This place is pretty great, the Chief Vet is knowledgable and personable. Everyone here has been wonderful and helpful. I am definitely glad I started bringing my pets here.

The staff are professional, smart, kind & I fully trust them to care for our Sammie, our barking dog!!! Only go there, they are the BEST!!!

A wonderful place they've gone above and beyond the normal duties of a pet hospital I would highly recommend them and I highly recommend the pet care plan for your pet it's health insurance for your pet and it helps you save a lot of money each year.

My dog loves his vet Dr Jones! My dog before who passed last year at 13 yrs old had been with Banfield since he was 5 weeks old and I have saved thousands of dollars with their wellness plan. Recommend highly!

We have a dog that does not do well at the vet at all. He has pretty bad anxiety and get extremely nervous. Every time we have come the vets have always done all they can to accommodate my dog and my family. We have had about 5 different vets for our dog but the care and handling has always been outstanding.

Muzzled my border collie for aggressiveness. This puppy is scared of a loud sneeze You couldn’t get her to be aggressive if you tried I honestly feel like they have the wrong dog , that’s how far off base they are. My release summary had aggressive listed as one of her health issues When I called to ask about it they said when she was 6 months old and sick she was aggressive so now they will always muzzle her when she comes in for visits! I want to take her back in just to see if they can get her to come close to being aggressive. Canceled contract and won’t be returning. They also diagnosed her with nothing but gave her an antibiotic anyway??? Makes no sense. Good bets out there anyone??

My family has been bringing our dogs here for over 5 years. The Vets have changed, but the care has remained consistently great. The vet is focused on the dog's health, and explains things well without talking down to people.

We encountered such caring staff, super friendly and informative. Managed to make flexibility for turning up slightly early so we were in and out quickly. Took extra attention to the things I was worried about. Highly recommend.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO THIS CLINIC We had 2 dogs pass away and we were never notified of their irregular lab results months before they passed away. Treatment could have been offered if i was told about the irregular lab results(that is their job). To find out we went on their website and were completely shocked that we weren't notified of the irregular lab results. This is terrible malpractice and I will continue to deter everyone I possibly can from this clinic and also encourage that you go online and look up the blood tests from your possibly deceased dog to find out if your dogs results got ignored just like our 2 babys.

Dr Jones is a wonderful veterinarian. Very caring and knowledgeable doctor. Took excellent care of our dog.

1 month later and your Client Advocate Team can't seem to manage to get "Mangement" to call me regarding this situation. Dreadful. Was looking forward to positively updating this review. Alas. Horrible experience with my dog's care. Never stepping foot or paw here again. After a "thorough examination" Dr Jones gave my pup back to me with a fox tail in her right ear and stuck UNDER HER TONGUE. Took her back the next day just to be told by the clinic director that they can only work with the info given to them. Clearly "she has pain in her mouth, you will need to sedate her to look into her mouth" was not enough information. Not even an apology received.

Banfield at PetSmart Is unique in that the veterinarians/assistants are professional, they dont patronize the patients or their humans, and are transparent when it comes to treatments and diagnoses. I also appreciated the speed of care and the fair pricing.

Very good vet clinic . never had a bad time with them , they actually DO care about my dog, there wellness plans r affordable, -& very worth having.ALL OTHER VETS IVE BEEN TO R NOT WORTH MY $ OR TIME ,ESPECIALLY CRITTER CREEK. <(NOT GOOD)<.

Our 17.5 year old shitzu/poodle became in continent recently. She was blind and deaf and we had to put her to rest. Dr. Jones and her assistant Christina treated us with compassion and love during the time we spent saying goodbye to our beloved Mitzi. We didn’t have a permanent vet for our other dog, but now we do. Thank you Dr. Jones for a beautiful experience during this time of sorrow. with
