Very friendly staff! We were visiting universal studios and this place is quite close to universal. My puppy was safe with them and the price is very reasonable. Loved it and will recommend!!

To say I was nervous to have my dog stay with any pet hotel was an understatement. All of their staff including the owner were so accommodating, and caring, they really put my mind at ease while I was away on vacation. They took extensive notes, listened to my overbearing concerns, and did everything possible to make my dog's stay happy, comfortable and healthy. I highly recommend D Pet Hotels and will use them again.

This was a first time experience seeking overnight accommodation for my son's dog Angel. After much research, I found D Pet Hotel. I called and spoke with Josh. I could tell he was busy, but he took the time to answer all questions. He was professionals, and polite which is what sold me. I just dropped Angel off. I met Kenny. He provided all necessary details about what to expect. And btw, he was extremely professional as well. So far, I am pleased with the decision. The only thing I wish they had was the webcam, so I'm gonna put that on my prayer list. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience. Thank you! #TEAMSMILEY

Before I found D Pet Hotel, I tried taking my dog to his old daycare; he planted his feet and would not go in. Every time we go to D Pet, he easily goes in AND will walk away from me happily!! That is all I need to know. The staff clearly loves dogs. They do a great job monitoring them and give them space when it is needed. It’s really comforting to know that I have a place to take my little dude where I know he is taken care of.

The staff members set this place apart, they’re friendly, professional and our dog loves them. Clean and reliable facility!

I have been boarding my two Standard Poodles for over three years at D Pet and have always had a good experience. When I turn onto Highland, the poods know where they are going and the level of their excitement is through the roof, almost. They can’t wait to get inside. The staff and management are top rate. Enough said.

The D is truly a second home for my dog. They love her every bit as much as I do, and I have complete confidence they will take perfect care of her when I need to board her. And their grooming service is outstanding too.

Dropping your dog off at D Pet Hotels is like going to a nice restaurant or hotel where they know you (in this, our dog Magda) and they welcome her by saying her name as soon as we walk in. That kind of greeting always makes you feel special, and you know you're in for a treat! Magda always comes home smelling fresh, her grooming is perfect and her daddies know she has had a fun spa day and a slumber party with her canine friends.

My pup loved this place! Clean, professional, flexible, and dog enthusiasts. They had several people on the floor at once monitoring the dogs at play so I felt very comfortable with leaving my dog to their care. I plan to come back next time I’m in the Hollywood area. :)

Always satisfied when my doggos are there. They love staying, playing, and getting their baths there and I never have to worry because I know they’re being well taken care of and loved!

Have been going to D pet hotels since 2012 ish maybe even a little before. They’ve taken care of two of my babies. We love Kenny and the rest of the staff. Always friendly, always attentive and you know the minute you walk in the door they love dogs.

Angel the groomer is always attentive and professional. Love all the staff.

I *LOVE* this place. I've been taking my dog there at least once/week for 6 years and it's the only place I will board him. He always comes home a happy dog. Everyone there has always been attentive to both my dog and me. I can truly say they love my dog.

Love this place and wouldn’t leave my pup anywhere else. Always accommodating (even last minute), great facilities and my puppy’s always excited to go there and sometimes reluctant to leave! The staff seem rly well trained, they know my pup and his personality and exactly how to care for him. It gives me confidence that they track/check on his vaccines and send me health updates/reminders, bc I know all the dogs there must be in good health & therefore mine is safe. I also use their grooming services as they do a really great job - he always comes out smelling fab!

I cannot recommend them highly enough; it's that simple. wonderful staff and wonderful care.

Josh at front desk is incredible. You can see he loves animals and rest of staff is always on top of the animals making sure they are all safe!!! Highly recommended!!!

I absolutely love the staff here! They not only know my dog’s name but they know all of his little weird rescue dog hangups and are always so happy to see him! More importantly, though, my dog, Charlie, loves going there! Their boarding arrangements are top notch and they take very good care of the pups when they stay overnight. I cannot recommend D Pets Hotel Hollywood more! Just a fantastic place for dogs!

I have been trusting my pups with D Pet Hollywood since it opened. My Jackson is a rescue and definitely has some trust issues - but the D Pet team (especially Kenny) is amazing with him. Jackson gets so excited when we pull up and walk through the door. I usually drop him off for play and a bath or grooming a few times a month. His playtimes seem to make him a happier and calmer dog when he is at home.

