Lovely, friendly, my dog looks his best after this place????

Doesn’t consider customer feedback. Only two visits and unsatisfied both times. After nicely expressing my displeasure with my puppies hair cut after the second time, sales rep dismissed my concerns. I will not be returning.

This place is amazing! I definitely recommend taking your furbaby here. I have a big dog, and a small dog. Pretty paws is super friendly place, and very convenient. My puppers were so happy when I picked them up.

My dog is blind so I scheduled an in and out appt. Took 50 minutes and did not stress out my baby. Did a good job. He looks great.

This place was recommended to me by a family member and they did not disappoint. My dog came back looking like a star. They lady who assisted us was very gentle and let me know right away once she was ready to be picked up. Great experience!

Took my pup here for the first time because we couldn’t get her into her normal place . Experience was okay. The haircut was mediocre. Wasn’t the worst, but was t great either.

Always fantastic service, returns my dog clean and smelling fantastic. I’ve never had any of the fancier stuff done, but the price for a simple wash is unbeatable.

This place is convenient, more than fair priced, clean, and the employees are super kind yet professional. I love being able to walk in with my little dogs, pay $7 for each dog to get their nails perfectly cut and trimmed, and be done in more than a timely manner. Definitely going back for ALL my pet grooming needs.

Visiting Las Vegas. Chose them because of good reviews. Poor job cutting my dog. Said she wouldn't let them cut her. My wife paid over $50 and now have to take her to another groomer.

Called for the first time to inquire about just getting a haircut and the gal that picked up the phone sounded very frustrated. I inquired about a haircut for my two 5 month old Shih tzus. She said we don't do that and hung up on me. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Been coming to this place for years, the owners is a lovely lady. She definitely respects all dogs individually as well. Her prices are fair especially for the quality, my dog even got a and I'm not joking when I say this, a modeling gig for nature valley bars... I guess this must be some abstract aesthetic I don't get yet but thank you for making her famous.

My husband dropped off my dog and I am very impressed with how beautiful you left KIKI even after she was matted you didnt shave her and took the easy route. You did such an amazing job and my husband said you fixed her up in such a short time. I will definitely come back from now on. Thanks so much!!!

The owner is outrageously rude. She asked me the length of ny dog's hair to determine price. I said I'm not sure. I've never been asked that before. My dog is a small Maltese dog. I was polite. But I did say it was strange the question of hair length. I never measured it. She estomated a bath and brush NO HAIRCUT $30-$57. I wrote no haircut in CAPS for customers reading this. I did not want a haircut. So only bath and brush srrvice. This was over the phone. I was not impressed or nade to feel welcome at all. I was an inconvenience it seemed like. I remarked at the end of the conversation; "I don't think you will have my business today." And she said; "Good!" I'm shocked by the lack of Customer Service. And no attempt to change my mind after I said not interested. She could have changed her attitude. Really!!

We love this place! Whenever we call they always get our babies in right away. They always come back looking and smelling amazing. The owner is very knowledgeable about dogs and knew right away that our Spitz was gonna be dramatic lol. We travel all the way from north Vegas to here when they need to be groomed because we love this place so much. We have been bringing our pups here for about 4 years maybe. ????
