i’ve been coming here for almost 5 years now. i don’t even live in long beach anymore but i still make the trek because nobody else makes my pup look as good as they do! prices are also reasonable!

THE DOG GROOMER CUT MY DOG AND HURT HER SO BAD IT TOOK HER A WEEK TO GET OVER IT. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS SHOP. IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOG YOULL LOOK FOR ANOTHER DOG GROOMER THAT WONT MISTREAT YOUR PET.

I love taking my doggy to get groom here they always do a good job it's just this one last time someone else gave her a bath and they mistake her as boy dog and she is a girl dog not only that she didn't stay fresh as long as she usually do but other than that they do a good job

I have been taking my dogs to them for many years and they have always been kind and welcoming.......My dogs always come out so adorable.....This is the place to take your animal to get treated properly...

They did ok missed a few areas and my dog was crying a lot when I went to pick him up. They called and said he was ready but when I got there they didn't give me the right dog and was still working on my dog. But they have great price and when they finally got it right he looked and felt good. But they need to get better products.????????

I absolutely love them, I've been bringing my two babies here going on 3 years now. I've never had one single issue. They are so loving and patient. Not one cut or scratch on either one of them. They are hands down the best in my book.

This place does a great job on my feisty pom mix. No appointment needed. And they are usually done within two hours. Only 4 stars because street parking is not great.

Took my dog in this morning to get a full groom for my wedding this upcoming weekend. Told the guy I just wanted a trim, as he is a golden retriever with long hair. When I got him back, I can’t believe what I saw. His ears were completely jagged and uneven and his entire coat was cut short and also uneven. I could have done a better job. My dog was also TERRIFIED and freaking out when i saw him. Then I went back and showed them what they did and said I wanted my money back. They gave me $25 of my $70 back. You ruined my dogs ENTIRE coat and he looks awful and that’s what I get ? Never ever ever returning here and also hoping no one else has to go through this.

I love this place. I have a very large dog and a pit bull as well, so people aren’t always too excited about grooming them but the staff here were super friendly, helpful and knew what they were doing. Great prices as well. Highly recommend.

She charged me $15.00 for each 15 minutes I was late picking my dog up! Forget it.

I more than love this place. My dog Buddy has some health issues..also blind. I trust them, and they do excellent job..I do not worry, and my dog looks fantastic when he leaves.
