They handle and take good care of my dog. Very professional staff. Highly recommend this place.

Today was the first paid visit for our new fur baby Sam. Our previous dog, Dexter, had six great years of frequent visits that ranged from Half day play date, baths and grooming to extended stays of as long as two weeks. Dexter always showed that he enjoyed the lodge and the people there. Last week, Sam was given a personalized tour of the lodge. Today, he had a half day play day and a bath. He is already planning another visit. Kelly went out of her way to make his visit a fun and enjoyable day and did a great job with his bath. Thanks Kelly and River’s Edge Pet Lodge.

Great place to bring your pup!! The staff were welcoming and very informative about the facility. My dog has special needs and they took great care of my dog when I was out of town for a few days.

We have been using these kennels for about a year- unfortunately since they are now under new management there has been quite a few issues. Last time our dog was left there he became violently ill 24 hours after picking him up. We rushed him to the vet which determined he had kennel cough. The vet explained that the vaccine isn’t full proof. Since our dog is supposed to be kept secluded from other we were told that they sure fire way transmission happened was an unclean environment (I.e. dog bowls not being washed between different dogs, etc) We reported this to Rivers Edge and they didn’t have much to say. Against my better judgement we allowed him to stay there one more time since we are military and had to travel with no other options. We did explain to the manager about our concern and how much the vet ended up costing us as well as not wanting our dog, who is like our kid, to be sick. They offered us a 10$ credit. That’s it. No apologies or anything. Well after picking him up yesterday he know has a skin infection all over his stomach and groin. When my husband called we were told that “oh he’s probably just allergic to the cleaning products.” Yeah. Right. I will never take my dog back to this unclean and unsafe environment. Do better Rivers Edge and shame on you for your customer care.

Staff is friendly, but I'm not able to use their services as I have to be at work at 7am and River's Edge don't open until 7am. ????

My Shiba absolutely loved this place. The staff is amazing and thier grooming services are top tier. Worth every penny.

Friendly staff that seem like they genuinely like my dog! My pup comes home tuckered out (and a little dirty) from a day of play and that's exactly what I'm paying for! Day-care seems like a great way to socialize. Make sure your pet is up to date on their shots. I tell my vet that I plan on boarding & day-care and she knows what shots he'll need.

Always friendly and never had an issue when dropping of my dog. They also have really good drop off and pick up times. I highly recommend Rivers Edge.

Took my daughter's bull dog there for the day. They do a good job there with the dogs.

My dog loves this place and she has very strong (usually negative) opinions on everything. She's not a fan of most people, but she let's the staff pet her and give her cookies (huge for her)!

I could not love this place more! Usually I feel guilty leaving my dog at the kennel, because I'm sure he is bored, but not here! The people are always so nice and friendly and seem like they really love dogs. Price was great!

I just got back from picking up our fur baby from his 5 night stay at River’s Edge. He seemed very happy. We also got him groomed and Layla did a great job,. She is amazing. Sarah checked us out , she was so sweet and told us how he did during his stay. We definitely will be back.

I have used this place for over night and for the day. The ladies there are all super nice. I have also had my dog groomed there. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend them. My dog comes back happy and tired everytime.

Very accommodating and very convenient!

The puppies love staying here and the helpful staff make it very easy. Their indoor/outdoor areas are always clean, and they keep a watchful eye on any misbehavior and have separate areas for the problem dogs. It's pretty much summer camp for these dogs and they love it.

Great place! They have a big area outside where they separate the dogs by size and just let them play all day. My dog seems to love it!

We used this place a few years ago. Several times he came home with little nicks & poop stuck to his feet. One day, we went to pick him up & it was awful. He had a big cut on his foot, poop stuck all over him & he was traumatized. We complained to the owner & they banned my dog! No reason given! They banned us from bringing him back! All because he got hurt due to THEIR neglect. My mother & I were both furious. We never tried to take him back. We will NEVER leave any future pets at this location.

Thank you so much for taking such good care of my boy. It’s always heartbreaking to lose them but your kind touches made it easier. Thank you for his paw print esp. so special. You took care of another boy for us as well and I tell everyone you are the one to go to when that sad time comes. Thanks for making it a bit easier.

We are a military family and ended up having a family emergency. The staff was able to work with us and squeeze our dogs in where other boarders were not! Other than our dogs being dirty from being outside a lot, they were in good hands which was a worry of of our plates.

My dog loves to visit so much its hard for us to get him to leave. He goes to play for the day once a week. Even when we leave him for the nights he is always excited to return. It's a great way to socialize and exercise him. It makes us happy to see him happy!

Good pricing amd friendly staff. Facilities could use a bit of an upgrade but still in good shape.
