Good smaller neighborhood pet store... Less choice and inventory them the big box version, but if you need something quickly, it is convenient.

They usually have what I need, I usually find things I don't need but the cats will want. It's also enough I can find my wife if we get separated. It's not as squeaky clean as other Petco, feels more random and disorganized but, like I said, they usually have what I want.

They don't have some of the products you want. I know it's a small store but they could carry a couple of the popular brands like nulo instead of some more obscure brands.

Basically what you would expect from a standard Petco. The offerings were nice, but the customer service was non existent. I went in shortly after they opened, no one else in the store, and I couldn’t get anyone to assist me. If you know exactly what you need, I’m sure this store is great.

Was looking for Revolution flea control but since it's only prescription I had to get it from Thrive on Pacific Coast Highway.

Awesome service I love this Petco they are helpful and attentive with all of our questions ranging from dog food to dog toys and dog health I appreciate their phenomenal staff !

The assistant that helped me and my dog choose a muzzle, that is necessary for a ferry trip, went above and beyond to select the correct size and helped me learn how to help my dog grt into the muzzle and secure it correctly.

Customer service was very good.

This location is close to me and has the litter I use but never has bulk Fancy Feast and they never have any cans of the turkey flavor.. the only thing my cat eats so I have to make a trip to another store to get that. I would super appreciate it if the store was able to obtain bulk Fancy Feast. It's always available at PetSmart but I have to go out of my way. The staff is always awesome and friendly!

Favorite store don't go too often but when I do I can find everything easily because the people at the store are awesome they help when I need it. There are nice people working at the store but I should go more often it's close by to my house no need to go to Signal Hill but I do I love to drive there. It's a real good place to find what you're looking for. First see some reason that I do not find what I'm looking for I do go to Signal Hill and see if they have what I need for my pups. Almost forgot lions or short at this location a Signal Hill that it's usually somewhat of a long line but I usually get there to pay pretty quickly also at these two locations I'm glad they allow pets to walk with you while you shop also at Signal Hill sometimes I take my dog for grooming this location doesn't have it but that's okay. Love both locations staff that works at PetSmart always in a good mood like if they love what they do for work.

If you enjoy standing around waiting for someone to help you this is your kind of place. I went in here while there are 5 employees just standing around BSing and walked over to the cat food not knowing exactly what I needed. The entire time I was wandering aimlessly around the store for 10 minutes OBVIOUSLY LOST on what to get and not one single employee came and asked what I needed.
