Love this place! Everyone here is professional efficient, caring and knowledgeable. From the time we entered the building until we left we felt comfortable and so did our cat. (Which isn't an easy feat to obtain.) Every visit is a good experience and the prices are reasonable too. I haven't had one negative thing happen here. They even sent a hand written card with a complimentary nail trim after our first visit. Great job all the way around. Thank you..Dr. Billingsley you are the best. Another visit today with Dr. Arnold. Thank you all for caring.

All the doctors here love animals. Accept Dr. Billingsley. We prefer Dr. Yach but when we have needed to see another doctor they have all be knowledgeable, kind and you can tell love animals. Accept Dr. Billingsley. I see there are bad reviews over pricing and some of the doctors...especially Dr. Billingsley. They are not cheap. But we just had an experience with a 'cheaper' vet and dear God do you get what you pay for.

never been here, but with all these bad reviews about animal abuse and heartless vets. I THINK I'LL PASS ON THIS VET????

Dr Arnold doesn’t care about animals. If u don’t value your hard earned dollar, then by all means go here. All American Animal Hospital is a great alternative.

My cat was crying, groaning and pain, and was gagging like he was coughing up a hairball but nothing came out. We were so worried and thought something was stuck in his system. We called around to different vets and animal hospitals (we don't have pet insurance and have not taken him anywhere in Las Vegas before after moving here a year prior from Canada). West Flamingo Animal Hospital offered us the earliest appointment available (1:30pm that day when we called at 8am). A cat-specific hospital nearby wasn't taking new clients until next year, by comparison. The staff at WF animal hospital were kind and compassionate. Dr. Haggard was great. She determined right away that our cat, Kyle, was a "blocked kitty" which is apparently somewhat common in male cats who only eat dry food. His bladder was entirely blocked by crystals so he couldn't urinate and was in immense pain. He needed to be sedated so they could put in a catheter and drain his bladder. We brought Kyle on Thursday and they told us the earliest he could come home is Saturday if all went well. While he was there, I got so anxious and called the hospital a few times to check on him (they told us we could do this). It made me feel a lot better. They called us on Friday to let us know they were taking the catheter out at 4pm and we could visit him after that so we did. He responded well to the treatment and we were so happy to bring him home on Saturday! We were quoted $850-$1200+ for the procedure depending on how our cat responded, what else they needed to do for him, and how long he would be there. Luckily for us, he was in and out so we paid the low end of that. The experience was terrifying but I learned my lesson. I invested in pet insurance and we definitely recommend WF Animal Hospital and will return in the future if the need arises.

This place is awesome! Staff is friendly and very attentive to your pets needs even yours. Place is clean. Rescued a dog and they did such an amazing job. They were beyond great. I highly recommend, not to mention how affordable they are

Awesome vet and the veterinarians are very informative. We changed our normal vet on the second visit cause it's so different. Even a simple check up and they will tell you so much about your pet that you weren't even concerned with at the moment. Our regular vet never did that. We said they needed shots and that's it. No next time, no teeth check, no nothing else. This vet is definelty different.

The hospital is pretty good but this rating is for Dr Jones. He performed all the dental surgery on my 5 yorkies. He Listens!!!!!! Ask for Dr Jones if you want an excellent caring vet.

This rating is specifically for Dr Arnold. I've used this office many times. The rest of the dr.s have been great. But this week I experienced dr. Arnold. She used what I can only describe as terror tactics to try to get me to agree to a bill of over 1300 dollars of unnecessary tests and procedures. Refused and only did procedures that I thought could be needed. Which brought bill to just under 600. Then turns out still most of the tests where unnecessary but I did them because I felt backed in to a corner by her. I will never let another pet of mine be seen by her and hope that the rest of the staff doesn't take on these terroristic tactics to pad their bills.

Do not bring your pets here I repeat DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE! Front office staff are nice but if you get Dr. Arnold grab your pet and run! She is a terror and highly unprofessional. Dr. Arnold will talk down to you. I brought my less than 12lbs dog here and she dragged her to the back lab area. When brought back she was dragged back and had a bloody nose. I hope and pray her license gets taken away! Horrid horrid woman! When they email you back about your concerns its a cheap worthless excuse. There job is to literally take care of pets not abuse them. I will continue to tell people NOT TO GO HERE! If you love your pet bring them elsewhere

If I could give negative stars I would do not take your pet here. Dr. Sheila Billingsley Is nothing but rude and unprofessional. She spoke to me like I was stupid when I brought in my dog to be looked at. Never will I ever come back here. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a animal hospital. They are suppose to be loving and caring doctors I was treated with nothing but disrespect I am disgusted. Absolutely horrible doctor and a horrible experience. Do not come here.

