Went in to find food that works for my cat. Made mistake of telling person what I feed them now. Got a weird condescending lecture about how awful I was to feed that to my cat. Walked out. Most premium food with jacked up prices.

Facts only: 1) Was quoted on the phone $65 - billed $95. Explanation given: That's what the other guy wrote down. 2) Timeline given - 1 to 1.5 hours - ended up waiting for 6.5 hours (that's SIX AND A HALF (!!)hours). Explanation given: we were running slightly behind. (15 minutes is slightly behind, NOT 6 hours) 3) Asked to cut my dog evenly all around, specifically asked NOT to make him look like a poodle. Received: big head with fluffy ears, fluffy tail and ugly trim around his eyes. Explanation given: we never received these instructions.

I brought my two Persians in as the previous owner did not groom them and they were terribly matted. Both cats were beautifully groomed and all matted fur was removed. The owner was very friendly and professional and the prices are extremely reasonable. I live about an hour away but will definitely be coming back on a regular basis. Very talented!

Went there a number of times...ok haircut for the price....my dog contracted Kennel Cough there...not cleaning cages most likely....I know this because I have not taken my dog any other place and I do not go to dog parks....

I had been wanting to switch up my place for grooming for a while so I decided to give this place a try. I wasn't picky, I asked for a simple trim around his ears, just a clean up. When I got back they had cut his entire body and his ear hair is non existent. His nails are bloody, he no longer has a cav cut and he looks about 10 pounds heavier because of the way they cut his body hair, which again, I very specially did NOT want cut. Such a disappointment.

I was able to score a next day appointment for my labradoodle to get groomed. They were accurate with the time frame and the price was very reasonable. She looks great! And they even gave her cute ear bows. Thank you, Pet Partners!

Love taking my dog Nibbler to there groomer they do a awesome job on my dog hair cut and affordable too. Also love the employee's and my favorite guy that runs the place always puts a smile on my face. Lol. Best place to go in long beach for dog and all animals thank you!!

Felt like I was interrupting and unwelcome. Thought I was stupid and questioned everything I said. Very small, and poor quality. Not familiar with proper small animal care. Charging far too much for bedding. Won’t be coming back.

I took my 6 month year old kitten, to which he was returned to me with blood paws and over clipped nails on his front 2 paws. When asked why I the owner was never informed, I was told becasue they had put powder on it. All nails on the front 2 paws were overclipped.

I've been knowing Albert for 10+ years , and doing pet business with him . When I say he's one of the most caring person , for animals and their needs , that's from genuine experience. For example : I had just moved to SoCal , dogleash had broke . I looked in the directory and found the closest pet store to me , called kinda late in the evening and they were closing . I talked with Albert , told him what I needed , he said If you come now , I'll wait for you . That's Service , genuine Service ! Been coming every since . Albert is the best ! Albert looks like Alan Watts, he is a very helpful and organized person. He knows his store and can point you in the direction of your needs. His advice about pet products is on par with the wisdom of Alan watts. A wise man indeed. I will be stopping by very soon.

Well if you go fir a grooming be sure the owner is the one doing the grooming otherwise you want be happy. The guy who owns the place is super great. A bit overworked maybe but always 100% A+ guy. He's great with all his info, kind hearted, totally available for all your pet needs even ones usually not offered outside a veterinarian office. He carries the best pet foods out there , all the over the counter Rx that's worth buying. He has the best leather collars for your animals . Buy one AMD you'll never buy anywhere else again. They are that good. Stiff at 1st but they are soft in no time . You cannot leave this place disappointed. He makes sure of it. And he's funny. I give his business and him an A+++. Dont go anywhere else.

So I took my dog here yesterday and after I picked her up I realized she was shaking all over and she was whining started checking her and realized when they cut her nails they clipped one of her fingers and she was bleeding not only that she was very thirsty as if she was neglected I am no longer taking my dog here !!!

Your pets best interest at heart. Great prices but even better product knowledge. The man is a wealth of knowledge and will only recommend what is best for your pet. Locally owned and operated, do yourself a favor, drop by the next time your pet needs, food, treats or equipment. Will be worth your time.

I still can’t believe this business is still operating. They gave my dog to another person and they only reason we found them was Facebook. Stop wasting your money on this establishment!
