Best vet I have ever taken my dogs to. Courteous and attentive staff, good doctors and good service. Would certainly recommend this place to anyone in the area.

I went here for the first time today and I was really impressed by how much time and effort they took with my dog. I have had other bad experiences with vet services in the area, and this place clearly cares about the animals and the human owners. Highly recommend!

I feel like Belmont Shore Veterinary hospital is the creme de la cremè of animal care. Everyone is very thorough and I have only had positive experiences with all of the doctors. The first time I brought my pug, the doctor and Dexter made out for five minutes. Albeit a new experience for me with dogs, you can tell how much they love what they do here, and know what they’re doing!

Always thorough , thoughtful , & competent ! ;) covid makes things a little more difficult but they do a great job of communicating & following thru ???? Our pup actually enjoys his visits there, which makes a world of difference in our family ????????????????????

We have been bringing our dogs here since we moved nearby. Always excellent vet care. They have a great front office team too.

This is a wonderful Medical Office to take your pets. They greeted us with warmth and loved on our dog. The Technicians and Doctor were gentle, soothing, thorough and professional. Our dog was very nervous with all the sounds & smells & the staff took extra care to calm him. We felt very special. We saw that this same level of personal care was given to other patients & their humans. We highly recommend Belmont Shore Veterinary Hospital.

Our pup had a huge, liquid lump on her ear that was clearly causing her a lot of pain and discomfort. She yelped when my partner touched it. She had never yelped before-it was horrible. We requested an appointment through Pet Page on 12/23 & picked the next available appointment with Dr. Frank in the New Year. Ten minutes later we got a call from the front desk offering us an appointment on 12/24 with a different vet out of concern for Maddie. We ended up seeing Dr. Pador who was absolutely brilliant, thorough and warm. We’re following his treatment plan with full confidence and would not hesitate to see him again. We cannot thank the team at Belmont Shore Veterinary Hospital enough for always treating our girl like their own and for giving us peace of mind when we’re panicked about her health. THANK YOU!

Riley had a checkup with Dr Garcia. Her and her staff were very friendly and informative during our visit. I didn’t feel forced to agree to any treatments I didn’t feel comfortable with and I really appreciate that. I drive from garden grove to this hospital because of the level of service I receive here. I recommend them to anyone with fur babies!

Great team great care, did not oversell.

I have been a client for over 20 years with 3 of my dogs. From my beloved Memphis and Belle and now Ginger. I will not go anywhere else. They are competitively priced for the area and knowing you get good quality, caring patient staff and doctors means everything to me. My Ginger is a highly anxious and nervous dog, by the time she leaves she is calm and so is Momma, knowing she's is best of hands is so reassuring. I love all the doctors and each one is so caring, gentle and reassuring. All the staff from the front office to the techs are incredible! Super nice and caring.They always call the following day to check up on your furbaby, they are responsive and follow through with your questions. I cannot speak highly enough of them!

This vet is the best! I have a dog with terrible allergies and they helped me find a solution for her. Every employee is so friendly. The pricing is reasonable.

We've been taking our dogs and cats--family members in their own right--here for many, many years, starting with Dr. E and continuing through to today's equally wonderful, competent and caring veterinary professionals. Over the years they've helped us welcome new pets and keep them happy and healthy, and when the time came when that was no longer possible, they compassionately helped us to say goodbye. I have never had the slightest problem in booking an appointment, having my questions answered or getting much-needed advice. Our pets are treated with great respect and genuine caring. Considering how packed the waiting room tends to be at times, I suspect that an awful lot of local animal lovers and their pets have had the very same experience. Expensive? Sometimes. Worth it? Every time. BSVH is a neighborhood treasure.

Calm, clean, friendly, and my dog was handled with gentleness and care. I will bring my other 2 dogs, and 2 cats there for any needed care as well. I am very confident my pets will be in very good hands.

When we decided to go with Belmont Shore Veterinary Hospital it was a shot in the dark. We had just got a puppy and needed to find a place quick. Let me say, we got extremely lucky that they were the first place with an open appointment. Since day one we have received the best care for our pup. Every Doctor and technician treats Lee like he is their puppy. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for extremely efficient Doctors and friendly staff, this is the place!!! Dr. Pador has not let us down, and probably never will.

Seuss had an appointment with a tech today. She was amazing. Seuss was thrilled to see her. He emerged from his shots as a happy puppy.

