Dog Resort - North Hollywood Los Angeles, California

From out of state, needed to leave my pup so the family could visit Universal. It went very well, he seemed well cared for and happy when I picked him up. The drop off and pick up times worked out well. They were good about ensuring proper vaccination history.

I have taken my 5 year old Doberman since he was a puppy and my recently got another Doberman puppy that is 9 months. I have taking our newest edition to the family there as well while I go to school during the afternoon. There’s never been a complain and have done overnights in the past. The fact that people just seen a 3 min video on tik tok demanding people to direct false and misleading reviews whom mostly likely don’t even live near this business is overwhelming shameful.. to say the least. But anyways they do love and care for the fur babies here literally.

This palace helped me save my puppy’s Life. when I had to leave town I took it to the dog resort they noticed that my puppy is not normal they recommended me to take it to a vet. They also called the vet notified that Puppy is on the way And he needs to be taken care of as soon as possible, so when I went to the vet there was lots of people waiting, but when I told them Dog resort recommended me they already knew they took me before everybody and save my puppy’s life. She had swallowed a marble ball that my kids where playing with. I thank you ???? from bottom of my heart, and this place will always be my puppys 2nd home.

My dog boarded for 4 days I requested a bath, hair cut nail grinding etc. When I picked up my dog they had not rendered the service and refused to refund the money paid in advanced. They never mentioned she had not been groomed. Also they have a big sign recommending you purchase a bath before you leave. Given this behavior of the staff and the constant barking of the dogs and refusal to allow pet parents to view the dog quarters i wonder how they treated my dog while she was there. They gave absolutely no report of her stay. I'll never bring her back to the pet resort again.

This place is disgusting and constantly mistreating the animals that people bring in. They should be closed and handed a lawsuit for misconduct and abusing animals.

This place is amazing. Absolutely tragic how people are making things up about this place just for the tik tok clout. Don't believe the rumors, I bring my dog here all the time and he always leaves feeling happy and a little dirty from all the playtime . If you want your dog to have a good time while you're away, this is definitely the place to go!

Very pleased with this place my dog has social anxiety and feels very safe with the staff there was very surprised. Definitely would recommend.

DOES NOT TAKE CARE OF THE PETS WHATSOEVER

They do not feed the animals properly if your animal has special instructions. They pull the animals with a leash that strangles them if the animal doesn’t want to go to the back. Not a good place and would not trust them watching my puppy

Cesar was my dog’s groomer and he was amazing! My dog typically has some aggression towards grooming and he was able to keep her calm and help her! The professionalism and promptness with the Resort”s services were phenomenal and the staff is incredible! Highly recommend!

The fact that a business would block someone on social media for explaining how they choke and drag animals was my initial reason for coming to this page. After seeing complaints of dogs leaving grooming sessions wet, contracting diseases multiple times and often not having been given food or water it is baffling to me that the business is still allowed to care for fur babies. Furthermore the complaints date back long before this woman posted her experience online which means it is not due to her video. Additionally you can see the businesses responses to it’s wrong doings are not to improve but to instead blame owner for issues they should be addressing and fixing internally. In short this business is dangerous to animals and it’s response to their mistreatment of animals and no clear desire to improve is what my bad review will be based on.

The way this resort responds to reviews is beyond unprofessional. A response is a way to rectify an issue with a customer and hopefully gain back their service or show others that the problem has been rectified. Instead, you make enemies by justifying your position, invalidating and demeaning their opinion. Definitely not a way to keep business, I’ll be surprised if you are still open within a year.

This shouldn't be a place you take your animals to, The Groomer is very rude and they lack Customer Service.

My Dog loves it here i’ve tried so many doggy daycares and this is by far the best staff is also super friendly and great with my baby .

After I picked my dog up, my dog was not acting the same, he is a really energetic and happy dog this time he was more quiet, more reserved, I made a vet appointment just in case. It was heartbreaking because I can see sadnesses in his eyes, Never taking my dog here ever again.

Everything about this place is horrible ! They mistreat your babies they won’t fed them or give them water! If your fur baby needs medication or vitamins they will not give it to them they will mistreat and let other dogs and people hurt your fur baby. Plus if your fur baby refuses to go to the back they will yank the collar even though they don’t have a collar they will put one on.this could lead to so many negative outcomes you can even Break the trachea when a grown man it’s manhandling our babies . Very unprofessional please don’t bring them here.

Love Dog Resort they treat my Golden Retriever like a King. When I have to go out of town for work, Dog resort is such a life saver. My dog loves the place and gets the zoomies once he realizes where were going. Would definitely recommend!

U don’t treat animals the way u did I will never ever go here

A little spendy but worth every penny! Being able to check in on our dogs and get updates on the Dog Resort Instagram is such a comfort when we need to leave the state! Our dogs usually don't play well with others but thrive here and their relaxing environment!

Just brought my dog here lots of Tik Tok hate coming threw here disregard those reviews, those reviews are going off woman that doesn’t know about daycare and has never worked at one. This place and the steps they need to take to handle a dog is perfectly fine.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! HEYDY was the best caregiver. She made me a my fur baby Gata so comterable. I never left my baby behind so i was nervers. Heydy made sure my fur baby Gata was well taken and also sent me pix of her while i was on my trip. I ask her take pix and she did just to ease my mind. Thank u soo much. I feel good knowing i can leave Gata at this place. Gata enjoy it too. Thanks Heydy,thank Dog Resort. I will b bring gata back and recommending this place.