We went here in a Sunday emergency. Our feral cat for the past 6 months suddenly became deathly ill. Dr. Billingsley was honest and sincere along with compassionate and understanding of my dramatic nature with my love for cats. I would highly recommend this clinic for the care and support they gave me in the most dire of moments.

We took our dog Lizzy to the vet to be examined because she’s been having trouble controlling her bladder. (We have had her in diapers/pull-ups) West Flamingo Animal Hospital did blood work, took a urine sample, and an ultrasound. The conclusion was that she had a UTI, blood all came back normal, but the ultrasound showed Lizzy had an abnormal bladder shape with a mass pushing against it. They prescribed antibiotics (didn’t work) so they recommended a different abdominal ultrasound to get a better view of the mass pushing against her bladder, an additional urine test, and prescribe different antibiotics. With their new recommended treatment the cost is well over $650! We decided to get another vets opinion. This new vet reviewed Lizzy’s medical history, took a simple X-ray, and found out that there is NO MASS! It’s a stone in her bladder!!!! With a special diet and meds, Lizzy will recover. Please do not take your fur babies to West Flamingo Animal Hospital, they are a money-hungry evil business! They lure you in a circle to get your money! Our family has been in agony due to West Flamingo Malpractice!

I have been going to West Flamingo since I moved into this city in 1988. Used to love the staff. They were friendly helpful and very understanding. They also used to be open 24 hours a day. Dr. Christopher Yach is the best. I trust him …

They are friendly but they charge you wayy too much. My 25 lb dog was quoted $575 for a spay. Everywhere else it's between $90- $120 Are you kidding me?!?!? They charge a $54 exam fee everytime you go even if you are going back for the 2nd or 3rd vaccines within couple weeks span. They don't do any exam and just charge the exam fee. The doctor has NEVER asked me even one question about the puppy and her health or behaviors. In fact i literally see the doctor for less than 1 minute no kidding and it's always a $200 or more fee for a 5 minute visit. I'm changing my vet. Also on my first visit they gave me a 4lb bad of hills science diet kibble for my 8 werks old puppy. My puppy got diarrhea for days after eating that. Turns out it was EXPIRED over 8 months ago !!! RIDICULOUS and so irresponsible!!

My 3 year old dog had a simple ear infection and was misdiagnosed. She will walk around with her body tilting to the right for the rest of her life. The only thing Dr. Billingsley could say was that she needed about $10,000 of neurological testing. One day after I took her to another vet and drops were put in her ear, she was able to walk by herself again. I would never recommend West Flamingo Animal hospital to anyone.

Took our puppy Belle here for a 2nd option on a recurring tumor on the right back leg. We were highly recommended by a friend and couldn’t be happier with the great service we received. First, Liz, at reception was phenomenal. She was very pleasant, and made the experience better then we thought. Second, the tech Brianna, who we had next was very sweet, helpful and kind. Nothing but the best, yet again. Lastly, we got to see Dr. Yach, he was amazing. He is very smart and knowledgeable about what is going on with our puppy. He recommended X-rays right away, and went very fast. I would recommend W Flamingo Animal Hospital for anyone out there looking for a great place staff and doctors. 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was our first time coming here and we were not disappointed. The staff made us feel comfortable because they were so patient, gentle, and kind with our pup. I don’t have enough words to thank them for all they did for us at the clinic and they even followed up with us at home. So glad we came and would recommend it to everyone. Once again thank you to the wonderful staff and to Dr. Robin. Ps. Being open past 5pm is a major bonus!!

This animal hospital has a very kind and compassionate staff. Dr Gross and everyone who works there went out of their way for our family during a very difficult and painful experience. I will always be grateful for the caring treatment they gave our dear friend Smokey. I can't recommend this place strongly enough.

My family and I have gone through such a rough time losing my dog of almost 13 years, and the staff at Red Rock & West Flamingo have been angels through our entire experience. Debbie was the receptionist at Red Rock and helped us as we walked in and greeted us with open arms after we were turned away from our 6 year vet because they were on lunch. Dr. Dominguez saw my Honey Girl right away with no issues. Dr. Rebecca Aldoretta is literally a heaven sent! She stayed with us the entire night as we lay our fur baby to rest, even after her scheduled work shift. She was very detailed and explained every step of the process and was absolutely honest. I don't know how she does it, but she is amazing. She made the loss of our baby so peaceful and I don't think we could have done it without her. During our last hours with Honey Girl Veronica and Renee frequented our room to see if we were ok and if we needed anything. They were extremely nice and very helpful. Thank you to everyone who had a part of this very sad moment for us and we appreciate you all for your kind words of comfort and hugs, but especially for doing everything you did for our Honey Girl!

I always have such a pleasant visit here! Dr. Gross is amazing, so nice, knowledgeable and responsive. I can’t say enough good things about this office. I’ve been to a few vet offices around the valley & this by far is the best ever. I recommend this office to everyone.