Finn LOVES this place. He crashes into the front door from the street, leaps into the workers arms (they’re all so friendly and always greet him by name and cheer for him) and when I go to pick him up he falls fast asleep in the car on the way home. For this corgi puppy mom I cannot express more gratitude for their care and my baby’s exhaustion!!!

We love dropping our dog here. The staff are always friendly and so excited to see him. They offer cuts and washes, which is convenient for us. One star off because they now close at 5pm during the week which means I have to try and get out of work early to pick him up. I’m sure that most people who are dropping their dogs for daycare aren’t finishing work before 5pm or they’d probably not need to drop them here. Hopefully they change the hours back soon, even to 6pm so we can bring the dog in more.

The new ownership are doing an amazing job and bringing the quality of their Encino location out this way. I work in Culver City and it is great to also have this location as an option as well. I would only trust these guys with my dog.

I have been bringing my babies to this location since they opened like 10 years ago...and they really are the best. The entire staff has become my second family, for the simple fact that they love my babies just as much as I do. And boy, do my babies require a lot of work! When I first started going to them, I had 2 tiny pups...they really were nuts and were more of a handful than big dogs. But my dogs, who hate everyone, really fell in love with the staff. The staff and especially Alissa, took the time to get to know my little monsters, and that really meant a lot. My old ladies ended up loving going to the hotel, and even as they started getting older, you could see how the staff changed the way they treated them and gave them more attention. With my 2 old ladies, I only boarded them, and the fact they were staying in the Sensational Suite, a bedroom with a twin sized bed...that meant the world to me. I knew they didn't care about being around other dogs, they just cared about laying in bed with each other. I also loved the fact that while I was traveling, they were in an environment that was just like home. Now, I have a puppy monster. Sheila is a handful of energy, completely different from my 2 old ladies. I need to burn off all her energy, and daycare has been my savior. The staff at D Pet could not be more helpful in wrangling all her crazy energy, and assisting her in how to become a social lady. She is soooo excited to go to "school" every morning, and when I get home from work, she just happily sleeps on the couch from all the play she had during the day with her friends. I Love D Pet!

I will never leave my dog anywhere else except D Pet Hotels! We tried D Pet Hotels a few years ago and had a great experience. So when I had to travel to Cali again, I decided to contact D Pet again in hopes for another positive experience. Well I was not disappointed! The staff is wonderful and Alissa put me at ease about leaving my elderly dog, Nina while I was away. Each "suite" is bright and clean with their own tv so your if your dog is used to tv at home, they can still catch their favorite shows while boarding! :) There were several levels of boarding and my dog stayed in a "sensational suite" with lots of room to move around, a mini sized twin bed and a tv! Alissa checked me in and couldn't have been sweeter or more reassuring. Because Nina is very old, I had to ask for specific care and her needs were met completely. I did not get any extra fees for anything and I was even sent 3 pictures of Nina on her bed being loved by one of the handlers! Honestly, I was so shocked at how happy my dog looked that I had tears as I looked at the pictures. I called several times while I was away and I was always greeted with...everyone loves Nina..she is so sweet and is getting lots of love from the staff. When we picked her up, she came bounding out, was happy and looked like she had a great time! Most of the times after being kenneled in our home state, she would appear groggy and would literally come home and sleep for a day. When she came home after D Pet Hotels, she was happy, energetic and excited. Something I noticed is that she smelled clean and so did her bedding. Often after being kenneled in the past, she and her bed smelled like an old basement and needed cleaning ASAP but not this time! I have written quite a lot but the bottom line is if you want a place where your dog will be clean, safe and loved while you are away, please choose D Pet Hotels. The next time I need to leave my dog, there will be no anxiety involved on my part. I know my dog will be loved and well taken care of. I also like their hours and that there is someone in the facility 24/7 in case of any kind of emergency. I paid a little more than I am used to, but honestly it was totally worth it! Please don't take your dog anywhere other than D Pet Hotels!

Have been bringing our dogs here since 2009, sadly one has since passed away. Snickers is now almost 11, and still gets so excited every time she comes to visit. Its her home away from home. We used to bring them for daycare occasionally , but with her sisters passing we try and bring her as often as we can. We love you D Pet Hotels!

It was very irresponsible for Landon and Shyla to tell ALL their fans to leave this place a bad review. I get that their dogs got sick, but the people leaving a bad review haven’t even been to this place. So it’s not their TRUE experience. So don’t believe all these bad reviews; it’s just fans.
