I’ve been taking my dogs here since they were puppies. Foxy is 15yrs old now. I took her on Monday to have her teeth cleaned and extractions if needed. I was concerned to have this done bc of her age and her having to go under anesthesia, but Dr. Perron, Danielle, & the staff made me feel comfortable. Surprisingly, she had no extractions but when they did her bloodwork prior (to make sure she was cleared to undergo anesthesia) to surgery Dr Perron did notice she has kidney disease and recommended some prescription kidney health food. Danielle also called me yesterday to check up on Foxy to make sure she’s doing welll and eating and drinking. Very reasonable prices and loving and caring staff. Thank you, ???????????????????????????????????? Animal Hospital for years of caring for my babies.

This review is long overdue. My boyfriend and I moved to Las Vegas a few months ago and of course Rufus broke his leg within a few hours of us moving. We first saw an emergency vet because all vets were closed, and not only did it cost a lot but they misdiagnosed him. We are so happy we found Southwest Animal Hospital, Dr.Perron is amazing. He always takes the time to explain things in detail so that we understand. My dogs also get boarded there since we do not have any family around. Both my dogs have separation anxiety and they do great. You can really tell all the staff care, we also really like the groomer.

Every time I have seen, or spoke with any of the staff here at SWAH, it has been nothing but awesome. They are kind, loving, caring and extremely supportive and patient. I have unruly large dogs and they always calm me down, which calms them. Thank you SWAH!!

Our precious cat was a patient at south west hospital. We trusted dr perron and took all the tests and treatments that dr perron gave to us for our cat, then one week later we lost our cat. He failed us. Maybe a different hospital could have saved our precious cat? After talking to dr perron, he said he was sorry and got touchy feely / creepy attitude towards us. his care is not worth anythng. We strongly recommand to avoid this doctor , dr perron for your precious animal which is your family member. Picture is our loving cat, baby who went to heaven on september 27, 2021 at 1:23 am after hours of suffering without any doctors pills or medications. Dr perron gave us nothing for our cat. Our loving cat passed away on our bed between us in the middle of night. All our precious animals deserve heaven and peace after. But not all these doctors or receptionists who have no heart, no soul, no kind for small livings. We never been recommended any medications for our cat, baby. He was 6,4 lb in may 7,2021 when we brought him to you with his twin brother, bigboy. He lost 2 lb in september. Not 3 lb. After blood test, as we did and paid couple hundreds dollors for all blood test, dr perron held our cat for 4 hours at his hospital. He charged us for hydration of our cat. Dr perron found no name of sickness or desease but he gave us increasing appetite medication and recommended us to give our cat a pumpkin paste instead. We followed his instrictions. After all of these exams, blood test and 4 hours of hospitalusation, dr perron found nothing. We paid hundreds and hundreds for all. Pleaese do not lie to your customers. Dr perron failed. He did not mentionned to us any name of sickness or treatment but dr perron treated our cats for constipation. But our lovong cat, he died from sympthoms like a intestine cancer at the end of his 27 hours. Please stop lie to us and accept your faillure. Please be humble and be honest to us because we pay our prices and we love our animals as our families, all of us.

Best place where my fur baby is well taken care for the last 5 years. DR. PERRON and his staff is the best.

Dr. Perron is fantastic & all the staff are amazing. I know my lily baby Pinto is looked after with the upmost care & great quality with love, care. & patience. The beautiful inspiring pictures of real life dogs they've helped or are helping is inspiring & confirms I'm taking my baby Pinto to the correct place.

I have been taking coco since 2012 .

This morning I had called to ask for help for my 7 week old Labrador , my poor puppy felt from my couch and I was afraid that he break his leg or God knows what, never mind I was panicking but the lady that answered the phone really went out her way to not take my emergency call saying I wasn’t a client never mind they saw my old Labrador and help us to put him down when was nothing else do , groom my guinea pigs . And she insists am not a client , I said ok can you please point me in a direction to get help and she kept repeating NO you are not a client . This is a very bad customer service , I will take my business somewhere else that is not a problem but I hope this front desk lady get replaced for someone with more empathy towards others.

I have been coming to this vet for 5 years now and they always take great care of my fur babies. The prices are better than any other vet in LV! I got a bladder stone surgery for $900 when others were charging $1200! Even with Covid, they allow you inside with your babies and not have to wait in the car, like some vets! It is always the same employees too, which is a great sign that they take care of their people. Thank you for all the hard work and care you give me and my family!

My baby loved Dr. Perron, and she hasn't liked either of her other 2 vets. Our visit wasn't rushed, the ladies were nice, Dr. Perron was very thorough, and we got in at our appointment time! Also, they accept the CARE Credit Card.

Rude and ignorant. No greetings, for simple question "How late are you open?" - sharp cut off - "You need an appointment ". Didn't even bother to ask for a reason of calling. Way to go Tina!!!

Our dogs have gone here for 3 years. The doctors are good with the animals. I miss the old veterinary assistance they used to have. Out dog had an emergency 2 weeks ago. The emergency hospital had a 4 hour wait and so we called here an were told they don't take emergencies... Twice I have gotten phone calls to cancel my appointments because they had an emergency come in...but they don't take emergencies??? This is their patient and the refused to see him. 2 times now they turned us away. One time another dog was bleeding. I understood and took him to the emergency hospital down the street. This time however I don't understand. Asked for recommendation for a good food for our dogs. I was told they don't recommend anyrhing...but the sell a particular brand of food in the "hospital". Which they are not a hospital. This place is a veterinary clinic nothing more. Take your pets elsewhere. I recommend Durango Animal Hospital. They took our dog that had just collapsed even though they are not an emergency hospital without hesitation. They cared for him for 2 weeks trying to help him get better. Unfortunately he had a condition that couldn't be cured and we lost him yesterday. Durango Hospital is the place to go. Not this place. Southwest animal Clinic ( because they are not a hospital) stopped caring about their patients.

This is so awesome place! I didnt go to any animal hospital because they costs a lot and not even take care of my cats well enough. But this place really took care of my cats so well and people are so nice. I told doctor that i am planning to bring my cats to Korea and he really gave lots of advice! I really want to visit again even though my cats are healthy :) thank you for nice service????????

Always appreciate a job well done. My pup suffers from tamgled hair her groomer is amazing. Have been going here for 5 years and counting.
