Aside from being a Master Groomer, I was most impressed with the personalized profile she keeps for each pet she grooms noting any sensitive grooming areas, grooming style along with combs used. She encourages that we drop off our pooch’s favorite treats and has her staff take them out on walks before they’re groomed to establish trust and familiarity. This place did a horrible job. They actually shaved the face of my schnauzer when asked to trim the beard slightly. It'll take months to grow back. ????
