My puppy went in happy and playful. But when I got him back he just seem sad and really didn't want to look at me. It could've just been that my puppy didn't want to be groomed.

I believe that they employ worst dog groomer in The Valley the groomer seem to be on some sort of narcotic had my dog for much longer than he said he was going to have her when I came in all the animals were shivering in their cages that place was loud as well he didn't do half the stuff that he said he was going to do my dog developed a sore around her genital area I don't want a refund I just never want to work with them again BEWARE

Busy but didn't take walk ins. At least not so close to Christmas. Not sure of the rest of the time.

They made my dog smell great and he seemed happy when I brought him back so they must treat him well. The wait time wasn't bad and I got a nail clip and bath for 30 bucks. They didn't over cut like places I've been before. Oh and they put a bandana on him, my girlfriend loved it!

Horrible service! Last time I took my dog, she came back with a chunk of skin missing on one of her paws. She is terrified of going here and now I know why. Called, the owner, he said next cut is free. I'm never taking my dog there again. It's sad though as the owner himself is amazing with dogs, his staff on the other hand are very rude and brusque. He must be more careful when hiring staff.

DO NOT COME TO THIS GROOMER!!!! ANIMAL ABUSER WORKS HERE! I brought my dog to get her nails cut and as I was waiting, I see a younger guy, chubby, trimming a calm Poodle's fur. While he was trimming he was constantly CHOKING the poor dog and he/she was crying non stop. I waited until they finished cutting my dogs nails, and I watched him keep choking and handling the dog for no reason. The dog wasn't even moving, she was just scared and crying and staring at me in the eyes. So I told the other older guy that was cutting my dogs nails, that the other employee doesn't need to choke them when he's trimming their fur. I would rate 0 stars if I could and I will not be coming back. I also brought my other dog once for a shower and he came back with a popped eye blood vessel. NOW I know who it probably was.

I don't want to give no stars but I have to to do this review. This has been the WORST experience ever for my dog that I've had for 10 years. Took them to get groomed on a Sunday. This was my 1st time . It to over 4 1/2 to get done. But they closed at 4pm I didn't pick them up till almost 7pm. Which was weird. Pick them up , got home. And saw this big red spot on his chest. It was AWFUL. A whole layer of his skin was gone. I tried calling but the mailbox was full and they were closed on Mondays. Finally talked to the owner who gave me the run around and said he would pay . So I took my dog to the vet, called the owner and told him the price. He said to go to the salon and pick up the money from his brother. So I go, and give the estimate to Gabby, then the owner calls me and say to go bake to the vet and he'll pay over the ph. Lies.. you couldn't make payments over the ph!! And why send me way back cross town. At this point I'm totally pissed!! It was my deceased Husbands birthday. Me and my sons always celebrate by going to the cemetery and dinner. Well at this point it's almost 4 pm and the cemetary closes at 5pm! Now the owner texts me saying he can meet me at the vet!!! Nothing but the run around and lies!! My intire day was ruined. Never made it to visit my husband or dinner!! And my dog is in pain!! #chargeswillbefiled!!

Horrible service and got over charge. My dog was acting up after his haircut. The people who work there are rude
