Masks are clearly not taken seriously here. The staff repeatedly pulled down their poorly fitted, sparkly and not so sparkly, non-KN95 masks to speak. Clients did as well. Cleanliness isn't a priority, either. There was no jug of water, but there was clearly a bit of dried poop sitting on the water cooler base. I've had enough animals that I absolutely know what I saw. But they put on a good show: when I arrived, I had to stand outside in the cold with my cat to fill out a form even though, after I completed it, I was invited in. The next person walked right in? Ugh. The upside is that they're open until 10:00pm. They were booking appointments up until I left, and that's the only reason I would come back: an emergency.

Our chihuahua had the worst breath because of his dental tarter. Dr. Singh strongly advised us to do a dental scaling and since he is already 9 years of age, it was best to do it soon rather than later. They were able to schedule us in within the next few days. He got 14 teeth removed and no more bad breath. The rest of the staff was amazing and kept me updated on his recovery. We will now be taking our pets to PetCura. Thank you Dr. Singh and staff!

The staff is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and compassionate teams one can only hope to find when difficult decisions have to be made. Thank you for all your help.

We brought a cat in we found at our house to have it checked for a chip to see if anyone else owned it. We were told by the veterinarian, Dr Ankur Deep Gill, that she was NOT chipped. He then recommended a number of things to do 1) a physical exam 2) feline combo laboratory test 3) Bravecto flea treatment 4) Feline Rabies shot 5) FVRCP Vaccination 6) Ear Cleaning, 7) Tresaderm 8) Pyrantel Pamoate. The total cost for this was $339.53 of which we went ahead and did since we didn't believe she was anybody elses cat. He also stated he was unsure whether she had been spayed (they had shaved her belly and checked for a scar). A few days after this, we noticed the cat had a large wound on her chest under her arm area. We called to bring her back in to Petcura but they said there were no vets available for the entire week. We were concerned since the wound was large and you could see muscle inside the hole in the skin. Concerned about infection, we found another vet to check her that week. We asked him to chip her and to our shock, he checked her for a chip and found she was owned by another owner in Livermore. Additionally, he said her wound was at least a couple of weeks old based on how it looked and had attempted to heal. So, not only did Petcura and Dr Ankur Depp Gill fail to find the chip on her, but he also totally missed the wound the supposed physical examination he gave her. Since we were not allowed inside the office, we have no idea if an exam was even given. When we called back to discuss these issues with missing the chip and all of the additional expense incurred for a pet we did not own, we were told by the office manager there was nothing they could do and we shouldn't have authorized the work. Additional she said the battery must have been dead in the chip scanner. Either there is total incompetence within Petcura or they are only interested in generating as much revenue as possible no matter what the actual pet needs.

They helped us tremendously during one of the most difficult decision making times in our lives. I will always remember the compassion and the care they showed us. Even though we met with a seasoned vet, his emotional response to our situation is forever ingrained in my mind. Highly recommend this clinic and the team.

I am beside myself with digust. Dr. Mann has canceled on me 3 times so far. He is so unprofessional. He talks fast, so you don't catch all the up selling he does for expensive tests, that have nothing to do with your pets symptoms. He does not listen at all to your concerns or needs. He barely looks at your pet. He works only 2 days a week, if that. He cancels appointments after you've already brought your pet in. Its sickening. My beautiful baby boy was dying, and he didn't even examine him. He just tried to administer items that were not working. On my cats last 2 days on earth, I had to tell Dr. Mann to actually look at him and examine him. He hadn't even touch him. Now my second cat has problems and Dr. Mann has not even attempted to maintain an appointment to help him. I was super reluctant to come here, but I only go to this place because it's close to home and I don't want to stress my cat with long trips to different vets. When Dr. Mann leaves Petcura, I will be back, but until then, they can "Kick Rocks"

I brought my dog in on short notice for what I thought might be bloat; needless to say I was very worried. The vet staff were very accommodating, friendly and caring. Doctor Gill called several times throughout the day with updates. It turned out to be pancreatitis and I was able to bring her home that afternoon. Both the staff and Dr. Gill called me the next day to check in on her. It was a great experience.

Dr Gill and staff went out of their way to help my very sick pup. They all were so kind and caring as well. Dr call me several times to check on our fur baby, with true concern for her. I’m happy to say she’s doing well and we’re so grateful.

Amazing vet! He was able to see me at the last minute and took amazing care of my baby. I thought she was on her deathbed a few hours ago and now she's up and feeling much better after seeing Dr. Mann. I highly recommend.

Staff was friendly and gentle with my pup, since COVID, I was not allowed to enter the building, the staff came out to get her, confirmed what she was there for, gently coached her into the building, came back out a few minutes later, told me how she did and where she received her shot and explained the nail trimming and suggested we come back in a very weeks to try to get them shorter (I had no idea the quick grows). Very happy with the care, communication, and prices were great too!

They made sure that I understood all of are options with regard to her after care and followed up with us several days/weeks later to check on her. We were grateful for the opportunity to ask the (stupid) questions that come up after surgery. Thank you all for looking out for her.

Mozzie (my English Labrador life partner) is always in good hands with the staff and doctors at PetCura. We came to them because another local vet was unable to help our other dog (RIP Mary Louise) who was having seizures BUT who did charge us a visit fee even though they did nothing. PetCura has been there for emergencies and great with shot reminders.

Really glad I moved to Dr. Mann’s practice. Very attentive, noticed my dog was having an issue, treated it, and my dog’s in much better health now. Prices are also reasonable.

If I could rate 0 stars I would! I took my rescue dog and the visit was $40 and I had my dad's credit card and the lady told me I leave either the credit card or my dog. I took my dog and my dad had to go back and sign for the credit card and still had to wait 30 minutes it was ridiculous. It's an abomination they claim to be animal lovers but clearly aren't!!!

Staff greeted me promptly, some paperwork to fill out. (This could have been handled by email...) Exam was careful and thorough. Gnash (my GSD) liked everyone. Diagnosis is hopeful on the one hand, or troubling on the other - we'll have to wait and see if his skin condition clears up. We were prescribed a medicated shampoo, an ointment and antibiotics. Fingers crossed that this will cure him of the condition! Pricing seemed fair to bargain.
