I SAW ONE OF THE WORKERS GRAB A DOG REALLY HARD AND THEY CRIED. I SAW AND HERD THIS FROM OUTSIDE THE SHOP. HOW SAD I HAD MY DOG WITH ME AND COULDN’T IMAGINE THAT BE HER :( ZERO STARS GUYS

After picking my dog up today, I noticed that she had several cuts all over her body and her haircut is extremely uneven. They even forgot to cut a large portion of her chest area which is extremely obvious. We have taken our dog here a total of three times and each time she came back, she had uneven patches of hair all over her body. I don’t even mind that part as much as the fact that they cut her skin. Totally unprofessional. Never bringing her back here again

This is Riley after a nice bath at Genesis dog Grooming...they do wonderful job with our pet.

The groomer was really great with my 11 year old mini daschund. She didn't make a peep at him and she HATES getting her nails clipped.

I support local businesses and the guys at Genesis deserve my support. They do a great job and are very caring towards the animals. My Riley loves them!
