Hearts and Halo's, you gave my kitty the vest possible end to to her very special life.

Dr. Amy and Brad came to our home on a Saturday evening. They could not be any more caring and compassionate. We feel very thankful that there are people in this world who you can turn to during such a difficult time.

I would give this fantastically gentle and caring service a 10 out of 5 if I could. When our sweet family dog, Trixie (who was born on Halloween) of 14 years was nearing her end, we wanted her to be comfortable and surrounded by all those who cared. When I called Choice Veterinary Care we were initially greeted by Dr. Michelle, whom was absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable. She had another doctor in the area visit our house within the hour to help us, Dr. Amy; She too was amazing, just so thoughtful, professional and patient. We loved our dog so much, and seeing her leave this earth with such compassion and humanity....my family and I will never forget it. Thank you from the bottom of our grieving hearts.

Dr. Michelle was so caring on the phone and Dr. Elizabeth and her assistant were wonderful in home, and made the process as easy as losing your fur baby could be. They were caring, compassionate and let us take all the time we needed. I highly recommend Choice Vets if the time has come to have to put down your dog.
