Im new to this area and was looking for a new vet for my dog. As soon as I said “hi” over the phone, the lady answering said “is your dog registered with us already?” I said “not yet” and she said “well then I’m too busy for your call. We’re not taking new clients anyway, bye,” and hung up.

This prt clinic is the best in town! I am so glad we tried them out, I have gone to almost every pet clinic in the near by areas and found that this clinic is now the only clinic I will bring my furry family to for care. Dr Sae Young Rhee is very knowledgeable and listens. My furry family are in good hands. The entire staff is excellent!

I have been taking my uncontrollable Jack Russell terrier to Eagle Glen Vet. They always know how to handle my little guy, and he always receives the best care. They accommodate me with last minute appointments or advice, the customer service is always Great! I highly recommend Eagle Glen Vet.

Garbage! A doctor who only reveals money.

Great caring doctor. I can tell he genuinely cares about animals and makes me feel confident bringing my dog here knowing that he is genuinely cared for and not just looked at as a "customer". The great character of the doctor also shows in who he brings in as the staff. I have interacted with the technicians in the back as well as the staff members at the front desk numerous times and they are all great people.

My little French Bulldog needed bladder stones removed recently. I was a mess and so worried, yet the doctor and his staff were amazing and helpful and eased my worries. I’ve had nothing but great experiences here and will continue to being all my pets. Thank you so much Eagle Glen for treating my little girl like she was family!!

An excellent doctor & caring staff

Their new Dr. Is amazing. She was so nice to our boy Maco. We will come to her if there are anymore problems with the rest of our paw family. We live in Meniffe Ca.

My dog was quickly diagnosed with Glaucoma and I was told the only option would be to take her eye out. Was given a quote of $2000 for surgery and given the impression this was her fate. He prescribed me medication with no warning as to the side effects. One of them - acetazolomide- causes rapid breathing and heart rate that I had to take her into the ER to be sedated in order to get it under control. $700 later. I went to a specialist for the eye and she said I didn’t need to have it removed at all and that it was manageable. So, no. I do not like it here and could not recommend it any less. Please don’t bring your dog here. They are under-informed and hungry for money

When it comes to the vet, my cat is very nervous and combative, biting, hissing and wetting himself so its always a very stressful event for us both. I found two small lumps in his belly and with him being an older cat I was very worried that they could be cancerous. I was able to get an appointment within two days and I explained to the receptionist that I'm a student and I don't have a lot of extra spending money so I needed the cost to be communicated clearly and up front so I didn't get stuck with anything I couldn't handle. I found the pricing to be manageable but what really stood out was the vet's soft spoken soothing "bedside manner". He was very good with my bad cat and put me at ease as well. He was able to do a FNA and give me results within 10 minutes. Benign. I am very grateful and appreciative of the fair pricing and kind treatment I received here. I had a good experience and I highly recommend this clinic.

4 ???? Stars because so far I like it here. Not Soo far as loving it but It'll get there, depending on my experience of course. I just come here for the vaccines and that is it. Thanks Jesus ????. If I ever have an emergency I will take it somewhere else, that's just me. But so far this guys have been welcoming and answer my questions which is always a good thing. Had a little hicup today 9/18/19 with my appointment that never got into the system even though she told me it was done ????, but luckily it wasn't busy and had my visit done. So far so good and if anything happens I will update my review.

Eagle Glen Vet has been my vet for over 10 year. The doctor and staff are ROCKIN! Im a crazy mommy and their understanding and patience with all my questions is very much appreciated! Thank you for all you services and love for our fur babies!

Dr. Rhee, Lisa, Ruben, Michelle and Michelle (there are two!) are an amazing tea of people who will take great care of your pet. We are so lucky to have this place as the vet clinic for all four of our pets. The front desk staff is very friendly and accommodating and Dr. Rhee is very knowledgeable, gentle and sweet with his patients. Highly recommend!

Two separate times they were able to get me in at my convienece. Very attentive and great with paperwork!

Have a Boston Terrier that had trouble breathing and couldn't see me until 12. Didn't like how I was greeted at the door and that there was no immediate help for my pet. Wont be coming here.

Dr Rhee and his staff are the best I've experienced in my 46 years of managing the veterinary treatment of my animals. The Dr. instills trust in even the most terror-stricken of his small patients, regardless of species; and he and his staff secured for my beloved chocolate Cocker Tennyson the longest ever survival of AHA, more than seven years. My 13-year-old shorthair Alma-Tadema continues to thrive after four years with pancreatitis. In my eighteen years experience with the Eagle Glen clinic, the practice has grown, building a new facility, adding new technologies and advancing the expertise and skills of its staff, only one of whom has departed during my association. Having relocated two years after beginning services from Eagle Glen, I and the many I've referred don't hesitate to travel 18 miles or more for their services, which I've continued to do regularly over the last sixteen years. Some I've referred go so far as to speak of Dr. Rhee as The Whisperer for his uncanny ability to calm and to diagnose difficult and mysterious presentations. Finally, Eagle Glen's excellent services are accompanied by lower than standard rates. I wish the humans in my family received medical services as consistently fine.

I always go into Eagle Glen veterinarian and always think the worst but I always get the best of services and your results that are practical and good for my pet so I think the team at the eagle Glen veterinarian is the best and better than all the rest.

Brought my extremely sick cat in. Dr. Rhee didn’t listen to anything I said, didn’t help at all, and charged an outrageous amount. Do not bring your pets to him.

It feels good to be there when the vet interacts with all three of my dogs. They seem to have a respect for the other.
