Happy Paws is a great place. I’m costumer for 3 years. The owner and the workers are friendly, polite, and professional. My little dogs Bambino and Sasha are always beautiful and happy when I take them to groomer.

Great customer service fair pricing and they do an awesome job with my 2 dogs thanks happy paws crew ????

They killed my friends dogs with no remorse

If I could give you negative stars, I would. How does a dog die in your care!?!? Please don't ever bring your dogs here. Many people have complained about horid things this place has done to their animals.

One star until this place owns up to their lies.

I took my husky to Happy Paws once a few months ago and I will never again take her there. I don’t know what they did to her but as soon as we got home she hid under my bed, she did not want to come out she was so scared, and she did not want to eat anything for the whole day. My dog is the type of dog to always want food and to always come running in the kitchen to smell whatever we’re cooking, but on this day not even the smell of food could get her to come out from under my bed. I have taken her to other groomers before and she has not acted like that she always comes out happy and wagging her tail. People who don’t love animals should not be working with them. Animals don’t have a voice, it’s our job as humans to look out for them and to protect them. The people at Happy Paws should not be working with animals.

Could hear some of the employees making fun of my dogs appearance as soon as I walked in. Was a bit caught off guard by that seeing as their job is to take care of animals. They were very rough when handling my dog and didn’t seem to care for her comfort at all! Do not come here unless you want the worse service possible

IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR ANIMAL DO NOT BRING THEM HERE! I would give less that one star if I could. My family pet of 4 years died while at this groomers. Completely healthy before going to get groomed. The employees lied about what happened, and didn't even offer an apology. Again, if you care for your pet DO NOT BRING THEM HERE!

I called and booked an appointment for 10am. When I went to drop off I asked if they could please call me before my dog was done so she wouldn't have to wait in a crate. They said she but she will still wait in a crate at the beginning of her appointment because they aren't ready for her. I asked if I could wait until they were ready. My dog has severe care anxiety and will not at the cage and cry the entire time she is in there. They said no I can't just wait because then if someone else walks in they will be taken in before me. Regardless of my appointment and me being there first. Just because my dog is not in a crate waiting in the back. No accommodations made and no care or empathy for my dog. Walked out. Will never be back here.

You get what you pay for, I tried finding a less expensive dog groomer, and after getting my maltese and maltipoo back, they're faces were still dirty and not cut or trimmed at all, my maltipoo looked the same. My maltese hair was all uneven, this is my fault for trying to find better pricing groomer. On the way home, hair was flying everywhere in the car, very dissatisfied with this service. First and last time I go.

Happy we found this place in our neighborhood. Our little Gigi loves this place.

Very friendly and kind staff. They always have room for your dog even if they're busy. They have a solution for you. My mom's dog comes out looking fantastic every time I take him. Love this place and will continue to return every time. The small detail of them putting a bandana on the dogs every time you take them in is awesome. They have fair pricing and great service.

This place is by far the best place much better than Petco they're the only place I will bring my dog

Brought in my puppy (although she's 20 years old) to have her nails clipped, no reservation, just walked in, they took her in with a smile, and did a great job. And it was cheaper than all the other places here in the Granada Hills area. Enjoyed their friendly, courteous, and professional service! I'm a customer for life!

The staff was very friendly on the phone and in person. Our dog looked so pretty when we picked her up. She seemed a little nervous and ready to leave, probably most dogs reaction after a grooming. Our dog nipped the front desk person, we felt bad. ???? We will take our other pet for grooming.

Love taking my babies here i have a pitbull and boxer and they do an amazing job with both.

Took our little 10 lb Maltese yesterday for the first time, and they did a wonderful job. They finished her on time as promised and they are very reasonably priced.

I took my dog to get hair cut (everything was normal). When I picked him up, his right eye was closed. When I asked them why his eye is closed the employee was giving me excuses that it might of been perfume or something else. When I went home it only got worse. His eye is swollen, red and full of eye boogers. I am very unhappy what they did to my dog and its Saturday night I can't even take him to vet. Also his hair cut is very bad which it's the least I'm worried about it this time. I don't recommend this place to anyone if you care about your pet.

They are by far the best price I’ve found for dog grooming services. They do a decent job, the issue is there isn’t consistency with their work. When I first started going to them, they were on top of it. My dogs looked great! The last couple visits the work has been just ok. I mean my dogs were washed and looked and smelled clean. The cut looked amateurish though. I had to touch them up once we got home, having noticed some lines weren’t straight and some straggling stray fluffs of hair that weren’t cut. The eyes were clearly cleaned but still slightly stained. Like I said, over all, acceptable work, just not great. They are literally down the street from me, which is convenient, and are very accommodating with availability of appointments. If your in a last minute pinch and have to get your dogs groomed now. They’re great. If you want your dogs to come out perfect, I’d consider trying another place. Hopefully they step up on their quality. I’ve always had a pleasant experience with the staff and really would like to make them my regular go to place.

My Second time taking my furball here and the young lady at the front desk is always so kind and welcoming. Dropped her off for a quick wash and nail trim and I was in and out in no time, she came out clean and most importantly happy, not scared or nervous. Definitely will be back again. Just a tip call before hand and make an appointment as they can get busy

Great place to bring your pups here. They do a great job on the grooming.