The doctors and staff at large are knowledgeable and authentically compassionate. Update 1/2021: This really is one of my favorite veterinary hospitals, even after leaving their employ, I still bring my pets here for their care. They've done a good job during the pandemic trying to work with clients to ensure patients continue to receive quality care while still keeping all the humans involved safe too. Shout outs to: Dr Frank for being just amazing in general (especially for being patient with my never ending list of concerns ????). Eva has been there forever. She is always so gentle with patients and she is excellent at relaying the important information back&forth from Dr to client (&vice versa). Jaz & Tai, it seems like it's most often one of them that will help me over the phone or get checked out after our appointment is done. Thank you guys. Update 10/21/21: All my dogs are getting older, so my concerns continue to grow. I really appreciate being able to call or email & have my issues promptly, professionally & politely addressed. My bestest boy Red is in today having a bunch of stuff done (exam, vaccine, ultrasound, mass removals...a bunch of stuff ????). Suffice it to say, I'm a bit stressed out; but everyone has been incredibly helpful, patient, communicative, pleasant... Pretty much everything you would want from a veterinary experience. Thank you all so much. You are all making a stressful day much more manageable for me. Side note...Happy Vet Tech Appreciation Week, you guys rock!

Our first visit after moving to Long Beach could not have been more wonderful. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. The nurse and Dr. Ingram sat on the floor with our anxious pup and were kind and gentle. We feel so lucky to gave found them.

They take great care of our two pitbulls. They are easy to work with and excel at communication.

I had not established a vet for my Furbaby Cat since I moved back to Long Beach, I called Belmont Shore Vet in a bit of an emergency to see if I could get a second opinion, they got me in that afternoon! I was comforted and amazed by the quality of service, the meticulous attention to detail and the care that Dr. Ingram and the whole team showed my little guy! Not only were they able to diagnose his issue that day but they went above and beyond to find me a few different emergency hospitals that had the equipment my cat needed and could get him in as soon as possible! I went there absolutely helpless and left with knowing what was wrong and that he was going be to taken care of! My Furbabies have found a new Vet at Belmont Shore Vetrinary Hospital and I couldn't be more grateful! ✨????????

My girl Amber is awesome, so her vet needs to be awesome as well! We have been coming to Belmont Shore Veterinary Hospital for two years now and the quality of care is amazing. The Doctors and Technicians are well qualified, so there's always someone to answer my questions over the phone and during appointments. They are also accommodating with her anxiety, by giving her lots of treats and patience during her visits. She gets great preventative care here keeping her pest free, monitoring her weight and keeping her up-to-date on all her vaccines and wellness exams. Even though we don't even live in Long Beach anymore, we still come here because I cannot find a better vet.

Dr. Frank is the very best for your feline! Cats need special care, and Dr. Frank is the one. Only wish is that there were separate waiting areas for dogs and cats. Very stressful for cats to wait next to dogs, love them all as we do. This is the highest quality pet care you will find, just wish there was a bit of separation for what most of us realize. There are pet docs who do have separate entrances/waiting for dogs and cats.

We have taken out pug to Belmont Shore Veterinary Hospital since she was a tiny puppy and we have always received great service. All the staff is truly professional and loving towards our pet. The rest of the staff is always very helpful.

I have used this practice off and on over the past 4 years with both good and bad experiences. However, the improvements continue coming in terms of prompt, courteous and professional service as well as knowledgeable and thorough veterinarians. The interior upgrade is also a plus. Among the four other veterinary services I have used, BSVH has proven to be at The top of the list.

Great care for our puppy.

I did NOT have a good first vet experience and was in desperate need of a new one! (We adopted our first puppy.) The first vet we tried could not handle our tiny, energetic, stubborn, wiggly puppy. I am SO THANKFUL to have found Dr. Pador! He specializes in small breed animals and it was like night and day. He wasn't intimidated, frustrated, or impatient. He is always happy and available to answer questions and always gives me a lot of information. Sometimes vets feel like they are "up selling" and I have never felt that way with Dr. Pador. He lays out the options, his recommendations, and supports our decisions. Never pushy. They are also great at answering phone calls and e-mails and have made the best of the pandemic. Dr. Pador also recently performed her spay and it healed beautifully. He was available for check-ins and questions. So thankful to have found this place. HIGHLY recommend!

They tell you the truth and don't try to sell you a bunch of services you don't need! Amazing staff and Vets who treated me with kindness and respect from phone call through payment.

I brought my senior cat here for the first time and was extremely satisfied with her visit. They were very accommodating and communicative—from the front desk to the veterinarian. I was worried that they’d suggest an obscene amount of tests since my cat hadn’t seen a vet in years, and although they did have suggestions, I felt no pressure to spend a ton of money. They had her in and out of there in thirty minutes, performing an examine, two vaccines, and getting her set up with a microchip. I felt prices were fair. And they even called the following day to check up on her. I trust them with my girl and definitely will return.
