Awesome staff. Also here is a trick.. get one level lower than the car wash you want. Cause the guy always offers you the next level for the same price.

I paid almost 100 bucks just to get the laziest job in town. They do not work professional. They do not detail they just wipe and smudge everything around. Left streaks all over my car with the wax. The best part was they forgot to give me my air freshener I payed for. Would never go back.

This place use to be way better back in the day when my dad would take me with him to get his cars washed. Now that I'm back in the area as an adult I've stopped by and found their services disappointing. I was trying to ask the woman who was vacuuming my car a question and was ignored, so I went in and asked the woman at the cash register. She was very kind and helpful. I paid the money, seems like a fair price, and waited for my car to be ready. The outside was cleaned well but the inside was not done very well at all. I ended up having to vacuum the car myself and finished the inside of my car at home. For the money I paid, I expected better quality. I've gone elsewhere and found better service and it's unfortunate because this place is very nostalgic for me.

Vacuumed my vehicle here only. Vacuums appear old and suction is poor. It was a dollar for four minutes. Not happy with the equipment quality for the price.

Excellent service and timely. I was in an out in no time. Oh and the owner is a wonderful person. I highly recommend to any friend or family in the area.

This place used to be the spot to go to for a car wash. But now it’s a disappointment… no effort at all and they expect a tip. Customer service getting worse as well. An employee knock on my window multiple times and I was trying to get my things before stepping out. It was so annoying. I get charged 22 dollars for a awful job unbelievable. Last time coming here that’s for sure.

Awesome place to self-wash your car with ample space, i like going there after 6pm. ^_^

Don't leave change in your car or it will vanish in these type of car wash places. It happened to me here on this exact place that's why I now wash my own car instead

A favorite place for self-service car wash. The stalls are clean, all the selections work, they give you plenty of time to wash for the price, plenty of power comes out the nozzle on all selections, and the chemicals used in washing your car are plenty, meaning, you get plenty to insure your wash is done right. There is also a stall to wash your pets and vacuums do get that dirt out which is ok. Overall, I give two thumbs up here.

I bought the 68 dollar auto package....waste of money! Dont fall for this scam. You get the same was as the the 30 dollar package...my matts that they cleaned were damaged and i will NEVER go back to Bixby Knolls car wash.....horrible place!

Getting a vacuum today cheap and easy just like my ex wife

This was my second time giving them a try and still highly disappointed . They didn't clean my windows from the inside ,they left debris underneath my windshield wipers and they didn't wipe down with armorall on the inside . When I ask the person cleaning my car after if they could wipe the smudges on my windshield they get bothered and annoyed. I will not be returning plus to add to this the "new car scent " they add smells like old rags .

Wow! I like this car wash! We got our car detailed here and it was done to and past our expectations! I’d give them 5 stars but one thing! They put the damp floor mats in the trunk and they began to smell. Tell the owners to lay them out if they’re not dry! It would help a lot. But again…Great Job!

My car ended up washed but lots of stuff still left on the car. Also, was very confused by the employees' directions throughout the whole process. Kept trying to sell me on the highest package they offer but I said no about 3 times.

I took my car and it wasn't clean .I now that I could've done better. My door cup holder it was horrible and I pay 65.00.. Not a good deal.

Car wash is decent. Prices are kinda high. The employees are nice. Car is cleaned pretty quick. Change is still in the ashtray when I get my car back. Could do a better job on the windows

Love going to this places, it's quick and fast depending in what you get and the amount of effort that goes into the cleaning my car is worth the experience and my business, I drive for rides share and I always come here because I know what kind of service I'm getting.
