Took real good care on my fur babies coat

I ended up not taking my dogs there bcuz the lady was rude on the phone, so there is no way in hell i was going to let a rude person take care of my doggies(kids).

I called first and asked if they were able to do a teddy bear cut. I picked up my 4 month old morkie SHAVED. His coat was uneven in several spaces such as back, legs, and chest. Not only did they do something completely opposite from what was asked but they shaved him down from a fur ball to 1 inch of hair. My husband was extremely dissatisfied and we expressed it to the manager Connie. She offered a refund over the phone, when my husband went to speak to Connie in person she stated to take the refund and that we could not come back.

Since I have had my little dog, zoom, I’ve never taken him anywhere else. He is treated very well and he always smells good and feels so soft when I get him back.

Connie and her people are amazing. She always figures out exactly what I want even though I can never really describe it. She remembers us and knows to always give my dog the special medicated shampoo when we come in just for baths.

Really pleased! I had a friend do my dogs nails for super cheap. My dogs can be difficult. One has black nails AND needs to be muzzled. ( she's a brat). Unfortunately my friend got ill so I had to find an alternative to my pricey veterinarian. My neighbor recommended this place so I gave it a chance. Great price for a nail trim. The place is super cute! The ladies were really attentive and patient. One lady assisting was massaging my dogs to calm them. I will definitely go back and surely recommend! Thank you Spoiled Paws for taking on my 3 cuckoo heads!

I came here about a month ago and now decided to post a review on this location. I have a 7 month old gorgeous AKC Shih Tzu that needed grooming. The reason I came to this place is because it was very close to my house and they are open on Sunday's. I showed a picture to a woman who was at the front desk on how I wanted the cut. Face with a minor trim, low cut on the body and leave the tail alone. She said okay! I said thank you and started walking out...For some reason I had a doubt on my mind thinking that she didn't hear me say "leave the tail alone" so I came back and she wasn't there I said to one of the ladies that was grooming in the back to make sure to tell her to leave the tail alone. She said okay. About 2 hours pass by and I receive a phone call stating that my dog is ready for pick up. When I get there and see what they've done to my dog I was in a huge disappointment. They completely trimmed down face... Shih Tzu's are known to have a beard like style and it was completely gone! I showed her a picture and she couldn't even stick to a simple task. If you can't do what a customer desires then you should let us know that you can't do it. Not only that.... The whiskers were cut off and one of his eye lashes were cut off leaving just one side in tact. I guess the only part she got right was to leave the tail alone. I remember she said she couldn't get the face since he was moving a lot. First of all In the past I took him to a location in Torrance called "LUCKY PAWS" the lady there did a wonderful job. I was amazed with the job they did and I gave them a tip knowing that they did an astonishing job. Now back to the dissapointment on this groomer "SPOILED PAWS" if they were able to do it why couldn't you do it? Maybe because you were lazy to even put effort? It was too difficult for you to work on the dog? Then why even try in the first place? I didn't give her no tip due to an unprofessional job. I didn't want to argue with them either since it would of been a waste of time and it would of went no where. Best solution is to never come back to this location. Gave them a try and FAILED miserably.

Fantastic Groomers, reasonable pricing, compassionate to animals "our kids". I highly recommend them.
